El personal tuvo una atención excelente, necesitamos agregar una noche extra y lo resolvieron en el momento al hacer el check-in, y nos dejaron en guarda el equipaje al retirarnos dado que teniamos regreso por la tarde. No dudaré si regreso a Madrid en hospedarme allí

Access to the building and room was very good, with an app on the mobile phone. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL AS DESCRIBED ON BOOKING.COM. THIS IS A HOSTEL. I was expecting a hotel and therefore I was looking around to0 try and find the entrance. It is called FAR HOUSE HOSTEL not the same as on booking.com Old TV does not support HDMI

- Marcela (10/5): Excelente opción en Gran Via - La ubicación es de lo mejor justo a 100 metros de Gran Vía, la habitación con cocineta es super cómoda, espaciosa y los utensilios necesarios para preparar alimentos, además de tener la opción para lavar. Tiene todo tipo de comercios cerca y las líneas de buses son diversas. Al frente tiene el Restaurante Puerto Rico que lo super recomiendo. Nada estuvo muy bien

Cama muito pequena e mal posicionada, encostada na parede com um abajur sobre a cabeça (para não bater a cabeça tive de deitar nos pés da cama. para levantar a noite tinha de passar por cima do meu marido ( somos pessoas de idade( 80 e 72 anos) As fotos do quarto no booking não mostravam o que vimos na realidade. Banheiro e box, extremamente pequenos e sem ventilação; Janela do quarto também muito pequena dando para um local de depósito de materiais; Enfim, sem condições;

Odaların yalıtımı yeterli değil. Şansınıza gürültü yapan başka misafirler varsa onları dinlemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Superior 3 kişilik odada kaldık. Odanın ortasına kirli , berbat bir halı neden konur?Özellikle sofayı kullanmak zorundaysanız her seferinde onunla uğraşmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Personelin tamamının güleryüzlü olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Yalnızca 1 erkek çalışan sofanın açılması konusunda yardımcı oldu ve yardımsever güleryüzlüydü. Banyo yatak odasında. Salon ve yatak odasını ayıran duvarın kapısı , banyo kapısını kapatmıştı. Tabi bunu fark edene kadar odada banyo olmadığını düşünmeye başlamıştık. Çift kişilik yatak , küçük çift kişilik yatak sanırım. King size yatak tabi ki beklemiyorum ancak gerçek anlamda 2 kişinin konforlu uyuyabilmesi için standart genişlikte bir yatak olması önemli.

A 1 minuto de Gran Vía y con parada de metro de Callao a 2 minutos. El precio que pagamos por 1 noche fue caro a mi parecer y apenas te dejan champú o algún detalle en la cocina. Quizás mejoraría eso.

- Roberto (9/5): Buena locación - Si me gusto mucho la ubicación es excelente, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y confortable . la cocina es pequeña pero tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar un desayuno. No me gustó cuando escuché mucho ruido de construcción a las 8 am , parece que estaban haciendo trabajos afuera del edificio, ese día no pude dormir bien, y la lavadora demora mucho para completar el ciclo de lavado.

- equivel cabeza (5/5): aceptable - la ubicacion era perfecta estabamos cerca de la gran via y zona turistica, no tenian servicio de desayuno pero tenian una cafetera y un microhondas que podiamos usar, la habitacion demasiado pequena la habitacion muy pequeña , la cama estilo litera y somos adultos de mas de 55 años y con maletas porque veniamos viajando de otros paises entonces estabamos muy justos, la loza de la bañera estaba falta de aseo demasiado basico por el precio que cobran en nada se parece a la reseña que montan en booking, no tienen una recepcion , la persona estaba sentado a tras de una repisa que se parece al puesto de los vigilantes nos recibio y entrego las llaves y nos informo que las toallas se cambian cada 3 dias ,no ofrecieron ni siquiera una botella de agua potable, no habian mantas adicionales el que estaba en la cama era delgada

- Mastrodomenico (6/5): Lo staff è stato disponibile per trattenere i bagagli sia prima del check-in, sia dopo il check-out. - La posizione della struttura è centrale, quindi top! Nell’orario mattutino di pulizia della stanza ho chiesto un cambio asciugamani, mi è stato detto che avrebbero visto in base alla disponibilità. Al rientro in stanza non ho trovato gli asciugamani cambiati. Ne bastava anche uno insomma. Inoltre la stanza che ci è capitata, quella vicino alla reception, era abbastanza rumorosa, soprattutto per l’orario del check-in. Si sentiva anche il campanello suonare. In compenso le finestre hanno il doppio vetro, quindi cercano di isolare i rumori provenienti dalla strada.

- Paola (9/5): Muy Buena - Es un gran alojamiento a metros de Gran vía. Está a un paso de todo lo turístico. Es un departamento para una familia cómodo, equipado y cerca de todo para ir y venir todo el tiempo. El personal es excelente muy atentos y predispuestos para resolver cualquier duda. El check-in fue muy rápido y lo mejor de todo es que nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora estipulada ya que la habitación estaba disponible, a mi me resolvió mucho porque fui con mis padres dos personas mayores. Super recomendable si quieres pasar unos días en Madrid y recorrer todo caminando. El sillón cama no fue muy cómodo, pero nada que no sea soportable si estás de paso y sólo deseas algo para dormir.
