• Mark (10/5): - The view of the Mekong river from my bungalow and the restaurant are spectacular. If you are in the Mekong Delta this the the best imaginable view. If I am in the area again, there is no other place that I would consider staying. Also, they were very helpful. They offered me a free breakfast box since I was leaving at 5 AM. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but I slept well nevertheless.

Det er i småtings afdelingen, men 2 solsenge trængte til en lille reparation, ligesom den ene parasol havde en knækket "pind". Ikke kritisk, men en god ide at få ordnet - så det ikke bliver et skråplan, at ting kan være i stykker. Det vil være ærgerligt for et ellers fint sted.

I loved the variety of flowers and the winding footpath They were badly understaffed. Sometimes the food took 1 hour to arrive. The Mekong river tour was overpriced and not worth 800k per head. The bed was not comfortable and the babybed sheet was badly fitting.

• Michael (9/5): - This is a truly special place to experience the Mekong River. We definitely recommend taking one of the rooms with River view to enjoy the views of the river. Bicycle rides to the nearby island with lush tropical fruit gardens are recommendable. The bikes are included in the room price, albeit the bikes are very basic. It was a pity the hotel had very few guests at the beginning of the year, thus we felt a bit lonely at breakfast and dinner, but the dining hall is otherwise very nice. Apparently, there are no other dinner options in the immediate vicinity.

• Eleen (10/5): Verstecktes, zauberhaftes Hotel - großartiger Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundungen auf dem Mekong - Eine etwas größere aber sehr gemütliche Anlage. Sie waren sehr gut auf unser Ankunft vorbereitet und der Service war überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich, mit einem hohen Service Gedanken. Das Frühstück und Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden war etwas dabei. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Für empfindlichere Seelen empfehlen sich trotzdem Oropax, da die Zimmer keine Schallisolierung haben und die Schiffe vom Mekong ebenfalls zu hören sind. Die Matratzen waren tatsächlich sehr fest, aber wir haben auch nach keiner Alternative gefragt.

Can use their bikes to treadle to the nearby town - this ist not a touristy location. They had a good one day boat and bike tour with a very informative guide.

C'est un hôtel à recommander. On peut pêcher à la ligne. Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçus, car nous étions les seuls clients pendant notre séjour. Il 'agit peut-être pendant la basse saison !!!!!

Good day trip on hotel's boat with local guide. Quiet during our visit with few other guests. Chain broke on one of the free bicycles meaning a 15 minute walk pushing it back to the hotel. Better maintenance please!

Le personnel est tendrement inexpérimenté mais ils sont si gentils qu’on leur pardonne … Le matelas …le restaurant mérite quelques idées déco pour être au top !

Lekker restaurant waar je ook even wat kunt drinken aan de mekong rivier. Gratis fietsen aanwezig. Lekker zwembad inclusief spa. Omdat het erg stil was in het resort was er geen lopend buffet in de ochtend. Maar was het ontbijt op bestelling. Maar ook wel logisch.

• Darren (8/5): - Lovely setting over looking the rive from the restaurant and some of the rooms have a good view. Staff friendly and welcoming You are completely isolated, there is no real local area to visit for food and drink. We like to explore local towns and sample local cuisine but this is not the place to do this. None of the spa facilities were available but this is not made clear on the booking, i guess we felt it was a little miss sold. We understood it was off season but on some days there was no one else here at all. Why we did not get a room that over looked the river when the place was empty i do not know. Sure you pay a bit extra for these rooms, we did not get offered to upgrade, on our own would it have made any difference to the hotel?

• Rivka (8/5): Beautiful hotel - The room is large, cozy and comfortable. The mattresses are good. The shower is comfortable. The hotel is located in a very lovely garden right on the riverbank. In the hotel information on Booking, under the heading "Dietary options" it says Kosher, among other things. We sent an email in advance to ask if there was kosher food, and received a response "We will discuss with you when you check in at our resort" When we arrived, it turned out that the hotel did not have kosher food. The staff at the desk are unhelpful. A taxi driver we ordered left us a message at the desk and the staff didn't bother to inform us about it. The hotel is far from the town center.

He was so helpful and spoke very good English. The place is so serene, and the food was amazing. The rooms have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

• Nguyen (5/5): Passable - The resort is nice beautiful location, but what turned me off and made me upset that , my wife and I wanted to book a massage , and when we tried at night the manager recommended we do book in the am before breakfast due to heavy mosquitoes at night, so I said ok sure but we check out at 1pm, he responded “ no worries just book before breakfast well take care of you” so I did exactly that and to my surprise day did not have any staff for us available. They kept saying that that time is booked and I kept responding to the reception. Why would your manager tell me to book before breakfast knowing that there is no staff available so that is what turned me off from the resort I doubt that we will return to this place and we will tell our friends about our experience if they should ask. Lastly in room service was lacking. We ordered a big meal fried fish and it took them five trips to the room back-and-forth to deliver stuff like utensils deliver stuff like little plates and straws they kept forgetting.

We had to pay for accommodation at the hotel and a new hotel in the city.

• Charlie (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay here. So peaceful, lovely staff, stunning gardens growing organic food and beautiful views of the delta. The food at the restaurant is great - I recommend the lemongrass chicken, local fish and the Vietnamese pancake. The manager was very helpful with booking our onward travel and generally being attentive. A perfect place to go if you want to see the delta but also chill out and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The resort manager would frequently talk to guest to ask about their needs and make suggestions on things to do. Really good restaurant. The only thing is the rubbish that is transported in the Mekong river-really sad to see and we wondered if they would be possibilities to involve guest with clean up activities.

• Panagiotis (7/5): Nice view but many other downsides - Comfortable room, with nice view to the lake. The view from the room (lake view) feels like Maldives like bungalows. Well maintained gardens with sustainable material. Free offer of bicycles. The location of the hotel is far from convenient. There was nothing around. It is isolated, the closest mini market is a km away, with only local products and local people with no English speaking skills. The village/scenery nearby was poor, making hiking or biking a rather unpleasant experience. There were no decent restaurants nearby (only some street-food like options at more than 2km away and located in a very very downgraded region. Theerefore the only option was the restaueant inside the hotel which was of medium quality, small portions and high prices. The room has no closets, and no free space for suitcases. The hotel is a.2.5 hour drive away from Ho Chi Minh, without local transportation and poor driving conditions.

Pool Cleanliness I greatly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the pool, always crystal clear and well-maintained, ideal for relaxation. Enchanting Context The context of the resort contributes to the overall experience, with well-kept gardens and welcoming common areas that offer tranquility and well-being.In summary, this resort provided an extraordinary experience thanks to its fantastic location, optimal position, pool cleanliness, and enchanting context. During my stay at the resort, there were several aspects that I did not like: Tandem Availability We had rented two tandem bikes to explore the town, but upon exiting the resort, we were forced to leave them behind, making us continue on foot. Language Barriers The staff did not speak even basic English; despite their efforts, they seemed embarrassed and often avoided asking for help. Lack of Information on Excursions We were not provided with complete information about available excursions, being offered only a visit to an island that turned out to be interesting but limiting. Transfer Costs The cost of transfers to and from the airport was above average, so we opted for a taxi on our own. Dessert Availability On the evening of the 31st, we wanted to try a dessert, but out of four options, two were unavailable, and the waiters could not advise us due to language issues.These aspects made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

The price level is rood. Paid 600.000 for a small bag of laundry. Knowing the Vietnamese price level I must warn about the prices here :(

We love the gardens and appreciate the hard works the staff put in to keep the room and the facilities clean. The room is relatively small for the price and its incredibly difficult to get taxi or transport to the outside. The beds are very uncomfortable. The spa area looks gorgeous but the sofas are very dirty and put me off from booking a massage there.

• Justyna (7/5): Good - If you are searching a place totally out of the tourist places it’s a very good location. However there is nothing in the near environment (15-30km). The resort is with beautiful nature and plants ! The swimming pool and the SPA area - super nice and beautiful! Bungalows are quite old and used, rather level of 3 stars. My suggestion is to change the lights inside - as it’s very dark and anxious in the rooms during the evenings.

Riverview room is incredible, could see the sun and water traffic all day, some lights are too dark (should replace). Staffs are helpful, great service including pool orders. Swiming pool in this season quite hot. Food and drinks are fine in good price, restaurant has beautiful front-river scene and serve in-house vegetable. Interesting experience to go around the resort by bicycle, need to maintain bicycles better to ensure workable brakes. Calm place, peaceful atmosphere. Will come back once travelling to Cai Be again.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible location. The best location. Staff was so friendly and helpful with setting up tours etc..very good value for the price. The restaurant was very good. Spent most of one day in the pool as well. Gardens and landscaping were wonderful. Couldn't find anything that I didn't like.
• Martin (10/5): Niche experience for sophisticated travelers - Very “niche-type” of resort, not catering to mass traveler looking for holiday in the sun. The Mekong Delta offers fabulous experiences, including boat trips, kayaking, hiking, etc, but all of that is for a special type of sophisticated traveler. Nothing really; however, the visitors should be aware that the resort probably doesn’t lend itself to lenghy stays.

• Elena (7/5): Nice place but over-rated - The place is very nice in the middle of the nature and wonderful seeview of Mekong. Free bikes to go to the Cai Be town. They offer organised tour for 600k dongs per person but there is not floating market any more in Cai Be since Covid. Swimming pool was not clean, no water filtration, it is a "pond". Prices in the restaurant very high (5 times more expensive than in town) and you are charge with a 15% extra fee. Beds not very comfortable for couples. They do not change the towells, you have to ask for it.

• Emma (8/5): Peaceful, hidden paradise on the Mekong - The location is very special, with large gardens and grounds right on the river you couldn’t ask for a more ideal setting. The pool area is lovely and the staff were very helpful. The hotel manager Duy personally took care of us - he helped book our bus to the next destination, expertly administered first aid when we needed it, and gave us some interesting facts about the Mekong. The restaurant staff were very friendly and lovely, some were young and perhaps still training so may need some more guidance - but this didn’t impact our stay which was great.
• Benjamin (7/5): Beautiful property but not much to do around. - Big resort with plenty of space. The garden is exceptionally beautiful, full of different kind of trees and flowers. We booked the river view room. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats making their way through the Mekong. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. - Lunch at the restaurant was disappointing. Food was so so. - The bed is super hard and uncomfortable. - We could not rent motorbike to go around. But they provide bikes at the resort.
• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - we stayed 3 nights our room have a best views on Mekong river edge was fantastic, room very clean and comfortable staffs super friendly the place it’s a bit far from town but we got free hire bicycle ride it’s great, highly recommended for couple who likes to stay close to nature and peaceful. • David (9/5): Nice peaceful stay - The property is very well laid out with duplex units on the river, lake or garden. All very nice. The bath is spacious and the little deck nice to enjoy the views. The pool is large although too shallow on one side. Great for the toddlers. The breakfast is good if it’s the buffet but if you order by menu just so so. Restaurant serves nicely prepared dishes at resort prices. Thr staff as usual in Vietnam is eager to help. We arrived by rented scooter and had some trouble with it. Three guys were omit and had the problem fixed in a jiffy. After two years of Covid you can see the maintenance is behind. The second day we were there the breakfast was by menu. Although we ordered the night before the restaurant staff seemed clueless as to what to serve us. The staff were all very young and more than likely inexperienced. Not an insurmountable problem and to be honest we were the odd man out not speaking Vietnamese. Oh, massages were twice what you’d pay in most places we’ve stayed from Sa Pa to Ho Chi Minh.

• Nj (10/5): excellent stay - The resort has the best swimming pool, it’s surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff is incredibly welcoming, they really go beyond to make you comfortable. They have bikes, kayaks, cooking classes or they will arrange tours. The rooms are excellent and each of the options has a lovely view. We will surely be back again. Nothing. Cai be isn’t the easiest to reach for tourists (and that’s a good thing :)). the hotel will happily arrange for transportation if you need it.
