Guest Reviews
- Ivan (10/5): -
- Ruben A (9/5): Awesome - Facilities Some employes are new, I think need more trainings
- Gloria (10/5): Excellent - The view , beach and the staff The beach was to far from the casita
- Karen (10/5): -
- Sanchez (10/5): -
- Tashira Tais (10/5): - Excellent
- Stephanie (10/5): - It was breathtaking! Most amazing views. Such a beautiful casita. Loved everything about it.
- Keyla (10/5): - Is a beautiful place. It’s relaxing
- NRR (10/5): The stay was excellent - I loved the place, the staff, the service, and the casita. The staff; Xiomara, Luis, Manuel, Rafael, and the american guy (dont remember his name) were extremelly helpful and display excellent customer service kills. Cleaning services were great.
My observations:
The casitas bathroom need some maintenance at the showers, we had a party of 3, but e everythig at the casita were for two. We notice that cleaning service were done in the morning, however someone went inside the casita later on without a notice. We didn't have breakfast, however we did have lunch at the restaurant. We think that the menu should be expanded to have more fruts. And vegetarian options.
- Sarahi (9/5): -
- Garrett (10/5): Truly magical; so romantic - Everything!!! It was soooo beautiful!! 😍😍😍😍 0 complaints
- Heather (10/5): - Beautiful, serene, relaxing.
- Jodie (10/5): - Great resort!
- Colon (10/5): - Los alrededores, el paisaje, el servicio Nada, todo me gustó
- James (6/5): - We are probably not the "typical crowd" for a resort like this, we splurged on a few days here as part of a honeymoon trip this summer. We chose this place specifically for the mini private pools on the balconies at each Casita - while they are beautiful in the photos, ours (casita 12) was kind of gross in person, which was disappointing. I think it's a landscaping issue - there are beautiful Ficus trees that grow over the pools but the Ficus are being eaten by these massive beetles that jump into the pool, so while you're trying to relax you just end up getting divebombed by bugs the size of your thumb. When you consider that all additional amenities cost extra (dining, experiences, spa/massage, even the wine in the minibar), it really makes it less worth the nightly price if you can't enjoy the patio around the casita, either. The beach at the property isn't recreational, so you have to drive (I recommend Jobos or Pozo Teodoro). I will say, the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind - the bellhops were so friendly, the woman in the front office was so nice, etc, so the service and everything else we experienced was excellent. It is a beautiful property other than the bugs and in a great location.
- David (10/5): - Ideal place for rest and relaxation.
- Zoime (10/5): - Beautiful!
- Eliza (8/5): Quiet and relaxing - Beautiful location Remote, no gym, no transportation available unless you get a taxi. Only one restaurant on site and the food was average
- 699perryw (10/5): Oasis on Puerto Rico - great getaway if you like quiet, remote getaways. - We had a great time at the Royal Isabela. We were there for four nights and the property and staff were amazing. We checked in with Lizabeth and she gave us all the information related to the property that we needed. Our Casita was very spacious and the view from the private deck and pool was wonderful. We immediately relaxed and were so happy we chose the property for our stay. There are very few casitas and the hotel was not booked. If you are looking for a property with a lot of action and people this is not it.
We are fairly active people so we went on two excursions during our stay and both were with Jan, who was a great guide. He took us on a four hour E-Bike ride (almost all of it off road but on the property) one day and a two hour kayak trip the next day. Jan knew all about the area (grew up on PR), the fruits, the history, and even climbed a coconut tree to get a couple coconuts for water on the E-Bike ride.
The accomodations were wonderful and while we did not play golf we did walk the course and it is beautiful and probably pretty challenging. There is no need to leave the property - the food is great. We left once to go to a restaurant in Isabella and it wasn't worth it. We did rent a vehicle in San Juan and drove to the resort which was not bad. I would do this again.
- Owen Tyler (10/5): - Amazing
- Leymar (10/5): - Love the colonial vibes and love the new feature of taking you to the beach with all the things you’ll need and picking you at a time yo request. Very VIP. Also the food was amazing!
- Voyage47032791762 (10/5): Best Dinning Experience!!! - Breathtakingly Beautiful property with the Best restaurant in the whole North -West coast of the island. Thanks to Violet, the Restaurant Manager, Jeremy, the Executive Chef, the hotel's General Manager, who ALL came to our table to greet us and to check on us!
FABULOUS DINNING EXPERIENCE!!! Will Recommend it Blindly and Happily to Everyone!!!!
😁👍🙏❤️😘🇵🇷
- Jaime (10/5): - The most amazing experience i ever had so far in PR. The Views and the vibe of the places is so unique and breathtaking. Service is amazing, the employees go above and beyond for the client always no matter at what time you need them. Restaurant and bar area very unique, We will definitely recommend this place and also we will be back. We needed this sweet escape
- Norma (5/5): Very beautiful, but needs to work. Needs a better solution when things like this happen to take our feelings into consid - The view and privacy I didn’t like that the property was very dusty. However, the room was very clean. The dust was coming from the ceiling. I didn’t like that the door to the patio was stuck. I had to call every day twice a day except for my last day there.
I didn’t like that the only compensation I got was soda and water. After what I have experience, I should’ve received at least dinner or money off my stay. It is very expensive to stay here to be dealing with dust and a broken door that you wanna open every day to have coffee is unacceptable. Also woke up to the room smelling like poop was so it was due to the iguanas. It was absolutely horrible.
- Melissa (8/5): - We loved it! The casitas are run down and something's like a shower head didn't work and the patio door was very hard to open and close at times but they are getting ready to renovate them. The staff was amazing! The grounds are absolutely incredible. We ate at both of the restaurants. The last day my eggs were too salty and we asked for toast and got a loaf. A few days before we had omelets and sour dough toast (actual toast) it was delicious. The golf restaurant has really great sandwiches, the fries come cold and you can not pay cash. Over all we did love it! We will be back for sure!
- Veronica (8/5): Very good -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (10/5): - Beautiful views. Excellent staff.
- Jenna (6/5): - The service for everything is pretty slow—food, transportation, etc. I would not order room service here, we did once and it was missing 3 things in the order, it was so slow and came cold. They took us to a private beach which we had a lot of fun at, and it was nice for our son. Other than that, really good food & drink. I enjoyed my time here but it’s overpriced, and the staff are not that knowledgeable EXCEPT for the bell hop guys.
- ganesh (8/5): - overall had an excellent stay, the property is fantastic and even though we had an island wide power outage the generators were on and we had no issues. Staff is great except the one lady at the front desk. Jota was a good experience just slow service.
- Miltka (9/5): Superb - Location was beautiful, very quiet, serene. they do not have a spa on location so it makes it complicated to get massage.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- parthiv (10/5): - Great property
- Kathryn (10/5): - Royal Isabela is just beautiful. The property, buildings, amenities and views are outstanding. The casitas are spacious and very comfortable. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay great. Plan on doing most of your dining at the restaurant and golf grill on site since the resort is kind of out of way. Don’t worry, this isn’t a problem because the food is excellent.
We loved our stay and hope to visit again!
- Teresa (10/5): - The property is gorgeous...The views from the restaurant as well as from my casita were breathtaking. I've never stayed somewhere so beautiful and serene. I loved the casita, the plunge pool, the room the bathroom, the tiny treats waiting in the casita, the bellman...EVERYTHING
- Sharon (10/5): - I loved this resort so tranquil. I do recommend. The casita has 2 full size bed. Have private pool and a living area with a large bathroom with a humongous walk in shower.
- Ana (10/5): - ROMANTIC PLACE!
- Ernel (5/5): Passable -
- 689martyp (6/5): Review of Golf - Golf review only. My buddy and I played 18 holes on this beautiful course. Many fantastic views. Course was in great condition. Greens were well managed. My only issue was the cost. Two golfers greens fees, cart, club rental (2), box of balls, glove. $667.00 We had cocktails afterwards in the outside bar, good service.
- Briana (10/5): - This was an amazing stay for myself and my daughter. Gorgeous property, delicious food using ingredients grown on their own farm. But the highlight was truly the activities…from hiking, to secluded beaches, to paddle boarding, to surf lessons, and e-biking…this was one of the funnest and most active vacations I’ve ever had. And the guides leading these excursions are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. What an unforgettable trip!!
- S1117BZkellyd (10/5): Perfect Stay - The resort is beautiful. There is a garden on the property where the chef obtains ingredients for his recipes. The restaurant food is delicious. There are many activities to do on the property. The golf was wonderful. I wish we wouldn't have brought our children. We will return.
- Katherine (10/5): - This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, including finding a wireless phone charger from the chef when we had an issue with our phone. From the welcome drinks in our fridge, the amazing private pool and rain shower in the casita, the incredible food at the restaurant, to the entire area being quiet and perfectly maintained, we had the most amazing time! My boyfriend and I plan to be back.
- Robert (10/5): - 10/10 couldn't recommend more.
- Angela N (10/5): - This place is a pure paradise. Gorgeous setting and absolutely relaxing. The resort restaurant is definitely 4 star. As for staff I wish there was a category greater than excellent. Everyone made us feel welcome and part of the community. We were definitely pampered. If you are looking for luxury, you MUST stay here.
- Michael (10/5): - Loved the property and the staff were great!! l will definitely be back.
- Jannalex (10/5): - WONDERFUL
- Brian (8/5): - The facilities are amazing. Incredible private views. Very quiet. Paradise-like. Service under delivered on expectations. A few examples: lengthy wait for food once ordered, customer service didn’t pick up phone, no chef at golf club grill and therefore no breakfast, housekeeping forgot to restock mini bar. All signs that they are struggling with staffing. We had a wonderful stay despite these annoyances.
- heather5555 (10/5): Beautiful! - Stunning location, lots to see and do without ever getting in a car. The villas are big and comfortable, and the restaurant was great (with great views). We took long walks on forested trails, the golf course at sunset, the beautiful beach. A special thank you to the staff of the restaurant for being over-the-top friendly and accommodating!
- Maria (9/5): Superb - The view The pillows.
- Enrique (10/5): - Excellent stay for adults
Good walk to a very private and wild beach area
- Mfirst (8/5): Royal Isabella - Very large resort area. Beautiful views. Very quiet and calm. Good restaurant. Of course, the villas in the resort need to be renovated. Furniture and especially floors need to be repaired. I would also like to have the ability to watch streaming services (Netflix, etc.) on TV.
- R6118BSheatherc (10/5): Relaxing resort with great golf! - This was a great place for a relaxing adult vacation! We felt like we nearly had the resort to ourselves and the casitas are very private and quiet even if it is fully booked. The rooms were really nice and comfortable and the pool and restaurant area are beautiful as well. The beach is too rough for swimming but one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen for walking or relaxing. The golf course is also quite spectacular scenery and the golf amenities (carts, rental clubs) were excellent. It is worth noting if the weather is bad there are not really any indoor activities other than hanging out in your room. There is currently no fitness center which would be nice. I think kids may also be a bit bored here depending on their interests but for a relaxing couples vacation it is excellent! There is only one main restaurant so if you are here for an extended time you may want to explore outside, for which a car would be helpful. There are beautiful beaches and good restaurants in the area. Overall we enjoyed the restaurant and the atmosphere there. I would definitely stay here again!
- john (8/5): - This property is very beautiful and quiet. The casitas are very private and have beautiful views. Highly recommend the e-bike tour around the property with Jorge.
- Adam (8/5): - We absolutely loved the Casita and food was excellent. The major issue with this resort is the lack of staff. We waited for at least two hours at every single meal which also included wrong food being delivered and wrong bills being handed out. This was very disappointing. This place has so much potential with more help.
- Happiness38137732586 (8/5): Beautiful property with an amazing ocean view! - What a beautiful resort in a stunning location! With unobtrusive views of the Atlantic, the Royal Isabela is genuinely luxurious. We especially loved our private plunge pool on our private deck. Our very spacious casita was beautifully appointed with a huge bath and shower. Wow!
Joto, the resort restaurant, served delicious food and drinks, and the wait staff were terrific. The lobster sliders and breakfast fruit tray were scrumptious! Special thanks to Ismael and Pedro for being so welcoming and knowledgeable.
My only complaint was the leaf blowers. On our first morning, the grounds people were blowing, not sure what, near our casita. More leaves were blown at breakfast near our outdoor seating with the magnificent ocean view. After asking three times, it stopped.
On our last day, while enjoying our plunge pool, we could hear a leaf blower close by. This went on from 11 am or so to 2 pm. When we thought they were done, it would start again 10, 15, or 20 minutes later. It was so loud I finally had to go inside. Luckily, the day ended on a gorgeous beach the staff had recommended.
Royal Isabela is such a beautiful place. Management should consider replacing the gas leaf blowers with quieter, electric ones. If I wanted to hear leaves blown I can stay home. I’d love to return to the Royal Isabela for some peace and quiet.
- Trisha (8/5): Beautiful - Everyone was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful, but could use a new bed, and the plunge pool could have been warmer. The food was expensive and a bit overrated.
- Bryan (10/5): We will return. - Serene, beautiful, and private. Food was good, but it took too long to receive the food.
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Reuben (10/5): - 6-star service. Restaurant served excellent food. Casitas have wear and tear but are still incredible.
- Marie (10/5): - We had an amazing wedding at Royal Isabela!
- Ivan (10/5): Great resort for family or couple - Beautiful resort and golf course.
- Elisanette (6/5): - Beautiful views. The view from our room was amazing. Love the outside hot tub and opening shower doors. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleanliness. Everything in my room was dusty or completely covered with layers of dust. I went to the store to get wood cleaner and some cleaning supplies. When the house keepers came (2) of them they barely clean the floors. They didn’t even sweep or mop the bathroom. The only thing they did in the bathroom was take the trash out and some towels. I’m really picky because I suffer from allergies.
- Avinash (10/5): - A 5 star luxury property In Isabela close to many beaches . They drive you to the beach. Lots of activities included like kayaking , e-bikes , etc. every casita has a plunge pool. If you can afford it , go for it !!!!! Excellent staff who cater to your needs
- JESSICA (4/5): - .
- Carmen (10/5): Perfect place for a Silent Retreat! - The staff is amazing and the silence is a great feature in this hotel, allowing me the time and space I needed to decompress and relax. I felt like I was staying at the Fantasy Island. Puerto Rico is well known for its hospitality but this place is something else. Highly recommended and certainly, I'll be back soon!
- Marcos (10/5): - One of the best places i'll stay. Its for be relax and connect with nature. and your couple.
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Pamela (10/5): - This is one of the nicest places to stay in puerto rico.
- Bryan (10/5): - Excellent stay, I will make another booking !!!
- Alberto (10/5): - The perfect property for a couple's getaway. Extremely private and secure, the resort is the ideal place to disconnect from the world and spend some quality time together with your significant other.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Excellent!!! Wi
- Atul (8/5): Very good -
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Nuria (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- RAFAEL (10/5): - Truely recommended
- Alex (10/5): - Excelente
- Jannalex (10/5): - Beautiful property. The grounds are very walkable and safe. Beautiful beach and the staff is incredible!
- VICTOR (6/5): - The price-to-product ratio is not satisfactory. The limited and expensive offer for the final product. The dealer can improve. They should be better prepared to meet the demands in such an elegant, luxurious and beautiful hotel.
- Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - Tranquility
Perfect service
- Jennifer (10/5): - The place is beautiful and wonderful. we had a great time.. the staff were friendly.. the room was very clean.. wonderful place to stay..
- erika (10/5): - The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have a microwave in the casita. Or golf carts for the guest unless you’re going golfing. But other then that it was so so beautiful & the staff are so welcoming.
- carlosnY6521LG (10/5): Great Hotel, Unforgettable E-bike / Paddleboarding outdoor experience! - We stayed in Royal Isabela for a short Family vacation and the highlight of our stay was their Signature Complete Experience, E-Bike Trek plus Kayak / Stand Up Paddleboard through the Guajataca River including lunch & beverages. This was my second stay at Royal and I absolutely love this place, the rooms, the peacefulness, views, food, everything is amazing. But now combining the relaxing nature of this place with the outdoor experiences just makes it perfect.
The experience began with the Santa Cruz e-bikes expedition where we met our guide Jorge who makes this experience super fun and unforgettable. He's the ultimate outdoor adventure specialist and explains everything from the organic farms in the property, to different plants and birds we came across, little bit of local history, surrounding beaches and even some tips on handling this amazing e-bikes.
We rode the bikes through the property where we passed through an old railroad passage and trails that lead us straight to an amazing beach. From there we kept surrounding the Isabela coast, went through the Guajataca Tunnel and ended up by the river where the second part of the adventure began. We went paddleboarding down the river with amazing views of the mountains and surrounded by nature and ended up at the river mouth where we took a swim. Then, we paddled our way back to find out that lunch and beverages were waiting for us on a really nice picknick Jorge setups under a tree by the river. After lunch, we rode our e-bikes back to the Hotel. We really had a special day and Jorge even took some pictures and videos so it's well documented. I highly recommend this experience or any other that Royal has to offer as it kind of complements the relaxing nature of this Hotel. Take advantage of this amazing property and all that Royal has to offer. Next time I'm going out surfing with Jorge!!
- Rebecca A. (10/5): - Love!!! Wonderful staff, give them a raise and some fans to cool off. Beautiful property, very quiet. Never have I visited a property so beautiful.
- Suvi (10/5): Beautiful relaxing hotel, would definitely stay there again! - One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So calm and beautiful. I loved the little private pool and the views from the terrace. The rooms are also very spacious and nice. The restaurant service was quite slow although the quality of the food was very good.
- David (1/5): Was supposed to be our go to spot for the next 10 years. That changed instantly. Will never go back. - The Puerto Rico island is beautiful. The customer service. No effort to satisfy a paying customer. Manager Alicia Lopez.
- Saja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raul (10/5): - Excellent service
- Edgar (10/5): - All staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly. My only deductions are because some trails have slippery mud because of heavy rain so it is more a response issue than regular maintenance. Overall it was an excellent experience and our kids loved it. Thanks.
- Alfredo (8/5): - Deberían pintar y remodelar las habitaciones
- Pablo (8/5): - Royal Isabela is a great and nice property, but really needs maintenance in the Casitas. For example, the woods in the terrace, lights inside the room.
Also, the restaurant didn’t have some of the plates in the menu
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional - The peace.. the place is located by the ocean, on the mountains.. the silence and the sounds of the nature makes this place amazing! 🤩
- TampaDocFoodie (8/5): Loved it... but room for improvement - My wife and I just finished a 3 night stay at Royal Isabela. I had wanted to come here for a long time, but before I could do it Hurricane Maria happened, then the Pandemic happened, but, finally, we were able to make it work.
The setting is really impressive. A very large property with impeccably manicured grounds and a challenging golf course on top of cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
There are only 20 casitas here, so, even if the hotel is fully booked you rarely see any other guests and at times it feels like you have the entire resort for yourself. I recommend booking a Royal Suite with Ocean views. The Presidential Suites are bigger and more expensive but don't offer direct unobstructed ocean views from the room itself.
The location of the resort is perfect to make it a home base for a multi-day tour of the northwest corner of Puerto Rico: Arecibo, Isabela, Aguadilla, Rincon, the Gozalandia Falls. Plenty to do in this area. Highly recommend renting a car if you are going to stay here. Is about a 1h20 min to 1h45min drive from the SJU airport. Much closer to the Aguadilla Airport.
They have a full service restaurant, Jota, that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a varied menu. They also offer room service. Food was really good.
Service was not always the most efficient, but we found it very friendly and useful. You will certainly experience the famous Puerto Rican hospitality here.
We loved our stay, and will definitely come back. However, there is some room for improvement. The casitas have not been properly maintained. They are very close to the ocean, which means that the salty air corrodes any exposed metal parts and those need to be replaced frequently. That has not happened here. That resulted in our room having door locks that didn't lock, French doors to the patio that didn't fully open, sliding room divisions that were stuck and a shower head (one of 3 in the shower that didn't work). Also, our wooden deck obviously had not been retouched/repainted in many years. The "distressed" look did not work. This resort was sold last year. Hopefully, the new owners will invest more in proper, and much needed, maintenance,
- Hector (6/5): Beautifull place but too expencive for the conditions of the casita. - Beautiful location and facilities. The architecture of the place is magnificent. The Casitas are spacious, beautifully built, and decorated Mediterranean-style. The staff is very attentive and placement. The place requires serious maintenance, the floors on the deck and living room need paint and polishing. The shower likes hot water to the point I felt I had an integrated hot spring in the casita that made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We could not enjoy the second at the casita because the maintenance personnel spent more than half of the day trying to fix the shower unsuccessfully. The main pool does not have sufficient shade area for more than 8 guests at the time. The restaurant did not offer a good variety and what was offered was not prepared as expected. At check-in, the concierge indicated that the mini bar was complementary and replenished every day, that was not correct.
- Roving571579 (6/5): Value Proposition - It’s hard not to appreciate being away from home in Chicago but a getaway to Puerto Rico was just what the doctor ordered. With my partner and newborn (6 months), relaxation and minimizing efforts was key. Royal Isabela is well perched on top of the terrain with breathtaking views of the ocean and a manicured gold course to experience. The heat is to be expected with minimal time spent in the sun, where fighting for shade or the pool is a must.
Not being a golfer was a disadvantage as I would have liked the course but much less the blazing hot sun. Our on-site resort excursion, as a result, was only limited to the long 177-step trek down to the ocean beach. Quite exhilarating to experience along with the feel for lots of foliage surrounding your descent and an amazing feeling of seclusion, like being in the deep forest. However, reaching the beach was a very desolate and seemingly uncharted zone. No chairs, or amenities to support this arrival (No water, chairs or towels) so you’re on your own to just experience the view and waves and trek back up.
However, there are some things not to be desired at Royal Isabela. At this price point (+$500 paid), one of the most expensive around, housekeeping should happen more frequently, automatically and not after 12/1pm. We would wake up, have breakfast, head to the pool and then see housekeeping knocking on our door. Our response was always, come back, you had your chance all morning, it’s time for the baby’s afternoon nap. Similar resorts in Mexico have housekeeping multiple times a day voluntarily, and with staff that is overly friendly in greeting guests. Also, bringing the room towels, refreshments and water in a large plastic clear bag was also super low-class service that are found typically in a seedy cheap motels.
Food at the Resort restaurant was very, very, tasty. My favorite was the Brioche French Toast, prepared to perfection along with the toppings for a new flavor experienced. However, the WAITING & WAITING around for service was simply absurd. While having breakfast, a coffee refill takes 15-20 minutes, and we were the only guests eating. How is that possible anywhere for a resort restaurant, and this lasted for our entire four-day stay. Even the memory of the same server to constantly ask for the same repeat request for coffee at the start. Asking and requesting everything is how they operate, nothing is proactive done on your behalf as a guest. I was told that it’s the Puerto Rican way, which in that case, save lots of money and find a decent hotel elsewhere with better service.
The porters near registration were fantastic as they were alerted of your arrival at the parking lot, to provide pickup and drive you to the room in the cart. Quite helpful usually with a sleeping infant on the hilly terrain.
Overall, An “A” Grade for the view, grounds, accommodations and experience of being away. An “F” Grade on the service, housekeeping, and interaction with the staff. Would have wanted a better experience as a family with a toddler.
- Tashira Tais (10/5): - Excellent
- Theo (8/5): Very good - I love the location , the casita (little dark) and the beach access . I think some entertainment at night would’ve been nice
- mckchilton (10/5): Incredibly romantic and relaxing destination with excellent service. - We stayed here for our honeymoon and I don’t recall a time we have ever been treated better. The level of service here is unbelievable. They meet you at the gate and then personally escort you to your room while listing all of the local recommendations. Manuel and Juan Francisco were kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a couple more unexpected benefits when we arrived at our casita, including a fridge stocked with drinks and access to a private beach. incredible experience and we can’t wait to bring our family here!
- Joaquin (9/5): We had a great time! - Do not eat breakfast The restaurant took a long time to bring the food
- Zach (10/5): Unique, pristine, quiet relaxation. Will be back again! - Gem of a location. Super private and relaxing. Rooms were phenomenal and beautiful hardwood floors and built ins. However, with hard wood, you can see the evidence of previous storm and water damage. It added to the character of the casita and didn’t bother us though!
