L'équipe de direction (parfaitement anglophone) et l'ensemble du personnel sont extrêmement attentifs et font toujours de leur mieux pour répondre aux questions et résoudre au plus vite les problèmes de clients la baignoire de la salle de bains n'est pas d'un accès Très facile...
• Chantal (10/5): 10 out of 10! Great hotel, great staff in a perfect old quarter location - Wow. Upon arrival at Minerva Church Hotel you are greeted by the awe inspiring view of St Joseph's cathedral and all the cafes and restaurants around it - literally 50 or so steps from the hotel. Its a great place to step out and have a coffee, a few drinks or a meal from a balcony in the shadow of the cathedral. And then you are greeted by the staff of Minerva Church Hotel who were so warm, friendly and welcoming and remained so throughout our entire stay. Nothing was a problem - they made everything easy. Our room was great too - comfortable and quiet even though everything the old quarter in Hanoi has to offer is right outside your door. As a bonus our suite had a balcony with a beautiful view of the cathedral (see pic) You won't be disappointed with your stay here. 10 out of 10. • Roger (10/5): - Hands down, the best hotel we stayed in on a six-week Vietnam trip. Lisa and her team are incredibly responsive and welcoming. It's a small, quiet hotel with great window insulation especially considering its central location less than a block from St. Joseph's on a street filled with shops and restaurants and a five-minute walk to the lake. The in-house spa and Indian restaurant are both excellent. We stayed in the St. Joseph room on the 4th floor. The room was well laid out with lots of storage space. Good bed. Bathtub/shower was good too. There a small roof terrace on the 8th floor. Breakfast has long hours and is substantial and varied with both hot food choices and buffet (asian and western). Look nowhere else in this price range. More hooks in bath.

Auch eine spontane Umbuchung auf Grund einer Verspätung unseres Fluges war kein Problem. Auch das Gepäck in der Lobby zu lagern war kein Problem. Auf Wunsch organisieren sie auch Transfer und Ausflüge nach Ha Long Bay etc :) Insb. das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab sowohl westliche als auch asiatische Optionen. Eigentlich hat alles soweit gepasst, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

• HUNG (5/5): Mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel. - Le personnel est très serviable. Mais le llit est execrable, on dirait un vieux matelas qu'ils ont recouvert d'un drap propre. Lorsque je me suis plainte, ils m'ont apporté une couverture pour mettre dessus le matelas pour caler mon dos lorsque je me couche. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande PAS du TOUT cet hôtel, dont le prix est trop cher pour la qualité de la chambre. Je pense qu'il doit améliorer les chambres. BCP de choses à dire mais c'est trop long. Ils n'ont pas de voile sur les fenêtres, le lit est impossible à se coucher, chambre trop petite...Pas de chaise pour 2...

Good breakfast. I had wished for more windows (there was one in the bedroom but it didn’t provide a ton of light ) but it was fine. It’s super common in Hanoi for there to be few or no windows in rooms.

The room had lots of natural light and bed was comfortable and clean. Hotel interior was stylish and breakfast was good including coffee. The hotel is not brand new so needs a little paint, but overall we enjoyed our stay with good value, kind staff, perfect location and comfort. We would stay again if traveling to Hanoi.

• Lynn (10/5): Quiet and riendly hotel in a good location for exploring the Old Quarter - Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good location, walkable to the lake and everywhere in the Old Quarter. Rooms at the back are very quiet. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring

• Marie (10/5): - Personnel incroyablement gentil et aidant alors que mes vols retour ont été annulés. Chambre calme, joliment décorée et très confortable, notamment la literie (joli bouquet de fleurs fraiches en sus). Petit-déjeuner complet, de qualité et copieux. Dans aucun doute mon point de chutte lorsque je reviendrai à Hanoi. Tout était parfait.
