Nulla….tutto perfetto!

A little confusing to find it as it is part of a larger building incorporating other businesses. Yes, it is close (ish) to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Turin. Taxi to Turin €45-50 Taxi to airport €25. Not walkable distances.

- Lindsey (4/5): Weird and Definitely not 4 star - Weird location although supermarket right next door The triple room was actually disabled access room so large, although the bathroom was dangerous the shower wet the entire floor and out into the hallway where the floorboards had warped and lifted due to previous water damage. I can imagine this would be dangerous for someone needing this facility in addition the whole room smelled of damp. It was unseasonably hot when we arrived and the room was 27 degrees but the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open but still too hot. The power points were not compatible with our new European adaptors luckily we had a very old EU adaptor with us which meant we could charge one device at a time.

- Paola (2/5): Pessimo per un 4 stelle - Solo la posizione logistica! Deludente per essere un 4 stelle Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per due notti. Mio figlio grande è stato sistemato su un divano letto rovinato e molto scomodo. Nonostante il reclamo immediato, lo staff non è intervenuto. Un 4 stelle non può offrire arredi così usurati e ignorare le lamentele dei clienti. Vale al massimo 3 stelle. Soggiorno di due notti con 3 adulti e un ragazzo di 12 anni. Nonostante la prenotazione corretta, mio figlio di 17 anni ha dovuto dormire su un divano letto scomodissimo e visibilmente usurato (pelle spellata). Segnalato il problema in reception, non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione. Per struttura e servizio, l'hotel non rispecchia la categoria 4 stelle.

- Bennett (9/5): Overall would stay again if I was coming thru the area! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, shower - I liked the location. There was a grocery store and pizzeria right by the hotel. Parking was convient. I parked outside and could see car from the room. They had free parking underground I chose to just keep the car outside. Breakfast was simple but coffee was great. The room didn’t have heat. However I wasn’t super cold because I had a fleece.

- Adrien (10/5): I recommand the place, close to the airport, just book a taxie to get there - The place look nice and quiet compared to other hotel we wen't, and the staff was really helpfull, I recommend the place also the place dosent smell like old smoking arrea converte in non smoker.
