- George (2/5): - We took this property because it had a 4.7 rating on Orbitz. it’s much much lower than that. It’s almost like the property had been sold in the new owners just didn’t care. The room has no chair table. It does have a desk with a chair at the desk, but the only place to sit other than that one chair is the bed. The shower had conditioner, but no shampoo. There were no Kleenexes there was a half a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. I went down and got more toilet paper and asked for tissues. They said they didn’t have any and they gave us paper towels. The breakfast is terrible. There’s a toaster but no bread we made waffles on a waffle machine, but the batter was so liquid that they came out thin crispy, but no taste. Plus, there was no butter to put on the waffle there was syrup though. Hole in all I would highly recommend you do not stay at this property.
- Char (10/5): Clean and friendly staff - Thank you to Amy at front desk for being on point with my reservations. The housekeepers are extremely polite! I was impressed with the upgraded rooms and FINALLY had a working open pool to enjoy with my son. Really great experience and easy check in!
- Tracy (4/5): - I chose this place because of its location for what I wanted to be closer to and it's price of less than $100 a night. Mistake. I booked a kid room and asked for a 1st floor. 6 weeks before the booking date. Go to check in the lady at the desk says you have a double Queen of the 2 floor. I said no I booked a king. She says OK. Then I asked about the 1st floor. We are sold out. Requested 6 weeks ago seriously. Ok. So I go to my room up the rusty busted steps past the strong smell Marijuana coming from a few people sitting outside there room drinking. Open my door to a double Queen. Not a king! Non smoking but smelled like at some point it was a smoking room. Asked the desk about the room again. That's all we have available..... what's the point of making a reservation ? Ok leftovers still in refrigerator. Used Press on nails laying in the floor. 1 towel. 1 wash cloth. No matter if it's a single or double room. Who only puts 1 towel in the room? 1 cup for using for coffee or rinsing when brushing your teeth. The bed did seem clean and I didn't notice any bugs in the room anywhere so that's good at least. Free Internet that kept kicking me off was not fun. I wasn't going to use the pool anyway but I did look at it. No chairs or anything around the pool area and the water was nothing I would have gotten in anyway. It's June so I'm sure some people would have liked to. I didn't waste my time checking out anything else about the property. Nope!

- Amelia M (4/5): - Quality Inn as a whole is a great place to stay.. The only reason i gave it a 2 was because of Expedia. I made the reservation through Expedia for this location. I arrive at the location only to find out there is no reservation for me. I had the correct address that was listed on my reservation. I spent over an hour on the phone communicating with Expedia in the hotel lobby trying to track my reservation. They kept telling me that MJ and Jenna at the front desk had my reservation. Maria was at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, IT IS NOT THE ACCURATE LOCATION!!! I was at the Mundy Mill location as listed and there was no MJ, no Jenna, and NO reservation! I ended up having to pay out of pocket to ensure a place to stay! I still have not heard from Expedia since Sunday about my refund. As for the hotel itself goes, I stay here every weekend and have enjoyed my stay each time. Maria is very kind and housekeeping does a phenomenal job maintaining the rooms.

Couldnt get the tv to come on. Found a few stains on the cover. There was a nasty wet stain on the carpet before reaching the vanity area. Not sure whst it was, but had to keep shoes on the entire time. Very noisy surrondings. And there is a large pot hole in the parking lot that you have to hit wwhen entering the complex. Damaged my tires

- Andrea (4/5): - Upon arrival I was given a room that one I opened the door I was met with the cheep of the smoke alarm which had no battery in it, walked to the office to get one & she stated she would change my room. Room 2 upon entry was almost knocked over by the stomach of cigarette smoke & the safety latch had been broken off. So on to room #3 & all I can say is Thank GOD I only stayed 1 night & when I got in the shower there was NOTHING but Ice cold water even after it ran for 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure there was a bullet hole in the wall. “Nightstand” leg was held together by tape wrapped around it several times.

- Paul (4/5): Very Disappointing Stay - For the cost of this motel, I was extremely disappointed. The front lobby was closed off, there was no breakfast, and no working ice machine. The room was not nice and in poor condition. The chair in the room was dirty and stained, two out of three lamps had no light bulbs in them, the night stand was missing its handle, there was no clock or phone in the room, the shower was not in nice condition, there was no holder for the toilet paper, and the only hand towel in the bathroom was dirty with stuff on it. In addition to all that, the security lights on the posts by each room door, shined right into the room window at night. There was no blackout curtain. Only a thin sheer curtain that allowed a ton of light in at night. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
- John (4/5): - Hotel was under renovation and the room was very worn. There was a hot water heater in the parking lot. The Waffle House in front of the property was closed, with what looked to be police tape strung across the entrance. The bright spot was waking up with all of my organs intact.

The pool, though unseasonal to use was filled with filthy green water and trash. The area around it was in horrible condition with broken flower pots/beds. The dining area was closed which was not communicated to us at any time during our stay. We checked in Saturday night and didn't see a housekeeper until Tuesday. Though our room was clean, the mirror in the bathroom showed someone had written on it which appeared after taking a shower and the mirror got steamed up. Our curtain was inadequate to block out the lights at night which made it appear like daytime, even at 2 AM.

We did not have any breakfast, as the internet said we would, when we ask her she said( no breakfast) . They were no phone service so no wake up calls. Two lamps, only one bulb in one lamp the other one had none in it. No cups, creamer, or sugar, only coffee packs and a coffee pot. No Kleenex in the empty box left in the holder. Only two towels, no washcloths and one hand towel. No shampoo for shower, they really didn't care if we stayed or not, and they had planty Of time to of properly maintain the room and supply it before we arrived on Friday night around 10:30 pm I would rate this expensive, not worth the money night a 1 star, we are saddened by The results we got. If we were property took care fore, it would of been worth the money, but instead we were lied too about the smoking, cheated on supplies and bluntly told no about breakfast and they did not have a place to even go to eat if they did have it We will not ever stay in your motels again because of all of this, you can ignore me, but what about everyone else that stays after us can you ignore them too?

Old furniture and broken appliances strewn in walkways. Pool area strewn with broken furniture, filth, and old discarded equipment. Room looked like a horror film from the 70's

- Marie (2/5): - When we first walked into the room the smoke detector was beeping. The air conditioner did not cool. The TV did not work, the refrigerator did not work and there were dead bugs in the bottom of it. I contacted the lady at the desk about moving to another room. She advised that the smoke detectors were like that in each room and she did not have another room to move us to. I booked a room at another hotel and checked out.

- John (2/5): - There was trash in the parking lot and outside the room that had not been cleaned in a long time. The room had dirty walls, broken light fixtures, mold in the shower, dirty furniture. I left early and would have gone sooner if I had other options.

The ac was loud as hell, weird guy downstairs like living in a room yelling loud, no light switch covers, carpet was wet, old food in the fridge, I could go on and on. You get the picture. Oh, no breakfast “for over a year while we remodel” so don’t plan on that. Not that I would want to eat there.
- michael (2/5): As bad as it gets - Do not accept the "under construction" as an excuse for the condition of this dump. The exterior is a mess, the room was as much of a dump as I've ever seen. Terrible sheets, poor pillows, no coffee, no desk chair, comforter had been left in the dryer for a week, ceiling..paint... Glad I was only staying by myself. If I'd hady family with me I would have left as soon as I opened the door.

Mold everywhere, sheets had holes everywhere, what looks like blood stains on the couch and underside of the mattress and the bath faucet wouldn’t turn all the way off. Only 2 tiny pillows on the bed too. Better off staying in your vehicle
- Thomas (2/5): - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Quality Inns advertise breakfast and there is none. Garbage is over flowing, Ice machines are broken and dirty. Towels in room had stains on them. Sheet on bed had cigarette burns. Towel bar pulled out from the wall. Wall outlet cracked exposing wires. Arm missing on desk chair. Outside access ways filthy. Pool has stagnate water in it. This property and it's owner should be reported to the state health department and lose their license. Had I had an alternative, I would not have stayed here.

- Trent (2/5): Run down - First room had no knob for the water on the shower second room I got ha one towel no wash clothes and no toilet paper. The whole place looks a bit run down and ghetto. Nothing like the pics online. Won’t stay there again.

Requested non smoking room, room smelled like cigarette smoke. So many things broken, burn marks on bath tub. Holes in sheets. Definitely not worth $100 a night. Should’ve paid more to stay else where. Beware!

- Lloyd (2/5): - I did not like anything about this property. A huge 150 yrds dumpster at the rear of the building containing about 250 yrds of trash overflowing to the ground. The room they put me in was literary filthy. The beds look as if they were infested with little bugs. I pulled the mattress back and on the floor was filth such as small cigar buts I think referred to as blunts and trash pile under the bed. This place was not anywhere near the standards of a Quality Inn. I showed the clerk a photo of the trash under the bed and his commit was "does not surprise me". I did not stay, The Manager refused to refund my money and Expedia said it was out of their hands I the site manager said no. I would avoid this place like you avoid Covid 19.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Run…run far away - This hotel doesn’t deserve the name Quality Inn. We have stayed at various Quality Inns up and down the east coast and this one I wouldn’t even allow my dog to sleep there. There was blood spatter on the wall, human bodily fluid stains on the walls, sheets were dirty with cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets, there were q-tips under the blankets. Extremely dirty.

- Erica (2/5): Gross!! - In the office said please excuse our renovations but...the dumpster full of household trash that smelled horrible was right outside our door. The fire alarm was broken, there were nasty grease stains all over the walls, power outlets wasnt working there was a multi power saver with everything plugged into it. I dont think they need to have guest until all these issues are cleared up!!! And to add we had no towels in our room. I had to go get some after i started my shower😡

- Thomas (2/5): - It wasn’t just DIRTY, it’s FILTHY and the photos posted don’t represent the actual room. Had broken furniture, missing lamp shades, missing electrical outlet covers (serious safety issue) and inoperative vanity lamp. Also had bugs, what looked to be a feces stain on the bathroom wall and the smell was unbearable. We arrived at 3:10am on the 12th and checked out at 9:00am on the 12th, paid for another hotel in the area with no refund for the second day.
- Josh (6/5): Unimpressed - The room looked nothing like any of the pictures, walls were stained, couch was stained and desk was falling apart and so was the dresser. Not sure if I just got a room that was just barely holding on before being renovated. Worst room i have been in this year.

We had no towels, no cups, no coffee, the carpet was soaking wet, the switch plate by the door was broken and wires were exposed, one of the lamps by the bed didn't have an on/off switch and no bulbs, there were 2 remote controls but neither worked with the TV, there was no food service of any kind, when we checked in the front desk clerk was very rude, there was used soap and shampoo in the shower, the two pillows they supplied were the size of postage stamps and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke.
- Steve (2/5): - To be fair, the facility was under renovation. That being said, the best way to start their renovations would be with a bulldozer. Bathroom covered in black mold, vent cover in the bathroom was missing exposing some pretty nasty duct work. Roaches, bedbug infestation and on and on.

- Bryan (2/5): - The room was the most disgusting room Ive ever seen! The walls were covered in stain of which I had no idea of the origin. The tub had a poop stain in it. It smelled horrible! I asked for a refund immediately and left, never to return.
