- Ramon (9/5): Agradable i relaxant - Tot en general En el bany hi habia algun mosquit
- REINALDO (8/5): Una estancia muy tranquila y muy acogedora - La tranquilidad El televisor muy antiguo
- Silvia (9/5): - Ottima colazione, staff super gentile.
- Maria Africa (10/5): -

- Josef (7/5): Das freundliche Personal macht viele bauliche Mängel …vergessen!!
- Sarah (10/5): -
- michael (10/5): WOW! - Personal, Lage
- Novella (7/5): Good but not great value for money - Location was great, in the middle of the island with enough space for parking. Room was spacious and clean and facilities are good enough, given the location and size of the island. Some staff was helpful and very kind, like the lady during breakfast. Not great value for money. Breakfast quality was not the best, dry and sometimes stale pastries. Complimentary water was only provided on the first day and when asked we were told to “purchase from supermarket”. One person for the breakfast might not be enough as things need to be replenished more often and we had to ask.
- Laura (10/5): - Our stay at El Grifo was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a serene atmosphere, and the staff were remarkably attentive and kind, making us feel genuinely welcome. The room, decorated in traditional Canarian style, was beautifully appointed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We would return without hesitation. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is not located directly beside the winery. Nevertheless, its setting is very convenient, and the views, especially during breakfast, are simply stunning.
- Jose (9/5): -
- Marta María (9/5): -
- Juan A. Vega (7/5): -
- Violeta (10/5): -
- VIA REDONS (7/5): - El gerent i la cafeteria. ... L'habitació . Requereix millores. Aire condicionat indispensable, renovar bany, finestres
L'exterior també precisa retocs. Els sofàs exteriors... Millor llençar-los!
- Carmen (10/5): -

- Doli89 (10/5): -
- Diana (8/5): Welcoming hotel away from the busiest areas. - Excellent location in the middle of the island, for those preferring excursions to a sea-side holiday. Charming and friendly hotel, not one of the big chains. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice, but I imagine it has to do with there only being about a dozen rooms. It was in any case sufficient for us. More vegan options would be a welcome addition!
- Margaret (8/5): Clean, comfortable and stylish - A lovely stylish, hacienda feel, little chalet-type rooms off a courtyard. Lovely, quirky antique-style furniture in the rooms and reception areas. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly, helpful and informative staff, convenient location, ample breakfast, very nice restaurant attached, good communication with management throughout my stay. Room was quite dark, even in the midday sun, but I wasn't there much. Shower door was leaking, and due to the grooves between the (very nice) tiles, little rivulets of water spread everywhere and I kept stepping in little puddles in my slippers. Also, I think for the price, it would've been nice to be offered a packed breakfast when I left at 7 am on my last morning. I also agree with another commenter about having somewhere to dry your swimming gear. Otherwise...all good!
- Ελντα (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and and helpful. Highly recommend!
- Alen (10/5): An oasis of peace in the center of the island! - The entire staff is very warm and accommodating. Special praise goes to the lady working at breakfast, as well as the cleaning staff who truly did a fantastic job! The room was literally sparkling clean every day after cleaning. There is a common area where you can hang out, and coffee, tea, some sweets, and a minibar are always available. The location was perfect for us as it’s literally in the center of the island, so everything is equally close. We were traveling with a small child, and everything was ready when we arrived. Late check-in is possible (you receive a code to retrieve the key). The yard is spacious and beautifully arranged, with loungers where you can relax. There is also a restaurant available for dinner, food was very good (the cheesecake was amazing!). Breakfast should be more varied. We stayed for 7 days, and it gets boring eating the same thing all the time. The room lacks a small fridge.
- Valentina (9/5): Superb -
- Angeliki (9/5): Great place for your stay in Lanzarote - Amazing place, in a great location! The stuff was very helpful and friendly :) breakfast was nice but quality was inconsistent over the days It would be useful to have a mini fridge and some space for beach towels and swimsuits to dry!
- Lisa (10/5): Amazing, we'd love to visit again! - We absolutely loved everything about Caserio de Mozaga. Parking was easy to find and felt very safe. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at reception - the lady there was incredibly polite and gave us a quick tour of the property, and also shared some advice on what to do and visit in Lanzarote.
Beyond the room, there's a lovely solarium and a cozy communal lounge area perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a generous buffet with plenty of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, ham, and cheese. You can also request made-to-order dishes like scrambled eggs.
The on-site restaurant is definitely worth trying—the food was delicious and beautifully presented.
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emanuela (9/5): Stunning place - Stunning place, in the heart of the island. The structure is beautiful and authentic. Gina is kind and always available.
Rooms are a bit humid, but they provide a purifier.
Breakfast was good, but they could improve it with more homemade and fresher options.
The whole space is relaxing, calming and silent.
- Penelope (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (8/5): Very good - Quiet location away from main tourist areas Room was fairly small and basic
- Mr (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (7/5): Disappointing stay at Caserio de Mozaga. - Great location in centre of island which made it easy to get around by car. Very helpful staff. Nice communal lounge. Our room was small, dark and damp. There was a dehumidifier in the bathroom which was left on continuously. We had an upstairs lounge area but it was cold, dark and damp again with a dehumidifier on continuously and we simply didn't use it because it was not comfortable. The door lock was very stiff to use. No kettle in room.
- Lut (9/5): Authentic Lanzarote experience!!! - Beautiful location in an old family residence, renovated with respect for the traditional architecture. Nice gardens and seating areas, fantastic salon with authentic furniture, very nice dining room. Breakfast with local products, restaurant also possible in the evening, very tasty! Rooms not very large, but comfortable. Perhaps the noise from the nearby road is a bit disturbing, but on the other hand this is a guarantee of good connections if you want to go on an excursion.
- Denis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): Lovely place to stay as a base for touring this beautiful island. - We loved our room, it was spacious and in a good location in the grounds of the hotel. The hotel itself is a loverly old building, 250 years I think, and very well maintained. The lounge/library area was a nice amenity especially on a chilly evening when the log fire was burning. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was fine and the staff were great. The village is fairly central in the Island and good for a Base to see every corner of the Island. The village itself was very quiet. Nothing really. A drinks fridge in the room would be convenient but we didn’t miss one as the honesty bar in the lounge was well priced so a cold beer was available after a day touring the Island. It would also have been nice to be able to walk to a nice restaurant but again not an issue as the restaurant at the hotel was very nice. We would only want to venture out to another restaurant for a little variety. We did have a small housekeeping issue but we raised this with reception and I am sure it will be corrected. Certainly did not spoil our stay in any way as everything else was close to perfect.
- Nikola (6/5): Great location but not worth 170€ per night. - Location was great Not worth the price of 170€ per night. Lack of staff on breakfast (which was a disaster, few options, person who serves you also cooks your eggs) and dinner(Nothing more than fine). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is under 35 years old. I tried to change the room but unfortunately, they were fully booked so we had to stay, I feel like in one of the worst rooms #04. If you book this hotel, be ready that 90% of guests will be 70+ year olds so the hotel will look abandoned.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (9/5): I had a fantastic week with a comfortable base to explore a surprisingly extraordinary island! - A very pretty hotel and an ideal location for someone who wants to explore the island. A little cold and the breakfast could have been better and more varied.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful old hacienda style country house, very quiet, excellent service and in a great central location to explore the island.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luca (9/5): Great location out of the crowds - Spacious, charming bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and convenient location. Good breakfast. There could be more fruit choice for breakfast
- Morgan (10/5): Exceptional - Very calm place with very nice location. Close to many visit areas. Good breakfast. Garden is relaxing and simply beautiful. The parking for car is great. I recommand this place !!
- Brian (9/5): Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location - Lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location The breakfast could have been better
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frederique (10/5): Highly recommended place - We love it! Very nice staff, lovely place close to the volcans, very cosy and clean room. We had dinner at the restaurant every evening and it was very good. Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Lesley (9/5): Altogether a very happy and therapeutic few days at Caserio de Mazaga - I loved the ambience of the building, it’s character and history, it’s furnishings and the beautiful gardens.
I liked it’s quiet situation and restfulness I would have liked a little more variety in the evening meals since I was there every night.
I found it a disadvantage not to have a car to get about more easily and was disappointed in the bus provision. This was overcome by getting taxis, joining a small minibus group, and benefitting from the kindness of two fellow residents with a car.
- Paul (10/5): - Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very centrally located for driving around various parts of the island. Gina (prob spelt wrong) was very helpful and friendly in her welcome.
Would defo recommend and I would be very happy to return one day.
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Ceri (10/5): PERFECT COMFORTABLE BASE TO VISIT THE ISLAND, STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY -
- Lavinia (10/5): Absolute gem - Staff, location, coffee room, decor, outside area's, beds, cleanliness and overall ambience. Nothing
- Liz (9/5): Superb -
- Elipxia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect
- Dominika (9/5): Lovely, local climate place - It's a place with lots of local climate, beautiful garden, cozy common area and comfortable rooms. Very nice people around, Gina was welcoming and helpful.
PS. Visiting cat is cute! I'd love to have bit more fruit variety for breakfast and maybe some background music in common area, but that are minor issues.
- Kevin (8/5): - Nice feel to the heritage buildings. Lovely lounge with generous complimentry tea & coffee.
Breakfast & dining was OK
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- Filipe (10/5): Fantastic place to stay! - Everything was fantastic
Great service and attention to detail
Fantastic facilities
Great food at the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) nothing to point out
- Sergio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (9/5): great stay - Great Location (easy to visit all Main attractions), the breakfast and the very friendly staff nothing
- Melissa (10/5): A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay in Lanzarote! - I LOVED staying at this place. It was beautiful, centrally located, and the staff was friendly. I was able to borrow a few guide books for hiking in the area. I enjoyed reading in the sun chairs and the lobby.
- Alistair (9/5): high quality accommodation at a competitive price for a boutique hotel. - Quality of accommodation, especially our suite with lounge. the general lounge was lovely with on tap coffee/tea and a welcome fire as the weather was unseasonably cold. Quality of main staff excellent. The dining/restaurant experience was functional…it did the job. we stayed 5 nights and the breakfast became a bit boring. some dishes other than ‘eggs’ would have been welcome. only dined once in evening and it was good quality but basic. Limited service in dining room. One of highest price experiences of our holiday. over the quality of accommodation was very good value.
- Catherine (10/5): Relaxing, very comfortable, beautifully appointed, attention to detail - very comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff and very welcoming
- Ece (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful estate with a lot of love put into detail. The staff was always helpful and kind. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations. The place is quiet and idyllic. Perfect place to unwind.
