• YINTZI (10/5): 整體而言非常棒，房東很貼心，房間夠寬敞舒適明亮，有附衣架，地點很方便，沒有電梯有點可惜，但因為被安排住一樓就還好 - 交通方便，房間乾淨整潔，有基本的微波爐、廚餐具，廁所也乾淨，可以寄放行李 沒有電梯，頂樓看起來沒整理無法使用，浴室蓮蓬頭掛的位置不太好

• Katharine Margaret (7/5): Though the apartment is very spacious, it will benefit from better upkeep or even a renovation. - The location was great being surrounded with high quality cafes and being walkable from the Gyeongui Line Forest Park. The area is quiet and safe to walk in even late at night. Booking details did not indicate that the building does not have an elevator. It was only earlier in the day of the check-in that I was sent the room number and upon arrival in the evening that we found that the room is on the third floor. My parents who are seniors had the most difficult time with their luggage.

• Carolina (1/5): Alojamiento de película de terror - Absolutamente nada. Estaba sucio, dejado y el edificio daba un mal rollo impresionante. No duramos allí ni dos horas y cogimos otro alojamiento porque era horrible. Nos reembolsaron la mitad de la reserva pero aún así si podéis evitar ir, mejor.

• Rut (4/5): נחמד הייתי מוותרת על האזור - מיקום קרוב לחיי לילה חייבת לציין שאחרי יומיים מיצינו את האזור וזה רחוק יחסית מיונג דונג והמרכז… נסיעה במונית לקח לי שעה המקום לא קנקי מספיק דירה ישנה הברז במקלחת לא עובד טוב הדלת היתה פתוחה קצת כדי לאורר ובעל הדירה פשוט נכנס אלינו כשאני לא הייתי לבושה כראוי פשוט נכנס ככה ללא שום רשות

• hui yeen (9/5): Fair~~ - Everything was fine, is a fine place to staying with friends & family. Easy access to main street by walking, but may be a quiet and dark to go back alone at night time. Restaurant and convenient shops are easy access. Need to change hair dryer, the hair dryer is not helping. And the TV is not working at all for local channels. Wifi wise still acceptable for normal social media loading & chatting, but not really for loading Netflix.

• Georgie (9/5): Spacious, clean, a perfect base if staying in Hongdae - Location was excellent - short walk to Hongik university station, which has a direct line to and from the airport. Was spacious and comfortable. Big Table in the kitchen for relaxing. There was adequate, air con and air purifier meant it wasn’t stuffy like some accom. Was clean and provided towels (including larger bath towels which is rare in Seoul). Communication was excellent with the owner, they always responded quickly and were helpful as we had late flights out of Seoul so were able to provide a safe place for luggage after checking out. Nothing- it was perfect.

• Aymeric (7/5): bien, mais peut mieux faire. - La situation dans le quartier animé de Hongdae. Les portes avec Digicode qui simplifie les accès. L'accès à des laves-ligne, sèches-linge. Le ménage n'a pas été bien fait. Le logement était donné pour 2 chambres dont une avec un canapé lit, mais le canapé était tout petit et impossible d'y dormir, heureusement qu'il y avait 2 lits doubles dans la chambre (dommage si un ronfleur dans le groupe)

• Martin (9/5): A comfortable stay and the location suited us well. - We were in a great location for us to explore from. Alot of easily accessible eateries , shopping and train to main attractions. Easy access to our room with our early morning arrival. The bathroom shower was not seperate so took some getting used to the wet floor . Otherwise the two bedroom apartment was just what we needed for our stay.

The bathroom has mold inside and outside of it. Wallpaper is damaged. Power sockets hang loose. All in all the place needs a renovation!

Booked a 4 night stay at SeeU House Hongdae(pink room). Our first impression of the apartment was that it was old and not as clean as we'd expected. The wallpapers were peeling, doors were mouldy, and tiles were damaged. Initially, we wanted to bare with what we saw and experienced, however what made us decide to move out to the point of forfeiting the remaining nights that we paid for and search for a different place to stay at was the GUEST EXPERIENCE we had from the owner of this apartment. When we first got help from him to figure out how we could operate the air conditioner, he explained it to us in a frustrated manner. We wanted to stand in a more neutral stand to understand him as there was a language barrier. However, during the night, we occurred more issues we had with the water heater as well as bed. We discussed and decided that we would find somewhere else to stay in as we weren't comfortable to stay there for the remaining nights we had at Seoul. Hence, we sent a message to let him know our decision to leave the apartment and stay at a different location while being completely aware that what we paid for the remaining nights would be forfeited and would not chase for a refund. However, minutes later, we received aggressive and loud bangs on our door that would no longer be considered as knocks. And it was the owner who was very upset about our decision. Even though he solved the issue with our water heater, and proposed solutions to the other problems we had, we were shakened by the aggressive reaction and response we received from him. • Xun (9/5): My family enjoyed the stay at the apartment. - The dining room is cosy, the study room is equipped with a cool turntable for music and projector for TV. Location is good, near train station and a happening place with a lot of restaurants and shops.
