I emailed twice with no response, I had to borrow a strangers phone to call and get it. The pictures on the website were misleading. The place had a bad smell and no view.

• Amanda (1/5): - Really great location and huge room 3F. The entire apartment absolutely wreaked of cigarettes smoke - there was so escaping it even with all the windows open. It simply wasn’t good. The pillow were also extremely lumpy - much like most places.

A única coisa que nos deixou chateado foi que depois de uma dia cansativo, ficamos mais de duas horas para acessar ao apartamento, pois o anfitrião não enviou nenhum e-mail com as diretrizes de acesso, tipo senhas e não sabíamos nem o numero do apartamento que seria disponibilizado. o Anfitrião não atendia as nossas ligações telefônicas. Graças ao EXCELENTE serviço dos atendentes da BOOKING. conseguimos as senhas de acesso e entramos após duas horas e meia da nossa chegada no imóvel.

• Claire (7/5): A good stay in a central location, appropriate for fit individuals and this who prioritise views - Great location, we rented one bedroom and superior bedroom apartments. The superior bedrooms are fantastic with amazing views and space as well as an outdoor terrace. There is a supermarket very close by and the apartment is in a great central location. Th views are the best feature, otherwise the apartments are quite functional. Great wardrobe space The one bedroom apartment was quite dark and didn’t have a sofa, just a flat sofa bed. The air con is quite weak, I would be hesitant to book in a heatwave. The lift is broken with no timeline for fixing it, there are 3 floors of steps up to the apartments which is hard with heavy luggage. There was an electrical problem which meant one of our rooms was downgraded however communication was good. There luggage storage only takes 6 small suitcases, so not appropriate for large groups.

• Francesca (8/5): Appartement propre, spacieux et agréable - Des biscottes et 3 confitures et 1 l d'eau du thé noir. C'est frugal ns avons biens déjeuné dans les environs. Ns n'avons pas apprécié d'avoir eu un code d'entrée qui ns a amené à l'intérieur du palacio Comeos et qui avait l'air abbandonné. L'ascenseur en panne ouvert à moitié et personne dans le bâtiment on a cru qu'on ns avait bien eus ns avons eu peur mais ns avons été éguillés assez rapidement, après avoir appelé les propriétaires, vers l'entrée de derrière avec un nouveau code pour la porte d'entrée et le bon code pour l'appartement loué, zone de l'immeuble en très bon état. Appartement calme spacieux et propre.
• Aileen (1/5): Bug infestation. - Nothing. Worst experience. The apartment was full of roaches & these bugs that bit us. We were covered in bug bites because of one room in the apartment. When we told the host, they proceeded to not respond for hours & when they did , we just received apologies. No indication that someone had come to clean or inspect the room. We had hoped the problem was solved, We assumed they did because it had high ratings & it wasn’t a cheap stay. But the next night, it got worse. We couldn’t sleep from all the bug bites! And huge cockroach! We then called angrily so they sent their manager & he inspected & confirmed we needed to have another room. He checked. They didn’t have another apt available, so they offered us a refund. We couldn’t go anywhere else since it was so last minute. So we all crowded in on the floor of the living room for the remainder before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, they lied about the refund. They don’t want to give us our money back or even half a refund for all suffering. Honestly, worst stay of my life. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve never been treated this way. They only offered us a discount for a future stay. Unbelievable. The audacity. I complained to booking about it but they also won’t do anything about which tells you a lot about bookings reliability. Completely disappointed in both the apartment & booking.

• Lopes (7/5): Très bien, par contre grosse perte de temps pour accéder à l’appartement du fait que l’appareil ne pouvait pas scanner l - Appartement très spacieux Compliqué pour stationner le véhicule très compliqué, on a dû payer 13,50 € en arrivant en après-midi et reparti au milieu de matinée compliqué pour accéder à l’appartement. Impossible de scanner les cartes d’identité car elles étaient plastifiées, il faudrait préciser qu’il faut impérativement un passeport, une personne est venue et du fait que nous avons payé à l’avance. Nous a validé la réservation.

Close to several breakfast restaurants, and easy walking distance to the city center. Large apartment with a private balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with 2 twins. You can also sleep in the living room. We struggled to use the environmental control and each night we were a little too warm.

Check in and check out are very convenient with possibility to leave lugged in the locker. Can be cold, the only way to warm the room is air conditioning, I just don’t like air conditioning. Otherwise it’s great experience.

Sensation de calme alors que nous sommes en pleine ville. Les équipements dans la cuisine sont limites : 1 pastille pour lave vaisselle par jour. Assez peu de couverts pour 6, obligés de laver à la main. Il pourrait également y avoir des capsules pour faire le linge incluses. Ça perd du temps de demander à la femme de service.

Maximálisan elégedett vagyok, a kapcsolattartás folyamatos volt, jelzett igényeket azonnal kezelték, professzionális rendszer. Az apartmant tiszta volt, a napi takarítás is nagyon kellemes szolgáltatás volt. Központ elhelyezkedésű apartmanból minden sétatávolságra volt. A check-in folyamatban is segítőkészek voltak. Váratlanul tájékoztattak, hogy másik apartmant kell adni, de sokkal jobbat adtak a módosítás "kellemetlenségeiért". Nem volt negatív élmény.

• Gemma (7/5): Good basic apartment in good location - Spacious apartment with everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. Dishwasher tablets provided and you can buy washing powder for one euro if needed Near lots of shops, restaurants and transport links. Daily bed making, rubbish emptied and towels replenished (if needed). Good water pressure in the shower. Wall hairdryer and toiletries provided. Small balcony Quiet area, we didn't have any issues with outside noise. Beds were a little hard (not uncomfortable just very firm) and pillows were not great. The bathroom could do with an update as paint was peeling from the bath, everything was clean though. No lift and we were on the fourth floor, people with mobility issues would struggle. The air conditioner in the bedroom was quite noisy even when not in use. Bring earplugs if this might annoy you.

• Sotirios (9/5): Άνετη διαμονή, στο κέντρο της Λισαβόνας - Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στη στάση του τραμ και σε καταστήματα, έχει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, είναι πολύ άνετο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά. Επειδή τα πατώματα είναι ξύλινα, έχει αρκετό θόρυβο από τα γύρω διαμερίσματα και τον επάνω όροφο. Αυτό, βέβαια, δεν μπορεί να βελτιωθεί.

• Tamir (7/5): Spacious apartment and great facilities. Building entrance not inviting though. - The apartment was spacious. There were no views from the apartment windows as it looked over neighbouring rooftops. The apartment was a short walk from the city centre. The main entrance to the building was dark and dingy and looked like a haunted house to my kids. The lift to the apartment floor was broken and we had to use the side entrance to the building and carry our bags 3 flights of stairs to get to the self check-in machine on the third floor. There was a washing machine in the apartment, which is great, but no dryer or a place to hang clothes. So, if you plan to wash clothes bring your own clothesline and set it up in the big living room like we did.

Alles wat je nodig hebt in een keuken was aanwezig De ingang was even zoeken. Qua hygiëne was het voldoende: alles wat schoon hoort te zijn was schoon (badkamer, bedden etc), hier en daar wat oppervlakken / ramen zichtbaar vuil op (maar niet onacceptabel)

• Tommasino (6/5): - Check-in da migliorare in quanto le informazioni fornite in fase di prenotazione e successivamente via mail e/o messaggio non sono chiare. L’indirizzo fornito non è esatto; entrando nel palazzo c’è una scala che conduce ad una biblioteca e un solo ascensore, con la porta divelta e quindi inutilizzabile, che dovrebbe condurre al terzo piano ovvero all’ingresso della struttura. Quindi andrebbe indicato l’altro accesso che si trova a 50 metri, nella strada laterale. Andrebbe segnalato all’interno della struttura il luogo dove completare la registrazione per l’assegnazione dell’appartamento.

The check in process where I had to submit ID details of all members who were staying in the apartment, I booked 4 places in this trip and only in this apartment i had to submit details of all my family members so it was hectic. Since it was complicated to do check in they did come to help us. However I would expect a smooth check in. The lift was broken. It didnt affect us since we didnt have heavy luggage.
