Bessonova (8/5): Good not the best - They always provided us with still water daily. Daily towels change and making bed. The room big enough but dark and dusty, bedsheets with holes and only one blanket for a couple and the mattress was soft so my boyfriend ended up with back pain. Elevators stopped running from time to time. Our balcony had view on a construction area which was noisy from early morning. The shower water did not run properly through the tubes so you standing in a puddle during the whole time.

Zolotkov (8/5): Адекватное соотношение цены и качества - Просторные уютные номера, качественная мебель и сантехника, хороший матрас на кровати, вкусный завтрак. В целом по соотношению цена/качество один из лучших отелей в Ваке. Останавливаюсь в Орионе постоянно, каждый раз доволен. Номер на этот раз был не очень хорошо убран после предыдущих посетителей: на столе было липкое пятно от кружки, в ванной было несколько женских тёмных волос на полу. Освещение в ванной комнате слабое, возможно это мешает персоналу качественно убирать. Сфоткал только липкое пятно на столе, фоток волос на полу в тёмной ванной нету.
Jarosław (10/5): - The apartment was very nice and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. However, I was surprised that there were no wine glasses or a corkscrew in the apartment. Especially in Georgia, which is famous for its excellent wine, these are basic items that really should be available in this apartment. It’s a small thing, but it would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, the place is great, but adding wine glasses and a corkscrew would significantly improve the experience.

Gleb_ (9/5): Great place in a quieter part of city - I was off-season, so price for higher level rooms was not much different than usual. Given that, the room was very good. Top floor, own terrace with a view to the entire city (the hotel is slightly on the hill), full height windows with that same view... perfect! Good amenities in the room, nothing too fancy but high quality and nothing to complain about. Nice location in the quieter part of the city, like it far mor than the tourist center (which you still can reach with a short walk or a local commute). Well... finding the entrance door took me half a minute :) Maybe breakfast could be a bit more diverse, but that's a matter of taste.

Venkatraman (9/5): Warm, cosy and nice. - We stayed only one night and the staff helped us with special requests of water and took care of our needs. We had a good check-in and check-out experience. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The balcony (though due to extreme cold weather we could not use) was huge and amazing view of the snow-clad mountains. We had one of the memorable stay in a prime location in the city. Nothing, everything was good and as promised.

Deze zaten vol met haren!! na het aangeven dat deze verschoond moest worden, werd deze verschoond met kapotte lakens waar gaten in zaten. De persoon aan de receptie was niet echter helder en was ook niet op de hoogte van de berichten die uitgewisseld waren. Het toilet in de badkamer was niet echt goed schoon gemaakt en dat is geen leuk welkom. Verder geen opmerkingen

The location is excellent, very central and right next to the university, making it convenient and easy to get around. The room was advertised with a balcony, but it only had a French balcony (you can’t step outside). The Wi-Fi connection was weak and often unstable. There were cockroaches in one of the rooms I stayed in, which was very unpleasant. You could hear the elevator quite clearly from the room, which disturbed the quiet at time

Состояние номера и ванной комнаты ужасное: • В ванной сломан кран — когда открываешь воду, ручка остаётся в руке. • Под раковиной течёт вода, в итоге пол в ванной постоянно мокрый. • Душ не справляется — вода не уходит. • Унитаз постоянно течёт, вода не перестаёт литься. • Полотенца чёрные и выглядят изношенными, будто им уже много лет. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего — шампунь и туалетную бумагу просто не докладывают. В самом номере обои отваливаются, мебель старая и уставшая. За эти деньги я снимал в Тбилиси отель гораздо лучшего уровня. Здесь — абсолютно не соответствует цене. Шумоизоляции нет, с 19:00 до 22:00 в коридоре реальные крики — дети или взрослые, сложно сказать, но находиться в номере было невозможно.
