- Faith (10/5): ate, explored & had fun - The property truly exceeded my expectations! Great location and the room itself was very spacious. One of the elevator buttons did not work - it was stuck (the lobby one HA) & the elevator was not marked out of order which caused a little frustration considering we had to play around to get the other elevator to stop instead of the broke one. BUT, that’s truly the only downside of the entire trip.
- Megan (5/5): Clean hotel but the pool was not heated as advertised. - The staff were great and it was very clean. The room was spacious and breakfast was good. Booking advertised a heated pool for this hotel which was a large reason for why we chose the property. The pool was located on the fifth floor outside which received no sun and was way too cold to swim in. We told our three kids that they would be able to swim here and this was a huge disappointment.

- Malinda (3/5): Extremely noisy so if traffic noise bothers you, avoid this hotel. - The staff was friendly and the morning security guard was very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable. I liked the kitchen/living room separate from the bedroom. I also liked that they texted me check in and to let me know they were available if I needed anything. SOOO Noisy, noisy, noisy from the traffic outside. Traffic from 6-lane freeway and cars/trucks/motorcycles on the access road below us is 24/7 and kept us up all night. I didn’t like that dishes were in dishwasher and not in the cupboards so I had to start my vacation unloading dishes. I called for an extra blanket and towels and they had me come down from the 11th floor to pick them up because housekeeping is every 3 days.

We went to the breakfast area at 9:30, there was literally nothing to eat. I requested two queen beds I was given a king with two children. I’m not sure how they assume that four people would be able to sleep in one king bed.

The location is ideal—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was good and the rooms spacious and clean. Family members paid $381 for 2 days in a 1 bedroom suite. I paid $745 for the 2 day stay in the same type room. I will never use Booking.com again, plus I plan on spreading the word about the extremely high price using that app.

- Q1582ARsusannel (2/5): Incompetent management - Susanne LoPilato 1/5 just now on Google My husband accidentally left his keys in our room. The person who found them offered to ship them within 3 days. I called 9 days later to find she had LIED and tossed them in the lost and found!!! The keys were undocumented and no mention of this attached to my Gold membership account. On day 9 I was told the keys didn’t exist, and after at least 6 calls the worthless management did as little as possible to assist me to recover our keys. We definitely feel insulted by the lack of competence of the management team I dealt with over the phone. I was charged $117 to have my keys returned. Hilton did NOT take any responsibility for their lies, deception and unreliability

Keep in mine I just started using homewood because the one in Tampa was soooo great I committed to only staying there. Then I confirmed the morning of checkin was 50 dollars. When I told the rep no I didn’t have a question I wanted to check in she said oh what’s your name then she said the incidental fee was 100 I left an stayed to Hilton in buck head. This hole surely did give me the experience we go it Tampa. Do better
- Leighanna (6/5): Quick family trip - All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly. We especially had great service from the guys working valet. The bed was comfortable and the room was laid out well. We didn't like how it was 2 hotels combined together. We wouldn't have stayed here if we had known because it caused some confusion on multiple occasions. We also didn't like that our room reeked of pot. It got so strong we had to open the balcony door to get fresh air. We were traveling with our babies so it was very off putting. The room was also very loud with street noise so if someone is staying they may want to consider that. For some reason in our room the noise was louder in the bedroom than living area.
- Rebecca (4/5): - Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. You could change the temp and was warm in the room. We called and they couldn’t move us till possibly the next day. We had a full day planned and had a lot of stuff. We wouldn’t be able to move till after 4pm in the afternoon so we opted to deal with it. They said they would give us more points and some money off the room but never did when I checked my statements. The last morning the shower glass door came off. It was just glued to the track and no screws going through. Luckily we weren’t hurt. Front staff didn’t seem to care. No house keeping and they didn’t state so when we arrived. Pool was nice, room was clean, and bed was moderately comfortable. The service and maintenance need some work. I won’t be going back.

- hambone69 (10/5): Great place to call home for the week! - I attended a convention in Atlanta and booked a block of rooms with Desiree in group booking with this hotel and she knocked it out of the park! Normally booking for a group is such a pain but not when working with Desiree. She was always communicating with me on any changes that needed to be made and was such a pleasure. What made it better was when I checked in Nakawe was at the front desk to greet me with such a smile. Every morning she asked how our stay was going and if she could help with anything. David the valet was excellent also!

Kind of sketchy to park in the garage next door which was about $34 per day and then walking the street side to get to the hotel. The bus stop in front of the entrance had a few questionable individuals. The bathroom wasn’t spotless but we were only there for a night so nothing crazy. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Not great but not bad either.

- 944businessp (2/5): THE DON'T HONOR YOUR HILTON HONOR STATUS - There's only one person at the front desk who actually has great customer service skills, and I think his name is AJ everyone else is rude and unprofessional. The breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean well even though my room didn't have a TV remote so I couldn't enjoy the television. Also, this property does not honor your status as a Hilton Honors Member. I'm Gold and I requested a late checkout after checking in later in the evening and they wouldn't honor my status even though there was availability to honor it.

- CaliforniaSJmom (8/5): Great location by Georgia Tech campus, good breakfast and quiet room - Stayed 3 nights in a King Bed suite to attend Georgia Tech homecoming. Very convenient to the nearby MARTA station on 10th Street and Georgia Tech campus. Room was very nice and comfortable, and we liked the breakfast -- they had beef barbacoa soft tacos in addition to the usual eggs, sausage and waffles which were very good. The last day there was pulled pork with soft tacos -- yummy. Also we had a number of other Ga Tech alum friends staying there and the hotel bar was great to hang out in later at night. Highly recommend -- we did take a look at the gym and it looked pretty good but did not use it.
- Bags_Packed_DES (6/5): No! - My bill was incorrect, kitchen staff rude, ice machine broken and it was like sleeping on the freeway--loud traffic ALL NIGHT. I will not stay here again. I stay in Hilton properties many nights each month and I am amazed at the inconsistency amongst there brands!
- Mspertty (10/5): Great Stay - I was greeted by the loveliest concierge woman, Summer! She checked me in without a problem and even informed me that I was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise as I had already had a long day of traveling and I was also staying for 13 days. When Summer wasn't around since she's part-time AJ took great care of me in her absence throughout my stay. I then had the pleasure of meeting a few of the valet men that would be taking good care of me throughout my stay Terrance, Tyler, AB, Josh just to name a few. Most of the staff was warm and welcoming. Wesley made sure everything was setup and refilled on Wednesdays a the social hour. Dante was always extremely nice at the bar. The hotel is centrally situated in midtown Atlanta with views that overlook 85, so you can keep tabs on how traffic is looking. It was nice to have a kitchenette to curb some of the eating out costs. Whole foods and Publix are both within walking distance, but please note there are inclines either walking to or back from either. There are a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance and an array of cuisines to choose from. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from ATL airport. My room was very comfortable and spacious, it was definitely home away from home for two weeks. If I had to complain it would be two things that the bar closes between 9-10 and that is the only onsite restaurant as well and security, the front door never locks and there is not a requirement to swipe your hotel key to gain entry to floors. My stay was enjoyable and I will be returning the latter part of October and I can't wait to see my extended family when I return. Note that the hotel is handicap and differently abled persons accessible.

- Crystal (4/5): - The workers are amazing. That's all that I can say that is good. There is no where to park that doesn't cost you $50 (plus tip) a day for their valet service. The valet stand is blocking the walkway, so if you're handicapped, it's tough to get to the doors from the garage. The smoking area is in the garage, and is NASTY. Twice a homeless man was in there getting very close, begging for cigarettes. The bedrooms are lovely, however the bathroom and kitchens are gross. There was mold in the bathroom under the cabinets because it's a "wet room" but the sink cabinet is wood and very close to the shower. There were *hairs* behind the toilet. The kitchen seems fine until you try to use the provided pans. The nonstick coating is flaking off in nickle size chunks. Their free breakfast is great until you watch a bug crawl up into the waffle batter, and see dead bugs in the bowl that holds the jelly. The hotel could be amazing. They don't seem to clean. EVER. There was a bag of trash someone left outside the MAIN FLOOR elevators. It sat there for two days. Also, be sure to fully inspect your vehicle before you drive out of the garage every single time. They scraped my car against a pillar, we saw it when we stopped ACROSS THE STREET to get gas, and thy won't take care of it because I left the property. All things considered, it's not the worst place I have ever stayed at. But I won't ever go back.
- shellyshell380 (8/5): I would stay again - The room and especially the shower were very clean. The location was great from the restaurants to the grocery store….all within walking distance. The desk staff were very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the coffee. If you’re a coffee lover there are a couple coffee shops within walking distance as well. You are gonna need them.

She went beyond her normal job duties and tracked me down after I misplaced - and she found - my cell phones. I wish I could hire a team of Summers!! Thank you.
- Tracy (2/5): - I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Atlanta, GA, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever encountered. As a U.S. military veteran traveling with my wife and our 3-year-old son, I expected a clean and welcoming environment, especially considering the reputation of the Hilton brand. Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit by a pungent odor of cigarette smoke that was not only overwhelming but utterly unacceptable. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned and maintained, which is a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one affiliated with such a respected name. The lingering smell made it difficult to breathe, let alone relax or enjoy our stay. As we walked down the hallway, the situation only escalated. We could smell the odor of marijuana wafting from other rooms, adding to our discomfort and concern for our young son. This atmosphere was not what we had envisioned for our family getaway. When I approached the front desk to address the issue, I was met with indifference. The staff informed me that there were no other rooms available, leaving us with no option but to endure the unpleasantness. It was incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed, especially after serving my country and expecting some level of respect and accommodation. Ultimately, we decided to cut our stay short from two nights to one, as the unbearable smells made it impossible to stay any longer.

- Michael (6/5): No bedding, cold pool, and valet parking. - The room did not have bedding for fold out bed. We called the front desk and were told they would bring them. An hour passes, we called, and were told that there wasn't anyone to bring them. My husband went and got them. It was over 100° and the pool was still freezing. Finally, the parking. It said nominal fee for valet parking in garage, however, it does not tell you that there isn't ANY other parking and you are forced to use valet. This nominal fee is $50.

- Haimanot (2/5): - I stay for three days and no one cleans my room and bring me any essential items even if I called the front desk several times, I was the one to drop the trash cans also, I didn't face this kind of terrible situation in other states. I feel like I stayed in apartments not a hotel because of the lack of service.

- Gene (4/5): Poor Customer Service - The staff seemed really upset to be at work or to interact with customers. We spent a day and a half asking for a pack n play that we never received but kept getting the run around about . It took a full day of asking for a comforter replacement to get an incorrect item sent up and housekeeping only occurred once… barely. Housekeeping only came in to add more towels. For the cost of the night and the extremely expensive parking, save your time and money and go elsewhere
