• Nguyen (9/5): - Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, giá phòng hợp lý. Phòng rộng rãi, gần trung tâm Hội An. Có cho thue xe đạp miễn phí. Phòng có vẻ hơi cũ, mình được đưa phòng rộng hơn so với khi đặt, có nhiều chỗ bị bụi.

The homestay had bikes you could use, or you could rent a moped, they did all they could to help us and gave great recommendations. Felt so comfortable here and our room was lovely. Definitely recommend! About a 15/20 minute walk to old town.

Lovely friendly people. They were incredibly friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing really, room was a bit dated but comfortable & clean.

King el chico de recepción es muy simpático! Te dice recomendaciones de sitios de comida y de ropa y la verdad que todas eran geniales! El hostal está a 15 min andando del centro y era muy sencillo ir y volver. Si no, en bici es muy rápido!
• Marshall (1/5): - The host was nice. The room was dirty and clearly had barely been cleaned. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed and behind the beds and underneath them was a disgusting amount of dirt and dust, the towels also had stains on them. We paid $115 for one night, which is completely unacceptable for the condition of this room. We’ve stayed in far nicer places for the cheaper. This rate does not match the quality at all. Would never stay here again.

• Tasmin (9/5): - Super helpful staff, had lots of information available at reception and over WhatsApp for excursions/ experiences, extending our stay for a night and booking onward transport! Room was large, clean and comfortable with towels provided. They have a small restaurant which is great if you need something quick and delicious before heading out for the evening. The location is central enough but quiet too.
• Sophie (10/5): Definitely recommend staying here had the best time - Loved this Homestay!!! Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Super location, close to town and the rice fields/ beach. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we used the free bicycles to go around town and rented motorbikes and they were helpful in showing us how to work them. Room was great, very big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. One morning there was quite loud music playing nearby and we couldn’t really block out the noise but not a big problem at all.

• Nick (10/5): Fantastic Stay in Hoi An - This was by far the best homestay we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff is so friendly, speaks fluently English and helps with every request. The room was clean, spacious and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Great location as well and another highlight are the free bikes to explore Hoi An. We highly recommend it!

• Bùi (9/5): Very enjoyable - It's nice, cheap, and very clean. It takes only 5 mins to cycle to the old town and the route is very enjoyable. The host is helpful, kind and gentle. He let us check-in early without charging (of course it's because the room was available), I'm super grateful for that. Also, the bicycles there are totally free and the motorbike rental fee is so cheap (I've never rented a motorbike anywhere that cheap, tbh). Nothing. I wish I could stay longer.

Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely stay

I think when someone lands at 5.30 am and the gates were locked to the hotel for about 2 hours it's not the best start. Once we got inside we were told to come Back at 2pm we could have been offered a drink and a sit down, we were shattered.

They went out of their way to arrange a cooking tour for us, and helped us rent a motorbike for the Hai Van Pass, enhancing our experience of the local culture and scenery. They also arranged day trips for me and gave me information on places to visit and eat. Also the bed was very comfortable I would definitely come back here again. Also Hoi An in general is an amazing place to visit. Nothing. Everything was perfect for me
• Lily (6/5): Great quiet location and free bikes - In a location 20 mins walk from the old town. Has free bikes to use. Has a laundry service for a cost. Rooms were pretty clean. Rooms could have been cleaned a bit more. My room needed a sweeping.

There are bicycles for free, which is nice, although they could use some maintenence. Everything was perfect apart from the fact that the staff enters the room when you're out without saying anything. We didn't feel very comfortable about it.

• John (9/5): Good value, close to gyms - Clean, comfortable room. Friendly/gracious family/staff. My balcony faced the outer wall of the building next door, but I requested a quiet room and I was not disappointed. There are several restaurants & coffee shops nearby and if you’re interested in visiting a gym while in Hoi An, there are a couple of good options within 200-300m or so. I would not hesitate to book again. There was one guest on my floor who slammed his/her door when entering/leaving. This is, unfortunately, very common and is beyond the hotel’s control (the door slamming did not occur during late night hours, so was not a significant issue).

• Laura (10/5): Excellent accommodation - This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!

The thing that made this place special was the young couple who run this place. They were both very kind and helpful during my stay. I hope I can return here again one day. Nothing, everything about this place was great.
• Danny (9/5): Great place to stay - Owners are lovely, handed up a umbrella before the hot sun, told us the best places to go and really cared about us enjoying ourselves. The homestay is amazing and I couldn't recommend it more. It is about 1km from the main town. If you go in mid summer make sure you rent a motorbike or take a taxi into town. It can get very hot!

• G-ne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, great people. The homestay is in between the beach and the old town, so it was easy for me to visit these 2 places. The couple, An and Hien are amazing. They are very friendly and make their customers feel welcome. They can help you with anything you need. I will definitely stay here when I come back!
• Mark (10/5): A friendly place to stay - The best thing about this guesthouse is the wonderful young couple young couple who manage it. They are warm, friendly, very helpful and genuinely wish to make ones stay as comfortable as possible, the very best of Vietnamese hospitality. The property says it has rooms with views but recent development around the hotel means that this is no longer the case.
