Pas vraiment négatif puisque je l’ai choisi, mais le bungalow de luxe avec façade vitrée, sympas, plus grand mais les films assombrissent la chambre.

- Petr (9/5): Вернулись бы с удовольствием! - Ухоженная территория, прекрасные виды на скалы со всех сторон. Жили в отдельном домике; понравилось, что есть хоть маленькая, но приватность. Вечером было приятно посидеть на веранде. Комаров не было ни внутри, ни снаружи (начало марта); видно, что территорию и домики обрабатывают от насекомых. Муравьи снаружи, понятно, мгновенно набегают на крошки – это тропики, но если не оставлять еду на улице, то и не набегут. Сам номер небольшой, но чистый и уютный, кондиционер отличный, и важно (нам:) – там было место, чтоб разложить оба чемодана не на полу. WiFi нормальный. С горячей водой и напором тоже без проблем. Заявленное всё присутствует. Завтраки вкусные, выбор неожиданно большой и отличавшийся день ото дня. Есть даже станция с оладьями/омлетами. Уборка по запросу. До пляжа Прананг (Пляж принцессы) не спеша идти минут 15, до Западного Рейли чуть дольше. От причала Восточного Рейли до поворота к отелю – минут 5-7. Подъём от поворота немного в горку, но совсем не круто и буквально метров 100. Персонал слабовато говорит на английском, но все неизменно очень доброжелательны и Google Translate прекрасно убирает языковой барьер. Номер немного уставший. В санузле душ яхтенного типа, т.е. при включении вода неизбежно заливала унитаз и часть пола (приходилось каждый раз опускать крышку стульчака, а мусорную корзину передвигать в противоположный угол), по столешнице раковины тоже чуть подтекало – но вся вода быстро уходит в водосток и, в целом, это совсем не проблема.

Bra med pool då inte badbar strand nära och för mycket folk för att vara på fina stranden hela dagen. Bodde denna gång i de lux rum där ac var bra placerad inte direkt över sängen. Onödigt dyrt. Tv på rummet, varför?? Stora mörka möbler. Lyhört från alla håll. Hade tur att inte hade så högljudda grannar. Sängen stenhård.

- Pascal (2/5): Für das Geld lieber woanders buchen - Lage ist gut Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Fenster im Bad war kaputt (konnte man von draußen öffnen). Man konnte die Tür, obwohl sie abgeschlossen war, öffnen (defekt - wurde „einigermaßen“ behoben) Haben uns einmal dazu entschieden, uns in das Hoteleigene Restaurant zu setzen. Nach 10min sind wir wieder gegangen, weil die Mitarbeiter keine Lust hatten und lieber am Handy gespielt und rumsaßen (absolut Respektlos!) Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Viel zu teuer für das man bekommt.

Wir hatten vom Hotel wenig Auskunft über die Anreise erhalten, am Telefon haben sie uns auf Englisch nicht verstanden und unsere E-Mail erst nach Tagen beantwortet (da waren wir schon längst angereist)

- Jason (5/5): Our room didn’t match photos on Booking. - Location was great, mountainside with monkeys in view. I read the mixed reviews on this place and the reason is that not everyone gets the rooms you see in the photos and my family was one of those whom didn’t get the nicer rooms. Our bungalow was much smaller and shabbier than the ones advertised on Booking. We’d travelled almost a day to get there and we’re really tired upon arrival so just took the keys, happy for a bed to sleep in. Our door was dodgy and was difficult to lock properly and there was no safe in the room. The staff workshop is in the middle of the complex and everyday to save shipping waste to mainland, they burn rubbish in their yard which stinks. We paid about 200 dollars a night for a bungalow with 2 beds (without breakfast) and for that money I was expecting more.

The lady making the omelet was such a sweet and beautiful human! We had a place in the back and there was alot of burning garbage from the resort blowing right into our balcony. . And our room always stunk like sewage. We found if we kept a wet towel over the drain in the bathroom behind the toilet it helped. But still stunk really really bad.

The room was decent size with nice views and we did enjoy the food. but there are some big negatives and most people will lose there mind here Cheack in took over 40 mins 3 people to serve one person is ridiculous! No help from the peir to the hotel with bags and it's a good 15 min walk with heavy luggage! They told us if you want room cleaning then you have to put your key on the desk at reception when you go out this was a massive problem for me as a photographer with expensive equipment I would never ever trust leaving a key in a basket for anyone to grab and let there self in the room this is disaster waiting to happen and should not be allowed for the price of this property the rooms should be cleaned daily without the use of our key! The next big problem is no safe in the rooms!! This is not a cheap stay why do you not have a safe!! The pool is tiny i mean really tiny and if your not there for 6.30am there will be 50 people sat around it stareing at you in the pool DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR THE POOL YOU WILL BE DISSOPOINTED. now this is the biggest problem for me and it really did ruin our 4 night stay here the toilets do not work and it wasent just our next door had the same and we spoke to some one els who said they had problems after waiting 40 mins to cheak in we went to the room and tried the toilet as we always do and it wouldn't flush we went to reception they sent some one up over 2 hours it took to sort it and they told us to wait while they fixed it!!! That's 3 hours of our holiday just gone that's not funny if you haven't got long and it's not on!! This happend over 5 times during the day middle of the night all hours it got to the point we just left them to it but if and when you get stomach ache you can't even use your own toilet all this money and can't have a poo when you feel ill they offered no free breakfast no sorry no nothing they really don't deserve any customers at all I would rate this stay even lower but we travel for 5 months every other year and we stay in hostels to high end hotels and I have to be honest you are paying for the area!

- Antonie (2/5): - Echt een aanfluiting. Slecht personeel, lelijk aangelegd park. Verschrikkelijke bedden en een onhygiënische slaapkamer. Het park ziet er totaal niet uit zoals op de foto’s en het strand wat op loopafstand ligt is geen strand te noemen. Als je goed wil zitten dan zit je bij Railay Beach zelf, dit hotel is een absolute afrader.

- Ian (7/5): Expensive for what it offers but possibly paying more for the location. - Location is good as it’s quieter than Railay beach West. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and rooms need modernising. Not many loungers at the pool and breakfast was expensive for what was available.

- Przemyslaw (9/5): Nett, ruhig, zu Fuß alles relativ schnell erreichbar. - Eine sehr ruhige Lage, Personal sehr nett. Zimmer würden jeden Tag ordentlich geputzt. An der Pool bar gibt es vernünftige preise und da essen war auch sehr gut. Unser Gepäck ist uns bis zum Taxi Boot gebracht worden. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Würde es immer wieder buchen. Der Wasser druck in der Dusche war nicht so gut.
