Gode muligheder for at sidde udendørs.
- Antti-Juhani (9/5): hyvin nukuttu yö - kaunis ja hiljainen sijainti

Lovely terrace
Helpful hosts
Convenient to 2 lovely restaurants Nothing
- iDido (8/5): - Tutto come previsto
- SILVIA (8/5): Soggiornare in serenità - L’accoglienza di Flavia
- Francesco (8/5): - tutto ok

Sauber
Sehr netter Empfang Frühstück sehr süß und recht teuer
- Bdenny (7/5): Posto tranquillo - Abbiamo soggiornato 2notti , posto tranquillo, staff gentilissimo .
- Gordon (9/5): - It was tucked away so very quiet. Lovely bedroom. The bathroom was well planned. I was walking the Via Francigena and this is just a 6 minute walk from the path. No complaints.

- Alan (9/5): -
- Mick and Sharon (10/5): Clean and comfortable on sure premises with good breakfast - Clean and comfortable in a spacious rom Nothing, all good

- Alyce (7/5): All good - The grounds and eating area are gorgeous. The front desk ladies are very kind. The breakfast and coffee is good Curtains and blankets need updating and the neighborhood is close by the via but a bit run down

Letto comodissimo. Parcheggio privato nel cortile.
- 444kamalab (2/5): Pilgrim review - This hotel shouldn't be offering services to pilgrims. We walked 24km on Via Frnacigena to arrive to no redemption, no water in the room and a vending machine that only works with coins! Really poor.

- helenlA6465JR (8/5): Lovely place to stay - We got a lovely warm welcome, everything was explained to us about our stay and 2 recommendations were given for nearby places to eat dinner. The accommodation has bus and train services nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. It had been booked for us by our tour company but there were lots of options on the menu.
- Hui-Ming (8/5): - Great staff!!
- Comfort (8/5): Excellent - The place was clean and cool The location was far from the city centre
- Joan (10/5): - We Loved the owner and her sister who runs
The hotel which has a positive family vibe which you wouldn’t find at the big hotels.
Friendliness was at the top of the agenda and we know we are spoilt because they understood and spoke perfect English. They gave us a map and knew everything about the area they live in and how to get to and from the city of Rome.
- Francisco (8/5): Very good -
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Palumbo (10/5): Perfect stopover on our Via Francigena walk into Rome. - Beautiful property, just outside of Rome. Very quite. The reception staff was exceptional.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (8/5): Very good - The host/concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and they accommodated our baggage delivery service. The pictures on Bookings led us to believe the place was roomier and more updated. Overall the property was very outdated, and the patio outdoors wasn't really comfortable. Long hill to climb too if walking via Francigena and it is gated so entry requires some figuring out. Breakfast was very mediocre.
- Fassil (10/5): Exceptional - An okay place for one night, bit pricey…
- Lucy (8/5): Very good -
- Jasmine (8/5): Good hotel for local wedding destination - This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We were given plenty of instructions about accessing the building and the room. Beautifully decorated room with basic amenities. Lots of hot water readily available. There was also a fridge in the room which was good for storing our snacks from the supermarket 15mins walk away. Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitos, there were some coming out of the drain in the bathroom and others from the old empty pool in the courtyard I suspect. They didn't ruin the trip but are something to be aware of (the windows did not have bug screens either.) Also the kettle in the room only came with herbal tea bags and not coffee which was a shame, so bring some instant sachets with you. You can buy a continental breakfast of pastries, cereal, coffee etc for €15 on site. I was attending a wedding in the area so the location was good, however it would be a 37 minute train ride into the center of Rome from the train station 15mins away. Local trains are incredibly inexpensive though which is a plus. The beds are very firm and a wool blanket is provided, I liked it but my partner found it itchy and uncomfortable.
- Abigail (9/5): Superb - Speaker in the gate was broke. We were left outside until someone
- Andrew (7/5): A warm welcome and good location for walking the Francigena. - Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location. Was ideal when walking the Francigena. Access to restaurants nearby. A walk of 15 mins to a nice restaurant.
- Emil (6/5): Pleasant -
- poetryisfood (8/5): Quiet sanctuary - Super comfy room and a quiet sanctuary off the Via Cassia. Perfect for us as we walked the Via Francigena. The downsides were no food or drink on the premises (the vending machine a bit sad) and an overpriced breakfast - 8 euros for one croissant and coffee from a machine. But lovely to wake to birdsong.
- goldie1888 (10/5): Really nice stay, very comfortable - Stayed one night with friends during our walking the Via Francigena. Had a wonderful stay. Service was great as was breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and nice areas to sit, relax and have a drink. Ten minutes walk to restaurants along main road.
- Deborah (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful hidden gem! - Lovely and quiet Bed n Breakfast style hotel in suburb of Rome. The town was welcoming and easy to walk. We would stay here again. We didn't have any problems.
- Kenneth (9/5): Nice place - Wonderful welcoming staff. Nice room. We were walking the Via Francigena and did not have a car, so the location for us was not ideal. Otherwise, if we had a car, it would have been wonderful.
- Oana (4/5): Make use of the fridge in the room - Very expensive breakfast definitely not value for money their fire alarm went off in the middle of the night nobody mentioned the next day. Maybe I’m just used to London but it was strange. Other than that amazing location really beautiful and very helpful staff even over WhatsApp!!
- Michael (10/5): We stayed one night during our Francigena pilgrimage - Beautiful building. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Molto bello.
- Hermann (10/5): Exceptional - The entire property is surprisingly amazing! The villa has a real soul and its location is extremely calm and secure, day and night, while you are at a few minutes from the road. Breakfast is perfect ! It is highly recommended for individual or a Family for 2-3 days trip!
- David (1/5): Terrible - I’ve already complained but you have not actioned get: we were locked out and had to sleep on the sofas. €100 for sofas. Please fix this.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Alessandra (8/5): Very good -
- Sergio (9/5): Superb -
- Isaac (2/5): - Booked due to lower price, but when we arrived saw that there is almost nothing around. Uber/taxi prices high due to having to go far outside the city. Not sure why it's called a "resort", there didn't seem to be really any amenities. Sheets were like sandpaper, hard to sleep. We had booked for 3 nights, but checked out after the first night even though we lost our money. We couldn't get out of there fast enough!
- Zalmai (7/5): Good -
- Randall (8/5): You’ll love it! - Very nice place with excellent service! Friendly staff. Only one slight issue- hot water pressure very low many times during stay.
- Pete (10/5): An oasis on the Via Francigena - We arrived frazzled and tired having walked an unpleasant 4 mile leg of the Via Francigena along the main road but the welcome and surroundings soothed us quickly. V friendly and hospitable and full of advice, our hostess was great. The surroundings were comfortable and peaceful too. Thank you. The breakfast was a bit pricey at €13 per head but everything else was great
- Heather (8/5): - Friendly staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The property was lovely however the a/c and tv did not work in our room.
- Joe (10/5): Family friendly la Rochetta! - This was a family run and very personal service. It was really a family business and that personal touch did show. It was a great experience. Nothing
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valerio (8/5): Very good -
- Jeff (9/5): Staff was friendly and amazing. -
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Elena (10/5): A beautiful location, great hosts, a wonderful stay. - Great hosts, professional and extremely helpful. The room and facilities are very clean. Quiet suburb.
- Christina (8/5): Very good -
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (3/5): We asked for a little ice for a sprained ankle which we were told they didn’t have any. I was confused because they aske - Quiet The bathroom was full of mold and dirt between the tiles and corners.
We were told the lock box on the right side of the room door (common corridor side) had a spare key card, the code to get in was our room door number 🤔 so that means anyone can walk into anybody’s room. Crazy!!
- Nathan (10/5): I definitely would stay here again!! - This was a quiet and secure location. Easy to get to the train station and into Rome as well as other locations for great food. If you are looking for a place outside of Rome this is great. We had coffee and pastries every morning at a bar on the way to the train!! Awesome experience! Friendly and very helpful staff! By train it takes roughly 40 minutes to get into the center of Rome by train. We did not have a car so we walked everyday to the train station. The hill going up to the resort is somewhat long but we made it work. Easiest access is by car. If you are walking this hill is doable but after a day of sightseeing it might not be as fun.
- Tammie (10/5): Exceptional -
Consigliato
- Cherif (2/5): - Bad receptionist
- Cherif (2/5): - Bad attitude
- Paul (10/5): Very hospitable host, godd location and very comfortable accommodation. -
- Melinda (10/5): Hidden Gem - Everything!
It was a hidden gem! Nothing
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location is nice and pretty. Very calm
The room is old fashioned.
Breakfast is to much expensive for what you got to eat.
I extended my stay because I have to. And I upgrade my room but the was no pressure on the hot water in the shower.
The next night they change my room but the room was smaller than what was my room upgraded!!!
You can stay there if you have to but I think overall the hotel is overpriced
- MartinT231 (6/5): Reasonable location on edge of Rome, ok for one night and no more - Slightly out of the way, an old villa down a residential side street. We were at the end of our walk on the Francigena, so any bed is welcome. To be fair, the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom rather tired (gaps between tiles need attention), as was the rest of the building. Fellow travellers had a faulty keycard and a leak in their bedroom). Had an odd vibe, maybe looking for an identity, and not sure if it was a hotel, hostel or B&B, which hasn’t had any attention for the last 20 years. Didn’t feel particularly inviting. Breakfast was mediocre, machine coffee, nothing special.
- Daniel (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff. Clean. Price
- Per (8/5): Very good - Nice hotel in a calm area easy to reach by commuter train from central Rome. Friendly crew. Good breakfast for an extra fee. WiFi in the room was too slow
