• Tobias (9/5): Very well situated hotel for conferences and tourists in center of Barcelona with attentive staff - Location is very good, right in the center of tourist attractions. Breakfast is well above average, regional products, well maintained, very good value- highly recommended! Reception staff is extremely nice and thinking forward, going an extra mile! Improves the overall rating and impression. Special thanks to Yeray Sun from the reception team! Breakfast, that was superb, but it was served in the basement. Tasteful but dark interior.

• Christian (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Barcelona-Aufenthalt - Das Hotel Ciutadella überzeugt vor allem durch seine top Lage – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und der Hafen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: wirklich hervorragend und das beste, das wir bisher in Barcelona hatten. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! -

• Maria (7/5): - The hotel was very close to the city center, great location. The door had a problem when opening, every time when we wanted to enter, the door handle would block itself and everytime we had to wait for someone from the reception to come and unblock it.

• Hendrik (8/5): - Zeer goede locatie om de stad Barcelona te verkennen, op wandelafstand van de zee, het park en de binnenstad. Het hotel zelf is netjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij vragen over vervoer naar luchthaven, tickets voor activiteiten in de stad. Wij hadden vb. geen tickets meer voor een bezoek aan de Sagrada Familia, hotel kon nog last minute tickets aanbieden. De ontbijtruimte was niet zo gezellig, in de "kelder"-verdieping van het hotel, geen buitenlicht. Het aanbod bij het ontbijt was wel zeer ruim en vers, dus dat maakte veel goed.

Stock war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Altstadt und Meer ist klasse. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Hervorzuheben sind die Herren an der Rezeption, was die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft betrifft!!! Nada
