• Phattraporn (3/5): we feel disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price paid for a Deluxe room. There are clear issues with - The pool area was nice and clean. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with our 2-year-old daughter and booked a Deluxe Partial Sea View room. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several areas. Upon check-in, the staff member escorted us to our room. We took the lift to level 3, then had to continue walking until we reached a staircase. At that point, we were informed that our floor did not have lift access and that we would need to carry our pram up and down the stairs for the duration of our stay. Both my husband and I were very disappointed, especially as the hotel was aware we were travelling with a young child. Families with children should be given rooms with proper accessibility. In addition, our request for a crib bed had also been forgotten. We returned to reception immediately to request a room change. Staff agreed to move us, but only the following day. Back in the room, we noticed several issues. The toilet was dirty, the room smelled damp, and the smell appeared to be coming from the air conditioning. The room also felt old and outdated. Considering we paid extra for a Deluxe room, we did not feel the room met the expected standard. We waited to see if the damp smell from the air conditioning would go away, but it did not. I started coughing as I am quite sensitive to allergies. Around 1am, my husband went to reception again to express our concerns. A staff member came to inspect the room but did not ask us any questions and instead attempted to spray something into the air conditioning unit. I stopped him because my daughter also has allergies, and I did not want chemicals being sprayed into the room while we were sleeping there. At around 1:30am, we carried our sleeping daughter downstairs and spoke to reception again. Thankfully, the receptionist on duty was understanding and helpful. He showed us another room. Although the new room was smaller and felt like a downgrade in terms of size, it was much cleaner, newer, and did not have the damp smell.

Ook het balkon was prettig en de zeer ruime zwembaden. Het bedienend personeel en aan de receptie waren niet zo vriendelijk als onze eerdere ervaringen in Thailand. De mannen van de beveiliging en het ontvangst waren wel erg vriendelijk. 35 minuten gewacht op een zalm salade.

Le jardin de l'hôtel et très beau aussi Les chambre sont assez jolie Le personnel ne fait absolument pas d'effort pour comprendre d'autres langues. Nous sommes français, nous faisons un effort de parler en anglais et de montrer des traductions avec notre téléphone, mais limite ils s'énervent... pas très accueillant. Notre chambre se trouver a 4 ème étage vers les dernières chambre et l'ascenseur était au bout du deuxième bâtiment. Pas d'espace fumeur hors mis l'extérieur ( jardin) mais pas de cendrier

• בת (10/5): מקסים - המלון במיקום טוב קרוב לטיילת הקטנה השירות מקסים כמעט בכל תאילנד בכל המלונות נתקלתי בריח חזק של עובש בחדרים , סגרנו חדר משפחה ובעקבות ריח נורא העבירו אותנו לסוויטה קומה שלישית עם בריכה שם לא היה ריח של עובש אך לצערי הרבה מדרגות ומקשה מאד מבחינת ילדים . מעבר לזה הצוות היה מקסים הכל היה נהדר 🤍

The location was great, room was big and awesome for the kids Some staff were friendly, some are rude. Shout at us to get out of the kids club at 5pm, tell us off for returning towels late. Complain for drinks to be served in the rooms. Kids club closes so early!! 5pm. Other hotels kids can play until 9pm. The extra kids club activities are too expensive. Swimming pool has no shade at all, so not really suitable for the kids day the daytime heat. Main swimming pool looks so dirty, yellow water, like a swamp! Expensive hotel for the service you get.
• Ofir (8/5): - Location! The facilities are nice, but the staff seem overly concerned about controlling every small item. We had to sign for towels, sign for balls, and almost everything else. It felt a bit excessive and unnecessary. Guests come to enjoy the facilities, not to take them home. A bit more trust in guests would make the experience much more pleasant.

Unser Zimmer war groß, makellos sauber und bot einen tollen Blick auf die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Poollandschaft und den idyllischen Garten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und super lieb zu den Kindern. Auch die Lage hätte für uns nicht besser sein können: Das Hotel liegt an einem herrlich ruhigen Strand, bietet aber dennoch eine perfekte Anbindung. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt – von gemütlichen Restaurants, Massagen und Geschäften bis hin zum Nachtmarkt. Besonders toll für Unternehmungen: Die Anlegestelle für Longtailboote ist schnell erreichbar, genau wie Highlights wie die Cobra-Show, die Ziegenfarm oder das Elephant Sanctuary. Wer Trubel sucht, erreicht fix den lebhaften Nachbarstrand mit seinen beeindruckenden Feuershows. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Gezeiten: Bei Ebbe konnten wir Krebse am ruhigen Strand beobachten – Natur pur! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war für uns die Musik an der Poolbar, die wir als etwas unnötig und leider deutlich zu laut empfanden – das passte nicht ganz zur sonst so entspannten Atmosphäre. Was die Liegen angeht: Ja, es sind tatsächlich eher wenige vorhanden. Da wir aber mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs und daher ständig in Bewegung waren, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Zudem gab es als gute Alternative Strandauflagen, die für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausgereicht haben

• 19garry57 (8/5): Let down by theft - As we have found in Thailand, they always welcome you with a warm greeting. This was the second Hotel we stopped at on our trip toThailand. Hotel is very clean. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and food in general. Good.the deluxe room we had on the third floor was very spacious a large balcony with two sunbeds table and chairs. The bedroom was exceedingly large as was the bathroom with shower and bath. swimming pools were large but lacked sunbeds. The Hotel is on the seafront with restricted views to the sea. The hotel provides transport into the centre-of AO Nang. Which is about a 20 minute walk.the only problem we had with the Hotel was that we had a substantial amount of cash and two credit cards removed from the safety deposit box in the room we later found out they recommend you store valuables in the safety deposit boxes at reception If this happens to yourselves report immediately to reception and contact tourist police yourself do not leave it to the Hotel management as we have moved onto our next location in Phuket and have had to report it to tourist police in Phuket they will liaise with AO Nang police and hopefully they will sort it out
• Andrew (9/5): - The buffet breakfast was very good with much variety and tasty dishes. We used the gym each day which was a nice plus and the pool was also a nice addtion to jump in after a busy day out. I know it was the high season but the cost was very overpriced for a basic room.

• Maude & David (7/5): point de départ pour excursions - Nous avons apprécié le surclassement offert par l’hôtel, qui nous a permis de bénéficier d’une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine. Nous n’avions pas été bien informés sur l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Nous pensions être dans un hôtel en bord de plage, mais il s’agit en réalité d’un point de départ pour excursions, avec énormément de bateaux et pas de plage “carte postale”. Nous cherchions du calme et du repos, mais tout était bondé : les excursions comme les piscines. L’ambiance ne favorisait pas la détente et le personnel ne semblait pas très attentif ni impliqué. Même le petit-déjeuner était mauvais.😒 Nous avons été très déçus et avons décidé de partir plus tôt que prévu.

• 328sunseeker (6/5): Great resort, but needs management upgrade - Hotel was clean, well staffed and in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, long boat services and the night market. Breakfast buffet was large with plenty of options for all nationalities. We had two issues, the room AC would not shutoff, so the room was either ice cold or we had to turn if off and only use the fan at night to sleep, which would not cool the room. The second issue was our Ipad case and glass were cracked when we got back to our room on the third day (on dresser as it was charging). It had clearly been dropped inadvertently by cleaning staff. We spoke to management, and after two days and a call to Sr. Mgmt at HQ, they concluded it was our fault as an inquiry to the cleaning staff and cleaning manager denied any wrong doing. We understand things like this happen, but management's response was completely dismissive and they could and should do much better.

We was on the first floor, so it was noicy - u here when other people was using toilet or shower. Music hearded load from some Bar, put stopped 11 pm. Breakfast was good and lots of food, also warm and omelets direct from cook. Fitness room was okey, kettlebells would ne nice and squat place.

• DOREL SARA (6/5): מעבר לחרקים היה שם מעולה. - מיקום מאוד מרכזי, המון בריכות, חדר אוכל גדול מול הים. יש ליד כמה מסעדות ישראליות. במלון יש בר מעולה (עוגות נדירות!) בלילה הראשון ירד גשם(היינו בפברואר) ושחזרנו לחדר כל החדר היה חרקים. על המיטה, הרצפה, התקרה, יצאנו מהחדר, העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר שגם שם היה חרקים. ביקשתי לדבר עם הנהלה כדי לדעת שאקבל החזר מלא על הלילות כי רציתי לעוף משם ולא נתנו לי לדבר עם מנהל כי זה היה ״מחוץ לשעות הפעילות שלו״ (היה 20:22). למחרת העבירו אותנו לחדר עם גישה לבריכה כפיצוי ונתנו לכל אחד מאיתנו פיצוי כספי לשימוש במלון. בכללי המלון לא 5 כוכבים בכלל.

We had a swim up pool room with its own sun beds, the only problem is you didn’t ever get any sun so you had to reserve sun beds away from your swim up patio and room. Kind of defeats the object.

Ideal for both couples and families and caters for all ages. Rooms are great and I really liked the spacious layout. The service is always key and we were blown away by the service and courtesy that the entire staff provided, with Ban Lee and Sow being people we would specifically call out for their professionalism in a group of very friendly staff.
• P4497GNalenak (2/5): Dissapinted - Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning. We originally booked a garden view room, expecting a peaceful and pleasant stay. Instead, the hotel “upgraded” us to a room facing the swimming pool, where children were constantly screaming from morning till evening. This was not an upgrade at all — it was noisy and stressful. The room itself was old, worn out, and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was barely working, and the room was extremely hot. We stayed there for almost three hours before finally going to the reception to complain, as it was impossible to rest. Only then were we informed that the room we had actually booked — which turned out to be newer and with a much nicer view — had already been given to other guests. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The next day, we were told we had to check out at 12:00 and wait until 15:00 to move into the correct room. Being forced to sit around for three hours during a vacation is not reasonable. After a long argument, they finally allowed us to move earlier — but this situation should never have happened. The service continued to be poor: Our room key stopped working, and when we went to reception tired in the evening, the staff looked annoyed rather than helpful. In the restaurant, we asked for our food to be brought in 30 minutes so we could take a shower first. Instead, the food arrived in five minutes, completely ignoring. Breakfast was another big disappointment. There was almost nothing edible, very limited choice, and poor quality. Only the watermelon was acceptable. No green tea in the room, no coffee machine — very basic amenities missing for a hotel that claims to offer comfort. Overall, this hotel feels closer to a 3 star experience, not a proper resort stay. Poor organization, bad service, noise, outdated rooms, and extremely weak food quality. Only location is good
• BristolBaz (4/5): Music spoiled the pool atmosphere - The hotel is lovely. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful. However, the pool area blares out music all day and I found that extremely intrusive in such a lovely location, it’s just unnecessary. It spoiled my experience but if it’s your thing it would be fine!
