• Gabriele (7/5): Schönes gepflegtes kleines Hotel mit einigen Dingen die man verbessern könnte - Eigentlich war alles gut aber dadurch dass das Wetter so extrem schlecht war hat es auf die komplette Stimmung geschlagen Zuerst war ich unzufrieden mit dem Service und vor allen Dingen der Freundlichkeit. Nachdem ich das angesprochen hatte hat es sich jedoch erheblich verbessert was man durchaus als positiv bewerten kann. Das Restaurant kann ich jedoch nicht empfehlen. Das Service war wirklich nur mäßig sowie auch das Essen. Mein Mann hatte mit seiner Wahl mehr Glück!Aber verglichen mit einem anderen Restaurant wo wir einen Abend zuvor gegessen haben war es ziemlich ungemütlich und es hat mir leider nicht besonders gut geschmeckt. Die Kellner waren aufgesetzt freundlich. Die Bar ist sehr verbesserungswürdig was die Atmosphäre betrifft!!

• Burcin Yildiz (10/5): The most magical, memorable, luxury true Venice feel stay - We took a water taxi from the airport and 30 minutes later we stepped foot at Ai reali’’s private dock. It was such a memorable experience. The perfect romantic escape for my husband and me. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful when it comes to making reservations at restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and historical and you really feel like you are in a palace. The breakfast is delicious and the options are many. We even took a free trip to murano island with a private water taxi arranged by the hotel. It was calm, yet in the heart of Venice. It was a magical stay. Nothing

My room was facing another wall very close so I could not open the window/shutters properly to let in the day light, also because pigeons were sitting on the window sill and I did not want to risk them getting inside. But, well, that‘s part of being in the middle of Venice and, honestly, I spent most of the awake time outside of my room experiencing this charming city.

• Pascal (10/5): Un bel hotel confortable et magnifiquement situé. - L'emplacement à mi-chemin du pont du Rialto et de la Piazza San Marco, est vraiment appréciable, avec nombreux restaurants et gelati à proximité. La chambre spacieuse. le SPA super. Le petit-déjeuner. La chambre au bord du canal un peu bruyant le matin avec les livraisons et autres bateaux à moteur.

(10/5): Un hôtel magnifique, intimiste et chaleureux, parfaitement bien placé - Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique : un petit joyaux en plein centre de Venise, à deux minutes à pied du Rialto, mais également un havre de paix. Le raffinement est le mot d'ordre ! Des chambres sublimes à l'architecture et au charme vénitiens. Un personnel professionnel et attentionné à l'image du raffinement qui règne dans cet hôtel. Un personnel qui met une âme dans ce bel hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement parfait. Aucune envie de tester à Venise un autre hôtel ; nous avons été "ensorcelés" par le raffinement du Ai Reali et par la gentillesse de son personnel ! Devoir quitter ce bel endroit pour rentrer à Paris

Pokój duży, wysoki, łóżko na środku oddzielało część z dostawkami dla dzieci, ale nie było to studio. Hotel w stylu weneckim, klimatyczny. Łazienka z podgrzewaną podłogą. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Śniadanie znakomite, pyszna kawa podawana do stolika, duży wybór dań: na ciepło, na słodko, na słono. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Śniadanie do 10:30. Lokalizacja hotelu idealna, ścisłe centrum, wszędzie blisko :)

No corresponde para nada a la cualificación del hotel. Las dos alcachofas de la ducha estaban obturadas y ducharse no era agradable. La habitación, muy amplia, pero sin lugar suficiente para dejar las cosas con comodidad. La calefacción hacía ruido toda la noche y uno de los colchones estaba deteriorado

It was very cold in Venice during our stay and sometimes our room wasn’t very warm. The heating vent pointed up to the very high ceilings. The twin beds were too narrow. It’s a luxury hotel. Our room was huge and our twin beds were too small and uncomfortable. Twin beds should be 130 cm. I suspect that these beds were between 90 and 100 cm.

• Bernd (7/5): - Der Aufenthalt in der Juniorsuite auf die Kanalseite wurde leider ab 5:30 durch lauten Schiffsverkehr, Ein-und ausladelärm getrübt. Das Wechseln der Suite auf die Innenhofseite löste diese Problem am nächsten Tag komplett, wenn nicht die Klimaanlage selbst nach dem Ausschalten zu laute Geräusche absonderte!! Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt mit überragend freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal!!!!

The room was very comfortable with a big bed and lots of pillows. The staff were exceptional: local, helpful and friendly. The bar manager was super professional and helpful. Breakfast team also very good. The temperature in the room Was a little tricky but this was quickly fixed

C était très bon. Chambres très petites : lit petit et peu de rangement pour ranger ses affaires Spa : très cher et pas très sympa. Ça ne vaut pas nos spas.

• Iryna (7/5): - Good location, various breakfast. The staff was very friendly and even greeted me with a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. We have Delux room. To get it it is necessary to use lift and we had to walk down several hallways and climb two more stairs. A fairly tall step, unmarked in the dark, ran across the entire room. No matter how hard I tried to remember it, I still fell and hurt myself. The bathroom, with a transparent shower stall, was separated from the room only by a clear glass on the left part of the bathroom. It was uncomfortable. We had previously stayed in a junior suite at this hotel. Those rooms were absolutely perfect, but without discounts and upgrades, they are very expensive.
