• Stephanie (8/5): - Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool and restaurant area were nice, with yummy breakfast. Easy walk up main roads to restaurants and shops. Aircon worked very well. Kitchen was not well equipped. For example, staff noted there was only 1 knife, 4 forks etc (as opposed to the listed 6) because people had taken them. Seemed like they had a strict policy on tracking inventory which is understandable - but not sure why they wouldn’t replace the items for the next guests.

Come on guys for Sri Lankan food people are thriving all over the world last year The master chief in UK and Australia made Sri Lankan food. In the kitchen no gas TV Ariel wasn't set up properly no cleaning facilities etc

• Ibrahim Junadh (8/5): Great Location and Comfortable Stay – Our Third Visit - Overall, we had a great experience. This was our third stay at this property, and it continues to meet our expectations. The location is very convenient, with the mosque, grocery stores, and well-known Sri Lankan brand shops all within walking distance. This was the first time we noticed fewer guests at the hotel, possibly due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East. It might be an ideal opportunity for the hotel to carry out some renovations. Addressing a few minor maintenance issues in the apartment could make a significant difference and further enhance the guest experience.

It’s next to a convenience store which is super convenient 😁 if you want to buy milk to make yourself morning coffee or make a breakfast or want to buy seasonal fruits! The staff are very friendly but sometimes you request something and they will say they will bring it but never get delivered which is annoying! Some units are very bad compared to others. We stayed in two units. The first unit we stayed was really bad and second unit we stayed is pretty clean although sometimes you get this bad smell in the washroom, it felt like the smell is coming from the open drainage system in the bathroom! Otherwise it was clean and decent!

• nafly (1/5): - Dear Management, ​I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at Supun Arcade Residency wellawatha. from February 24th to March 2nd, 2026. ​Despite being a long-stay guest for 7 consecutive days, my experience was highly disappointing due to the following reasons: ​Unprofessional Front Office: The front office staff were extremely unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. Their attitude towards guests is unacceptable. ​Poor Hygiene: The cleanliness of the room was below standard and very poorly maintained throughout my stay. ​Lack of Flexibility: On my departure date, I requested a simple one-hour late check-out, which was flatly refused despite my week-long stay. ​Overcharging: I was surprised to find that I was overcharged for my room, paying significantly more than the standard or agreed-upon rate. ​As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of service and transparency, which was completely lacking during my visit. • Faresh (7/5): Affordable, convenient and spacious with freindly and helpful staff - Size of the apartment was great. The pool was lovely and clean. The restaurant upstairs with delivery to the apartment was a bonus and food was good. The location is excellent with many amenities literally next door. Close to all central locations making it quick to get around. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall the apartment we stayed in just needs a good deep clean and updating of furniture to give a fresh look and feel. The furniture was tired, and generally looked a bit run down. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing as the walls looked stained and dirty. The kitchen had some of the basic kitchen utensils, but missed a few (cutting knives, cooking spoons, ladles, spatulas, etc). However, these were provided once requested. There was also no cleaning items (sponges, detergents, etc) which we bought from the supper market next door, so no dramas. There were no drying cloths for the kitchen to wipe down counter tops and also no hand towels for the bathrooms which should be a staple provision.

The front is very noisy and unpleasant. - I liked and hoped I could use the pool, it was the reason I picked this property. I also liked the large sitting room. Also having a kitchen was good. Cleaning services throughout my stay which was 15 nights. I could not get up the numerous stairs to get to the pool. The last property had an elevator to the rooftop, not here. The kitchen was badly equipped. No toaster, had to buy one.

Roof pool with clean water and ocean and sunset view. Condition of everything actually, walls require painting, kitchen equipment is in bad condition. Breakfast is not worth visiting, coffee for additional payment is awful, food is not tasty
• NEIL (8/5): - The staff we're very friendly our apartment was clean and large Breakfast was good and great service pool was clean all in all a pleasant stay. House keeping was very poor arrived on Sunday had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper on Wednesday nobody had been in our apartment until Thursday and we we're leaving Friday. Only 5 sun loungers round the pool last thing which is not to everyone taste you couldn't get a beer or glass of wine.

• Dawn (9/5): The apartment is very spacious and was very welcoming. - The buffet breakfast was good. I was only disappointed that the apartment did not provide any cleaning material for the kitchen. Fortunately the supermarket is next door to Supun and so we were able to buy the essentials like dishwash, tea towel, cleaning sponge.

Das Apartment wurde für zwei Personen komplett grebucht. Räume wurden minimiert vetschlossen, obwohl vollständig bezahlt.

At a point it didnt make much sense to worry when I go out le - Provides a beeakfast buffet which has varieties and is delicious, pool is accessible from morning to night 9pm. The rooms are clean and sanitized.. provides with cooking utensils water and basic items.. the property has a balcony in the living room, master bedroom and another bedroom.. the staff are always one call away and are extremely friendly which made our stay more comfortable and easy. Its located in the main road, very close to the money exchangers which could be counted as a plus point.. the property has a supermarket where almost every necessity is available. So i highly recommend There is actually nothing to dislike about the property hence the staff are also friendly and official very welcoming
