- Tyler (10/5): Clean, spacious hotel with authentic charm and helpful staff. - The room was spacious and comfortable, and even the balcony was bigger and nicer than expected. The bathroom was not cramped at all. The hotel has wonderful character and feels like a really nice place to stay. The surrounding area has authentic, local shops and restaurants but the main sights of Turin are an easy walk away as well. Breakfast was wonderful – so much to choose from! I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Turin.

- Bernd (9/5): - Beim Frühstück konnte man viele Speisen und Getränke bestellen, die alle frisch zu bereitet wurden und schnell geliefert wurden. Kommunikation war auf Engl. möglich. Alle Ziele in der Innenstadt/Altstadt waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da sie sich in der Dachschräge befanden. Der Hauptschalter für die Beleuchtung konnte nicht vom Bett aus bedient werden. Wenn dieser eingeschaltet war, leuchtete am Kopfteil des Bettes eine Leiste. Diese war zu hell zum Schlafen.

- Cristiana (10/5): È la seconda volta che vengo e ci tornerò. - La stanza è molto bella, spaziosa e con quel gusto antico che a me piace molto. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Avevamo lasciato i peluche dei nostri bimbi accatastati sul baule per non interferire con le pulizie e i personale ce li ha fatti ritrovare sui letti rifatti dei bimbi, un gesto molto carino. La colazione è ottima e c’è anche un menù. È vicinissimo al centro, è una zona vicina ai mezzi pubblici, c’è un Conad vicino e un’ottima pizzeria accanto. L’unica segnalazione forse è il bagno con degli aggiustamenti da fare, ma niente di che, è comunque tutto funzionale e pulito, ma da rimodernare.

La strutta di per sé è carina, un po’ datata. La nostra stanza non era pulita, non era accogliente e la doccia minuscola. A mio parere qualità prezzo É un po alto, per una stanza cosi datata e dove scarseggia la pulizia. La reception molto carine e gentili, ci tengo a precisare che ci hanno tenuto anche gli zaini dopo il check out. La colazione, buona ma niente di eccezionale, sempre considerando qualità prezzo. Peccato, con piccoli accorgimenti sicuramente la struttura sarebbe quasi perfetta. Pulizia e distanza da i punti di interesse

- Ursula (8/5): Gutes Hotel, um zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV Turin zu erkunden - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, das Viertel ist lebendig, es gibt gute Restaurants. Die Möblierung ist barock, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das hat durchaus Charme. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer, da wir mit dem ersten nicht einverstanden waren. Das Frühstück war gut, alles, was wir brauchen, war im Angebot. Kaffee und Orangensaft wurden frisch zubereitet. Die Elektrizität im Zimmer war außen Rand und Band, es gibt zu wenige Steckdosen und keine Möglichkeit, im Bett oder im Sessel zu lesen. Leselampen sind offenbar out.

- Laura (9/5): Un piccolo chalet nella città. - Struttura molto accogliente e carina, personale disponibile e gentile, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Mole e 10 dal museo egizio, vicina alla fermata del bus. Colazione molto ricca e buona. Camere pulite. Credo non fosse asciugato bene il pavimento pertanto appena entrati nella camera abbiamo avvertito un cattivo odore. Abbiamo aperto le finestre e questo cattivo odore è sparito. Però è un buon hotel! Vale la pena soggiornarci

- ANGELICA (10/5): Ótimo hotel e atendimento muito simpático. - O atendimento foi ótimo, principalmente da funcionária Tatiana. Quarto espaçoso, limpo,. Ótimo café da manhã. Localização boa, dava p/ ir andando p/ vários pontos. Recomendo e ficaria hospedada lá novamente. Adoramos! Uma das janelas estava quebrada, ficando apenas a parte de vidro. Como estava no primeiro andar, dava direto p/ rua. Também senti falta de tomadas no quarto. Mas nada que fosse grava, pois adoramos o hotel.

- Milosz (7/5): Ottima colazione e location - La posizione perfetta per visitare Torino. La colazione è veramente ottima. Facile trovare posteggio nei dintorni dell’albergo. Letto veramente comodo. Staff preparato e gentile. Nella stanza 205, sopra il ristorante, si sente parecchio il rumore di posate/piatti durante la cena e dopo, durante le pulizie. La doccia è molto piccola e scomoda.

- Claudio (3/5): Meglio evitare. Esperienza negativa. - Camera era spaziosa e pulita. Albergo che si fregia di essere un 4 stelle ma impropriamente. Camera spaziosa ma fredda: un solo split per riscaldare quella grande cubatura è assolutamente insufficiente. Arredamento con un bel mobile e scrivania in legno autentico ma letto scomodo per materasso troppo morbido e stanza ingombra da altri 2 letti singoli non richiesti e non necessari. Scrivania collocata sotto il televisore cosa che impediva un utilizzo contemporaneo di entrambi. Qualità del sonno rovinata dai rumori provenienti dalla strada (in special modo il tram) oltre che dal freddo nella camera e dalla scarsa qualità del materasso. L'albergo non ha nessuno in reception dopo le 23 e fino alle 7 (4 stelle?) e la colazione viene fornita solo dopo le 7.30 solo però se l'unica persona addetta a fare il caffè non è impegnata in reception altrimenti, come è accaduto a me che avevo poco tempo, niente caffè. Insomma c'è di meglio per sistemarsi a Torino.

- carolina (7/5): - O pequeno almoço era ótimo e o colchão era muito confortável, estava tudo muito limpo. Apanhamos dois recepcionistas em horas diferentes, uma senhora e um senhor. O senhor não falava inglês a comunicação era difícil e equivocou-nos respondendo que “sim” ao perguntarmos se havia sempre alguém na receção, pelo que precisávamos de entrar pela noite e não tínhamos o código para entrar no hotel. Pela noite não há ninguém na receção

- Marcin (9/5): - Hotel usytuowany w bardzo klimatycznym budynku, w odległości paru minut spacerem od centrum. Duży pokój, widny, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Przesympatyczna obsługa, smaczne śniadania-jak dla mnie wszystko ok. Dodatkowo polecam Turyn jako miasto.
