- Rowan (7/5): Lovely little cottage stay - Cottage was beautiful and comfortable while providing privacy in its standalone nature a bit further from the hotel. I had a rental car so the distance between the cottage and hotel wasn't an issue for me, highly recommend coming by car so you can enjoy the surrounding lakes and natural beauty. Staff were kind and helpful, the facilities are large but I enjoyed being in the surrounding nature more so didn't get to see all of the facilities on offer. There wasn't any information about whether guests with tattoos could use the onsen online or prior to arriving, only on the sign outside of the onsen itself, so it was a little disappointing to not be able to use them. It would help to have clearer information about the prohibition of tattoos in the onsen prior to arrival. There were also many bugs which found their way inside the cottage which wasn't an issue for me but may bother others.

- ERKAN (9/5): - Very close to ski resort. Has good onsen and indoor pool. Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Lunch and dinner options are limited but definitely enough. - Access is difficult, in the evening, even taxi is not an option as they close so early. To be fair, hotel itself have a free shuttle bus, but timing is not convenient. - Staff is not well informed about how to handle foreign residents, and treating them as foreign tourists. They need to learn the difference between the two, especially handling PII. - Laundry machines are somewhat OK, but driers do not work well, as their performance and capacity is not enough. It may take 3-4 hours to dry, and you have to insert new coins every hour. It can not automatically work longer.

- Youngjoon (10/5): 홋카이도의 대자연속 조용한 휴식처 - 코티지에서 숙박함. 가격대비 극강의 만족!!! 독채로 사용하는 코티지는 화려한 시설은 아니지만, 집기류 뭐 하나 부족한거 없이 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 청결도 괜찮음. 노천온천이 있는 대욕장의 만족도 높음. 시설도 다양하고 물도 좋은편. 특히 대만족하는게 조식임. 여기 묵을거면 조식은 무조건 넣기를 추천 카이센동, 이카메시 등 지역 명물을 다 맛볼수 있는데, 거짓말 안하고 하코다테 새벽시장보다 여기서 더 맛있게 먹었음. 머지않아 재방문 의사 있음. 대욕장과 조식의 운영시간이 좀 짧음. 새벽같이 일어나서 목욕하고 식사하지 않으면 이용하지 못할 수 있음.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 全体的に高評価です‼️ - 昔からあるホテルですが、ホテル自体は古びた感じもなく良いです。 ダイソンの空気清浄機、ベッドはシモンズです。他のホテルでは寝心地悪く翌日のコンディションはあまりよくありませんが、シモンズのベッドは家族全員疲れがしっかりとれました。帰りの車の中ではシモンズを自宅でも使いたい！と全員一致でした。 朝食の白米がおいしかったので、いつもは食べないものも食べられました。 コロナだということもあり、バイキングのものも清潔だという安心感もありたくさん食べれました。 翌日はホテル前のアクティビティで遊びました。ちなみに宿泊者の場合はチケット代20%引きです。 セグウェイ初体験、乗る前の係りの方からの事前説明もわかりやすく、すぐにコツを掴めました。 唯一残念だったのは、大浴場にメイク落としがなかったこと、プール用入り口に使用後のマスクが落ちていたこと、プールから出た時もまだそれがあったことくらいです。 ホテルから車で5分の国道沿いに人気のアイス屋さんがあります。 チェックアウト後にいくとちょうど行列もない時間なので楽です。 ケルンというステーキ屋さんもあり、夜はかなり賑わっています。 どちらも美味しいのでおすすめです。

- Masami (10/5): 皆んな笑顔の満足ホテル！ - 2人の 孫４歳の 誕生日で娘夫婦と6人で1泊しました。 外のふわふわでの遊具等 喜んでました！皆んなでラウンドカー乗り楽しみました。ホテルの中もキッズスペースで楽しそうに遊べ、一階にはお菓子雑貨やボーリングやプール ゲーム等 こんなに楽しめる場所が近くに有るのには驚き！夕食もこちらの手違いで予約できなかったので一階で、どれも美味しく満足でした。
