• Edina (8/5): Perfect location, great value for money hotel - The buffet breakfast was fine, actually exceeding my expectations. The location is perfect, practically in the city center. The staff was kind, also smooth communication before arrival. There was a great variety of toiletries in the bathroom. Narrow streets and difficult parking. After a few rounds around the building, we managed to park. Cheap rate (€0.50/hour), but note that only coins are accepted. One downside: the curtains couldn't be fully closed as the track was broken.

The new English very well and was able to help us plan our days. There was a bar on the street that partied until 4 AM almost every night. The noise was so loud it was hard to sleep.

• Vik Avila (6/5): Estadia em época de rally... - Gostei muito da cama grande de casal, muito confortável, boa insonorização dos quartos, bom pequeno almoço, staff muito simpático e forneceram mini snack para levarmos pois saímos muito cedo e não deu para tomar o pequeno almoço. Apesar dos quartos terem insonorização, como a estadia foi em véspera de feriado e estava a decorrer um evento de rally nesse fim de semana, não foi muito fácil dormir. Pelo menos até por volta das 3 da manhã, mesmo com a insonorização ouvia-se barulho. O facto de não ter estacionamento perto também foi um ponto negativo.

• Anabela (10/5): Wonderful! - The breakfast was good. The lunch and dinner were fantastic. Great portions and delicious as well as excellent value compared to other places we went to. The staff are so friendly and helpful on reception, in the restaurant and cleaning. Nothing really! We had a great time. The only thing was we did not realise until our last day that there was a small lounge with a laptop and printer and a piano (!) we could have used which is behind reception. Maybe a sign saying lounge with an arrow would be useful.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Klimatyczny hotel w centrum miasta. - Polecam hotel. Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo miły personel. Dobre śniadania. Wszystko w porządku. lekka wilgoć w pokoju, ale to zapewne z powodu pogody, jaka panowała, więc nie ma to wpływu na ocenę. Do dyspozycji grzejnik w pokoju.

Nous avons quitté l'hôtel très tôt avec un petit déjeuner préparé à notre intention. Bonne adresse pour découvrir Ponta Delgada! Nous n'avons rien décelé de négatif, excellent séjour dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons sans réserve.

• Jens (5/5): Godt økonomi-hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. - Fair morgenmad, personale imødekommende, fantastisk beliggenhed. Vi havde lejet en bil i lufthavnen, men parkering i byen er et mareridt. Vi foreslog hotellet at oplyse om de gratis parkeringsmuligheder der trods alt findes i byen på hjemmesiden. På den måde havde vi undgået meget besvær den aften. Vi fik først et rum med vindue ud mod køkkenets ventilation - og den larmede. Vi blev flyttet til et værelse med udgang mod gaden - der var karaoke til kl. 3 første nat. Til sidst lykkedes det at få et stille værelse , takket være godt arbejde fra personalet.
