Le tout nouveau jacuzzi dehors est très joli mais vous devez traverser tout l'hôtel en peignoir et traverser le parking pour y accéder - nous avons entendu le voisin ronfler comme s'il dormait dans notre chambre - nous avons entendu toutes les personnes de l'étage rentrer dans leur chambre à toute heure grâce à l'appareil à cartes pour l'ouverture des portes qui fait un monstrueux bruit digne d'une prison. - petit déjeuner très industriel pour le côté sucré et vraiment pas bon... - personnel pas souriant - cet hotel devait être excellent dans les années 50 mais là... malgré les rénovation il n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 * - la chambre avec 2 lits avait des matelas à ressort... absolument pas confortables

Denise (7/5): Originally grand now faded hotel. - The hotel's location. The original architecture. The room . The shabby state of the hotel. The fact the bed didn't have a duvet. The relatively poor breakfast, cold bacon, no eggs and difficult to access coffee.
karine (9/5): - L’hôtel est une magnifique bâtisse au cachet indéniable, récemment rénovée. Notre chambre, face à la mer, disposait d’un charmant petit balcon. Le personnel était incroyablement agréable et à l’écoute. La propreté de l’hôtel était irréprochable. Le spa était parfait, et je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude pour les soins esthétiques . Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus sympathique Et une 2 eme machine à café ne serait pas de trop . La climatisation bruyante nous avons ouvert la fenêtre.

Das Frühstück hatte zwar alles was es braucht jedoch nicht gut koordiniert, Raum macht einen unordentlichen Eindruck (Vorhänge). Das Team ist nicht sehr aufmerksam und das mis en Place zum nachdecken liegt mit auf dem Büffett. Also schlichtweg lieblos. Die warmen Speisen waren kalt. Das hat uns dann auch nicht animiert am Abend im Hotel Abend zu essen. Sehr schade nach dem wunderbaren Eindruck in den Zimmern, der Hotelhalle und der sehr aufmerksamen Rezeption.

Matteo (7/5): Potenziale ma sfruttato male - Bene le camere,lo staff e la spa Per come sono fatto preferisco pagare il parcheggio e la spa “senza che mi sia fatto vedere” piuttosto che pagargli a parte, non lo trovo elegante in alberghi di un certo livello, andare a piedi in centro è cosa fattibile ma per chi è allenato sicuramente non adatto a chi ha difficoltà nel camminare, salita finale da montagna. Cosa peggiore, la colazione, qualità bassa, ressa da villaggio vacanze 2 stelle.

Le petit déjeuner Dans ma chambre le téléphone avait seulement 6 chaînes mais pas mortal, quand on est en vacances on regarde pas beaucoup la télé. Par contre le garçon au bar était vraiment adorable et à l'écoute à différence de la fille brune.

Samanta (6/5): - Posizione buona, la camera vista mare merita. Prenotata con booking una camera uso singolo. Camera e bagno avrebbero bisogno di qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione per essere all'altezza di un hotel di questo livello. Durante la notte diversi rumori mi hanno svegliata piú volte.

Karine (5/5): Pratique pour l’emplacement et joli spa mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles - L’emplacement très proche du centre, facile pour aller se promener à pied, le SPA (avec supplément mais il vaut vraiment le coup!) La « vue jardin » de la chambre (plutôt vue débarras local technique…), la literie pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles (on s’enfonce dans le matelas), la salle de bain avec une cabine de douche étroite et en mauvais état, l’insonorisation inexistante. Bref le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur (voir les photos)

Jean Luc (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel. - L’accueil du personnel, le parking, a vingt minutes du centre ville a pieds. La vue sur la mer. Très bel hôtel qui a du charme. Intevention rapide pour le mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas. Envoie de messages pour savoir si tout va bien. Dommage que les gobelets soient en plastiques dans les chambres vue la qualité de l’hôtel. Pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue, il y a une bouilloire mais pas de cafetière. Pour le petit déjeuner un seul distributeur de boissons chaudes très gênant quand il y a beaucoup de monde, manquait le jus d’orange.

Cadre magnifique et côté mer la vue de la chambre est des plus agréables Manque un joint en bas de la douche car l eau allait partout. Le spa possède des transats peu confortables

Le chemin d’accès étroit et en travaux L’absence de cafetière dans la chambre Rien pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.

Ramona (7/5): Non soddisfatto - Camera pulita e ordinata. Parcheggio molto disorganizzato x 16 euro a notte sarebbe meglio mettere personale più professionale e non solo che controlla il pass sulle macchine.Lavori in corso che posso assolutamente capire ma le distanze tra una vettura e l altra nessuno controllava le distanze esagerate, così il posto libero era un terno al lotto. Reception: abbiamo fatto una fila infinita aspettando i clienti interessati ai servizi del hotel, dovrebbe esserci una persona accogliente che si occupa solo al check in , nemmeno buongiorno e benvenuti o qualche minima spiegazione di dove dovevamo andare e dove fare colazione, orario ,ecc. In fase di prenotazione mi è stato confermato il mio cagnolino era benvenuto e aveva un piccolo gadget di benvenuto......al check in ha solo chiesto se ero sicura di aver avvisato in fase di prenotazione, chiede ma l avete portato? E niente. Colazione molto confuso tutto , tavoli non pronti , ci si siede a caso , nessuno che accoglie gli ospiti e saluta....fila infinita per farsi un cappuccino da soli. Rientrando da una passeggiata siamo stati inseguiti per sapere il numero della camera. ..... ritengo che per un hotel 4 stelle il personale dovrebbe essere molto più accogliente e preparato.
