- Margaret (5/5): Stayed in better Hamptons - Comfortable bed. Shower worked and had a good spray but not up to Hampton standards. Hallways cluttered, chair in room slashed with foam showing through and not something I would sit in. Overall shabbiness.
- Maria (5/5): Not as good as others times. - The breakfast and location are great! We were given a handicapped room and we weren't told upon our arrival. After we entered the room we realized it was a handicapped room. We called the front desk and they said it was booking.com that assigned that room and because they were sold out, they couldn't move us. Taking a shower with luke warm water was not good either. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have had excellent experiences. Not so this time.

The hallway noise became a bit bothersome at night. But i understand that the only way to fix that is to make the door thicker!

- Amber (4/5): I would not stay here again. - The room was run down, the chair didn’t even have a cushion cover on it and was cracked and peeling. You could hear the people walking around above us all night. The breakfast was lacking healthy options.

No one was there to check in. I called front desk many times no answer. Outside of the room after ten pm I could hear loud people talking and laughing

- Jennifer (6/5): Weathered hotel - The bench at the end of the bed was heavily stained. The one comfortable chair's seat cushion was old and cracked and shedding all over the place. We had moved our daughter into her dorm and was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and sadly it was empty. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I accidentally left two chargers into the wall behind the chair because there was only one plug on my side of the bed. I called when I got back to St. Louis and of course no found my chargers.
