- Anne (8/5): Reasonable place but room dark and lighting stark - Location great depending on your priorities - Naples is a city and you can’t be on everything’s doorstep at the same time but this is good for the general area around the port and walking distance to several metro lines for reaching other places. Property clean, air conditioned and with fridge. Bed really comfortable and I slept very well. Windows actually opened which I liked. Shower good pressure. Unless you’re really shelling out, hotels in Naples are generally lodgings only - reception desk, rooms and if you’re lucky breakfast room. So the setup was no more basic than anywhere else I’ve stayed in the city. What I didn’t like was that my so-called deluxe room was really tiny, smaller than other places I’ve stayed, and it looked out into an alley way so you pretty much had to have the light on most of the time as you could barely see sunlight. Furniture was very basic and plastic and it felt a bit like a student’s hall of residence room. The lighting was awful. Given how dark the room was, it was miserable that the lighting was just various harsh little spotlights. It cried out for a soft lamp. As someone who’s stayed in Naples many times with the same budget, I just won’t be booking here again . Fine if you’re literally just crashing to sleep.

- MICHEL BONNARD (9/5): Hôtel impeccable qui tranche par rapport à l'environnement urbain (bruit - saleté - pollution). - Un hôtel impeccable pour la chambre et les prestations : chambre spacieuse - tout confort - bonne isolation phonique - propreté des lieux - petit-déjeuner copieux et varié - personnel accueillant et sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux quartiers historiques et touristiques de la ville, au port et à la gare. Un système de paiement avec 2 opérations sur le terminal de paiement ; paiement de la première journée par carte + paiement du solde par carte. Ce serait plus simple d'avoir une facture globale avec un règlement unique (moins de papier et 1 opération à effectuer).

Airco werkte niet lekker en de stralen van de douche spoten alle kanten op. Daarnaast vind ik de straat waaraan het hotel ligt niet heel erg gezellig.

En general nos encanto y repetiremos seguro ya aue nos quedaron cosas por ver en Napoli. Lo unico que puedo decir es que en la ducha, se salia el agua al suelo. Pero es lo unico malo que puedo decir.

While I understand pastries is the Italian thing I find it difficult to eat every morning. Staff was ok. The shower floor in our bathroom would leak every time we took a shower. Room was too small. Even when do not disturb was on the door cleaning still knocked and entered.

Mic dejun tip bufet continental cu produse proaspete, bune, un pic cam limitat in schimb patiseria f diversificata si super buna, gama mare de sucuri naturale, cafeaua expreso excelenta. Personalul f amabil, zambitor ofera informatiile de care ai nevoie. Baia necesita unele remedieri, pe langa pragul cabinei de dus destul de murdar. Ma asteptam ca la un hotel de 4* sa gasesc in camerea papuci de unica folosinta pt uz intern.

- Luigi (4/5): Omofobico - Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità la educazione e gentilezza delle ragazze della reception. L’hotel è molto bello e situato in una posizione ottima. Il personale della reception incontrato durante il giorno è stato inizialmente gentile e professionale, tanto che avevo già espresso l'intenzione di tornare per un prossimo soggiorno tra pochi giorni. Tuttavia, l'esperienza della mia ultima notte (tra lunedì 13 e martedì 14) è stata totalmente rovinata da un comportamento del portiere notturno che definirei inaccettabile. L’episodio Dopo aver regolarmente saldato il conto in anticipo per le camere 522 e 512 (visto il check-out previsto per l'alba), ho ricevuto un ospite in camera. L'ospite è stato regolarmente registrato con i documenti come da protocollo. Quella che doveva essere una breve visita si è protratta per circa un'ora. Durante questo tempo, il portiere notturno ha iniziato una serie di telefonate in camera decisamente inopportune: Ha chiesto con insistenza se l'ospite si fermasse a dormire o a colazione (colazione tra l'altro già pagata per 4 persone per le due camere, nonostante avessi avvisato che non ne avremmo usufruito per via della partenza anticipata). La nota più grave: Ha rivolto domande indiscrete sulla natura della conversazione tra due uomini in camera, un'intrusione nella privacy del tutto fuori luogo. Al momento della partenza, accompagnando il mio amico all'uscita, ho ricevuto dal signore in turno di notte un commento sgradevole e chiaramente omofobico. Ho preferito ignorare al momento per evitare tensioni prima del viaggio, ma trovo vergognoso che nel 2026 un cliente debba subire un simile trattamento discriminatorio e inquisitorio. Struttura bella e curata.Posizione eccellente.Staff diurno cordiale. CONTRO: Mancanza totale di rispetto della privacy. Comportamento discriminatorio e omofobico da parte del personale notturno. Insistenza telefonica ingiustificata.

- ZARA (7/5): Good location and comfort, but service needs improvement - The hotel is in a very convenient location. The room was large, with modern furnishings. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was varied and very delicious, and the bar staff were friendly and polite. The cleaning staff were careless, and the receptionists did not take action when a problem was reported. The sink was slightly clogged, but no measures were taken, so I had to be careful when brushing my teeth to avoid the water overflowing. When the bed was made, we found the pajamas thrown on top of the suitcase, which is presumably not the cleanest place. When the sheets were changed, they forgot to replace the pillowcases. These are minor details, but in a 4-star hotel, I believe the service should match a 4-star standard.

- José Jesús (8/5): Correcta y agradable - Bien ubicado y relativamente cerca de todo el centro histórico. Un desayuno muy correcto aunque muy limitado en productos no dulces. La habitación y el cuarto de baño estaban bien en cuanto a amplitud y limpieza un poco pequeña para un hotel de 4 estrellas de ciudad. A unos compañeros de viaje les dejaron en su habitación unas zapatillas de cortesía del hotel y en nuestra habitación no había, es una tontería pero es un detalle. La habitación con decoración de los años 70 muy anticuada y con las paredes de tela de color púrpura.
