- Anja (8/5): In orde. - Parking bij het hotel, korte afstand naar het centrum. Ontbijt! Zou tot 10u30 mogen duren. Bij toekomen aangesproken worden, nu was het efkes zoeken op die computers die er staan.

Паркінг платний закритий, сніданок добрий. Єдиний мінус це матрац, який не закріплений.

Unfortunately it was Kings Day and we were not able to get meal in hotel restaurant (they had a group booking) - just offered a possible sandwich at 9pm!! - Malfait (9/5): Bon séjour - Hotel et ville très agréable - La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport au centre Ville, le parking avec recharge de vehicule en nombre suffisant à proximité de l'hôtel et l'accueil du personnel. La fermeture des stores des fenêtres défaillants et bricolée, la quantité de givre dans le frigidaire et le camion récupérant les verres (box à verres) à 6h45 du matin, ce dernier point n'est pas sous la responsabilité de l'hôtel mais il serait judicieux que l'hôtel puisse en discuter avec la société en charge de la tournée, pour si possible décaler la relève de cette box un peu plus tard si cela est possible.

Secure storage space for our bikes, lovely quiet and comfortable room The bath which was also the base of the shower was very slippery! Also the cost of breakfast was very high (25€). That said, we loved our stay!

- Jmass (8/5): Great Hotel, would stay again! - Access to secure car parking, excellent location. The hotel is very well looked after and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The family hotel room was a nice size and we liked the unusual bathroom layout. It actually made it easier to shower our young children The main bed was a twin pushed together which is fine normally. But the mattresses were foam, and very high. Because of this they were a bit wobbly and by morning time, there was a large gap in the middle. Not ideal and made them feel a bit uncomfortable. This is the only negative we had.

De dames die aan het werk waren waren heel erg vriendelijk en vrolijk dat zorgde voor een leuke aankomst en vertrek. Het ontbijt was lekker, knusse opzet zodat het niet massaal aanvoelt. De kussens op de bedden waren te plat naar onze zin, aangezien we daar pas midden in de nacht achter kwamen niet meer om een extra kussen gevraagd, maar dat had het comfort wel verhoogd.

- Rebecca (6/5): Comfortable enough for a 2-night stay. - Location was great, side-view of canals and 10 min walk to city center. Check-in was easy. Parking location was convenient. I would appreciate a standard daily parking fee as a hotel guest instead of paying each time i left the garage. Check-in clerk was not clear about the available amenities (he did not know breakfast cost or schedule). Walls were thin making it easy to hear hallway/street traffic at night.

- dominique (7/5): Prima hotel - Locatie, sfeer hele hotel door inrichting Aardig personeel Goed ontbijt Goed bed Prima kamer verder Door de kalk van de badkraan was deze lastig te bedienen omdat je in het bad moest gaan staan om deze aan te doen. De verwarming/airco gaf een error waardoor ik de kamer niet kon koelen of verwarmen Het koffiezetapparaat deed het niet goed waardoor het water te koud eruit kwam en ook te weinig, ook waarschijnlijk door kalk. Waterkoker moest ik op de gang halen en stond niet standaard op de kamer. Bij inchecken was dit selfservice maar nadat ik 10 minuten lang het hele systeem was doorlopen kreeg ik een melding dit alleen bij de receptie te kunnen doen waar ik vervolgens weer een goeie 15 min moest wachten. Het probleem was in een fractie opgelost door een vriendelijke jonge dame.

Maar als ik dan toch wat moet zeggen: de qr code waarmee je aan kunt geven of je het schoonmaken van de kamer een keer over wilt slaan, die werkte niet. Kamer werd gewoon schoongemaakt

We konden niet echt genieten van een volwaardige maaltijd die avond. Veel gerechten waren niet verkrijgbaar. We hebben ons dan met wat tapas en kaas moeten tevreden stellen. We hadden de indruk dat het hotel net overgenomen was door nieuwe uitbaters of lag het aan het nieuwe computer of boekingssysteem.

- Koos (8/5): goed verblijf voor een leuke prijs. - nette kamer, goed bed. Koffieapparaat op de kamer en kleine koelkast. Locatie van het hotel is prima. Je parkeert de auto onder het hotel en kan zo met de lift naar het hotel. Service is prima en kamer zag er goed uit. Het ontbijt smorgens is goed te noemen. Voldoende keuze. Vanaf het hotel is het een klein stukje lopen naar het centrum van Gouda. Daar kan je lekker rondwandelen , en op zaterdag de markt bezoeken. Puntje van aandacht zijn de kitnaden in de badkamer rondom het bad. Hier zaten wat schimmelplekken in.
