- Greet (7/5): Leuk hotel, lekker ontbijt, leuke spa...jammer van de kermis op het plein - een voortreffelijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel...de wenteltrap op de driepersoonskamer was wel een beetje ongemakkelijk Er was een zeer grote kermis op het Vrijthof - lawaai van 12 u 's middags tot 24 uur. Men heeft wel een compensatie gegeven vanuit het hotel maar het heeft wel een stempel gedrukt op ons verblijf. We werden ook niet verwittigd op voorhand.

- Kerstin (9/5): Heerlijk! - De locatie is fantastisch, midden op het Vrijthof. Overal dicht bij. Personeel super attent en vriendelijk. Kamer heerlijk ruim en wij zaten 3 hoog aan de achterkant dus prachtig uitzicht op fe Sint-Janskerk. Heerlijke bedden en lekker ontbijt. Helaas tv zenders alleen NL1,2 en 3. En als je niet in het bezit bent van Apple apparaten kun je niet streamen.

- imj (7/5): Mooi maar aan de dure kant - Mooi authentiek hotel met prachtige kamer. Wel aan de prijzige kant. De spa moest apart geboekt worden. Als je alles boekt ( kamer, ontbijt, spa en parkeren ) is het vrij prijzig. Nu zaten we nog niet eens in het hoogseizoen

Er staat altijd iemand bij de receptie om je te helpen bij iedere vraag die je hebt. Ook leuk: je kon fietsen huren via het hotel. Ik kan maar 1 ding noemen, maar dat is heel persoonlijk. Voor mij was het matras te hard.

- Edward (7/5): We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. - Het is een toplocatie, je bent zo in de stad en alles is dichtbij. Het ontbijt is lekker en genoeg. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam. Ik vind het vervelend dat alles in het engels moet met het personeel. Daarnaast was ons slot kapot van de deur, er wordt aangegeven dat dit gemaakt zou worden, echter is dit niet het geval geweest. Dit is erg vervelend. Verder viel het klimaat moeilijk te regelen in de kamer, daardoor was het soms heel heet en benauwd. Ook de afzuiging in de badkamer deed het niet.

- Jack (7/5): Heerlijk hotel, prettig verblijf, iets over prijst - Lokatie is top, pal aan het Vrijthof. Het gebouw spreekt ook tot de verbeelding. Het hotel uitlopen en direct de gezelligheid op het Vrijthof ervaren. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar spreken geen Nederlands. Het ontbijt was erg smaakvol, maar voor € 25,- pp, een beetje karig. Het zwembad(je) en de spa onderdelen waren erg plezierig. Tezamen met het fantastische en gastvrije Maastricht, mijn meest favoriete stad van Nederland, hebben wij heerlijke dagen gehad. Als mij de tijd gegeven is (ik ben ziek) kom ik graag terug, maar dan in een kamer met bad! Dit hotel had ik gekozen vanwege de aanwezigheid van een zwembad, sauna en Turks bad. Om ons verblijf extra feestelijk te maken, had ik gekozen voor de duurste en meest 'luxe' kamer. De kamer was wellicht de grootste kamer, maar persoonlijk vond ik het weinig sfeervol en was wel toe aan een kwastje verf. Tenzij de staat van de kamer bewust zo is gelaten om de authenticiteit te benadrukken. Het natte gedeelte, douche en toilet, vond ik erg simpel en er was geen bad aanwezig. Er zijn wel kamers met een bad in het hotel, allleen die zitten aan de achterzijde van het hotel. De prijs van deze kamer is waarschijnlijk alleen gebaseerd op de lokatie en het uitzicht. Hierbij moet ik opmerken, dat als het erg druk op het Vrijthof is, wat in de weekenden zeker het geval is, er zeker sprake is van geluidsoverlast. Ook de aanwezigheid van de in- en uitrit van de grote ondergrondse parkeergarage van het Vrijthof, pal tegenover het raam van de hotelkamer, is wat mij betreft een minpunt. Vooral in de weekenden is het druk met komend en vertrekkend verkeer. De lokatie is zeker een groot pluspunt, maar zou ook als minpunt worden ervaren. Maar daarentegen, als je een hotel boekt in het centrum van een grote stad, mag je ervan uitgaan dat er stadsgeluiden zullen zijn. Je zit nu eenmaal niet op de hei. Maar de prijs / kwaliteitverhouding vind ik ondermaats.

- Gerardus (9/5): Leuk en goed hotel - ontbijt is erg goed, geen buffet maar met zorg zelf samengesteld door de gastheren. Het is knus en gezellig en zeker geen massa gebeuren wat het ook romantisch maakt. De kussens mogen van mij iets steviger zijn.

- Andreas (8/5): Gemütliches Hotel, Preis-Leistung aber schwierig - Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal Der Spa-Bereich ist extrem klein und nicht gemütlich. Wellness sollte bei dem Aufenthalt nicht im Mittelpunkt stehen.

- Afra (10/5): Heerlijke paar dagen gehad, de locatie, de accommodatie en de faciliteiten zijn top! - De medewerkers waren heel behulpzaam en gastvriendelijk. Bijvoorbeeld bij de receptie en tijdens het ontbijt. Had een massage geboekt in de spa, die werd halverwege de dag helaas geannuleerd. Kan gebeuren, maar het was fijn geweest. Overigens hadden we de spa bijna voor ons zelf, heel prettig.

De kamer was echt mega groot, met twee slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een keuken, woonkamer en nog een tuintje. Met direct uitzicht op het Vrijthof. Heerlijk uitgebreid vers ontbijt
