Nos ayudaron con recomendaciones y nos sorprendieron con un lindo detalle porque estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario en este viaje. Una pareja se puso a discutir muy feo en el Parqueo y fue bastante incómodo. Obviamente no tenía nada que ver con el hotel . El personal del hotel se acercó donde ellos y les pidieron que se tranquilicen, luego se retiraron . Me parece que manejaron muy bien la situación .

Nullissime Bonjour j’ai été victime d’une manœuvre de tromperie sur la catégorie de la chambre réservée. J’ai bénéficié d’une baisse de prix avec une chambre haut de plafond couleur bleue et je me retrouve avec une chambre mansardée sous les toits avec couleur rouge de catégorie inférieure. Gâché toute l’expérience et provoqué une dispute avec ma compagne. Nous nous somme désiré elle a fait une crise de nerfs en plein public sur le parking de l’hôtel. Une dame vietnamienne nous a bien arnaqué elle a dinner notre jolie chambre à d’autres personnes et on nous a refilé la dernière chambre la plus moche ! Un scandale on est venu exprès de Paris en voiture et ensuite on nous dit qu’on ne peut pas prendre le petit déjeuner à 9h car la salle est complète. Catastrophique et nullissime. J’étais près à payer 400 euros la nuit et heureusement le prix a divisé de moitié à 200 euros en dernière minute après 16h mais nous avons été très mal reçus et SOUS CLASSÉS c’est un manquement grave aux règles de l’hôtellerie. Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout au niveau la chambre était moisie et sentait le renfermé. J’ai voulu aller au Dormy House c’est le même propriétaire mais la vietnamienne nous a refusé on est resté coincé dans cette chambre et notre weekend a été complètement gâché. Veuillez sévèrement sanctionner cet établissement pour tromperie du client merci

Very nice breakfast, also suitable for gluten-free diets (though it’s best to ask before helping yourself). Nice, quiet, and clean room in a great setting. The only staff member who spoke English was the gentleman at reception. My sincere thanks to him: he was extremely helpful. I would expect his colleagues to speak English as well.

De kamer helt af (schuin) en was erg klein. Slechte wifi en bij de roomservice werd het toiletpapier en zakjes thee niet aangevuld. We hebben hiervoor opnieuw iemand moeten laten komen. Het bijbetalen voor de parking (25euro/dag) maakt dat dit nog een extra kost is.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du SPA dans sa totalité car un équipement est tombé en panne mais nous avons apprécié le geste de la Directrice de nous rembourser. Simplement l'équipement en panne du SPA

- CECILE (7/5): - Le sauna et la literie étaient au top. Petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux (la vue côté cour gagnerait grandement à être soignée, peut être un abri poubelle en bois ?) La chambre donnait sur la rue très passante, alors que nous avions demandé expressément du grand calme. Assez décevant. Dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.

- Natalia (10/5): Хороший удобный маленький отель - Все было замечательно, номера удобные и большие, чистота. Про завтраки не могу ничего сказать, не брали их. В номерах было немного прохладно, но так везде сейчас.

- MURIEL (6/5): Ne pas loger à Etretat - L'emplacement jolie déco trop cher ! nous avons eu une chambre riquiqui pour 2 : pas de place pour des tables de nuit... pas de prise de courant à la tête de lit pour le téléphone. Elle doit faire 8m² pour 139€ avec les petits déjeuners. Cette ville est scandaleusement chère. Du coup l’hôtel propose un parking : 25€/jour ! Tout est en supplément y compris le spa...

Chambre dans bâtiment annexe donc pas d interaction avec le personnel et les divers équipements du Spa se trouvent dans le bâtiment principal..Chambre PMR très mal insonorisé on entend les voisins du dessus et les bruits de la rue 😡 équipement de la salle de bain prévu pour les PMR et pas les valides ex: pommeau de douche trop bas ....pas de crochets pour les vêtements dans la salle de bain ..poussière dans la chambre et abattant de toilettes sale.....tv pas accessible depuis de lit obligé de se lever pour changer de chaîne....25 € pour une place de parking pas le choix j appelle ça du racket ...

Nous reviendrons bientôt ! - Chambre confortable, petit-déjeuner copieux, soin agréable, personnel féminin très accueillant, c'est à dire très souriantes (ce qui manque chez la plupart des gens qui viennent à l'hôtel ) prêtes à rendre service, à nous renseigner sur les lieux à découvrir, les restaurants....etc. Hôtel tranquille et belle architecture ! - Lydie (5/5): - L’emplacement en centre ville. La chambre spacieuse. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Plus de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner le lendemain ou alors sur des créneaux inadaptés à un dimanche matin (7 ou 8 heures). Accueil froid… bref, je n’y retournerai pas.
- eric (10/5): Un hôtel de charme très agréable - Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Personnel de l'hôtel disponible, aimable et arrangeant - Chambre (N°2) charmante avec son petit balcon blanc. Propre, calme. Sauna tranquille. Petit déjeuner parfait. C'était vraiment bien. Tout était bien.
