Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, allenfalls für ein 4 Stern Hotel eher 'klein'. Der Weg zum Bahnhof - ein Steinwurf - ist natürlich super. Ja der Zimmerservice brilliert wirklich nicht. Die Kissen nicht schön hindrapiert und mein Schlafshirt im Knäuel irgendwo. Schade in einem 4 Stern Hotel. Dafür waren die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt - das bräuchte ich nicht unbedingt.

- Ayse (7/5): - Es liegt direkt am Strand, Parkplatz vorhanden kostet 20 Euro. Wir hatten 4 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind leider furchtbar klein. 1 Zimmer hatte ein Mini Bett, wofür wir dann upgrade (gegen Bezahlung) bekommen haben.

Onze afstandsbediening van de tv is bij de schoonmaak van de kamer verdwenen en dit is niet op te lossen door het personeel waardoor wij twee dagen zonder tv hebben door gebracht geen ramp maar wel jammer.

- Gregory (8/5): Die Lage und die direkte Meersicht waren perfekt. Das war unsere erste Priorität. Das bekamen wir! - Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, mit Aussicht zum Strand und zum Meer! Der Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Zimmer, mit Galerie, war perfekt. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig und sehr sauber. Für 4 Personen gut. Wir hätten die Betten lieber auf der gleichen Ebene gehabt wie das Badezimmer und die Toilette. Badewanne war völlig unnötig. Hatten wir auch nie benutzt. Man konnte die Fenster leider nicht öffnen, nur eine kleine Klappe. Ein Balkon wäre perfekt gewesen. Der Preis war etwas hoch.

- Yasmin (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert und für 500€ ohne Frühstück für 2 Nächte für den Zustand absolut überteuert!!! - Die Lage direkt am Strand war das einzig positive. Das Hotel wirkte vor Ort ganz anders als erwartet. Der Putz und die Optik an sich ist von außen schon nicht ansprechend, die Zimmer sind klein und herunter gekommen, das Bett war durch gelegen und alles einfach nicht gepflegt. Wir haben ohne Frühstück mit Parkplatz 500€ für 2 Nächte bezahlt, das ist es in keins der Weise wert und absolut überteuert! Würden wir niemandem empfehlen

- Michael (10/5): Wellness suite is amazing, clean & comfy, balcony with sea view, friendly staff, great breakfast - Wonderful staff and beautiful property. Wellness suite was amazing, very spacious. Whirlpool tub and sauna were great to have. Balcony with sea view was breathtaking. Restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with a great selection. Our room was recently remodeled, but there was a problem with the drain in the walk in shower and the shower/tub room flooded - there was a half-inch of water over the entire floor of the shower/tub room (it didn't affect the living area at all as the shower/tub room was diked to prevent water from reaching the living area). Maintenance team fixed it promptly and we got free drinks in the restaurant while they attended to it. We also got our breakfasts comped for the inconvenience. Hard to find something not to like! But if I have to list something, it would be the drain problem in the shower/tub area. But that was quickly remedied. Parking took a minute to figure out, but that may just be my inexperience, as I had never been to any European country before.

- Leandra (6/5): - Die Aussicht und den Standort Zimmer war sehr schön Jedem Morgen um 6:00 Uhr kam das Reinigungspersonal und hat ca. 6x extrem laut die Tür zugehauen. Ich wurde jedes Mal wach. Die Tücher und Abfalleimer wurden nicht täglich ausgewechselt. Und die Zimmer Reinigung war eher mies. Ich bekam keine Instruktion wie mal die Sauna bedient.

- Marcus (6/5): Für die eine Nacht waren wir zufrieden. - Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso die Rennstrecke Zandvoort Circuit. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht übertrieben toll. Die Parkplätze sind nicht kostenlos und die Kurtaxe ist zusätzlich zu bezahlen.

- Alicia (8/5): - Die Unterkunft lag zentral am Strand, wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof und auch nahe der Restaurants. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Restaurant ist etwas nachlässig. An einem Tag war auch unser Bett nicht gemacht.
- Liesbeth (1/5): een totale desillusie met een schandalige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - de locatie is mooi, het ontbijt grotendeels goed de kamer was erg klein. Het bed was erg smal en je moest er met 3 traptreden naartoe. Dit hadden we graag tevoren geweten, dan hadden we dit niet geboekt. We zijn 76 en 75 jaar en 's nachts de hoge smalle treden af was voor mijn man , die niet goed ter been is, erg lastig. Koffie en thee waren wel aanwezig, maar minimaal: 2 zakjes thee, alleen English breakfast, en maar een soort koffiecups. Je moest de stekker van de koelkast uittrekken als je koffie en thee wilde zetten omdat er niet genoeg stopcontact was.

- Natalie (8/5): - Top Lage, direkt an der Promenade/Strand, nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Die Außenfassade vom Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Fahrradparkplatz steht zur Verfügung, leider schwer zugänglich da von der Seiten Auto Parkplätze sind. Draußen in den Ecken lag Müll, am Eingang stehen zwei Große Palmtöpfe mit Unkraut zur Begrüßung. Nächtliche Ruhe wure durch Reinigungspersonal gestört, da es kurz nach 23 Uhr das Zimmer gegenüber noch gründlich und laut geringt werden musste.
- Maria Vardounioti (9/5): - Ημασταν με το 2 μηνων βρέφος μας, και διανυκτερεύσαμε σε ένα από τα loft. -Εξαιρετική τοποθεσια και πρακτική με εστιατόρια και σουπερμάρκετ ακριβώς δίπλα. -Το παιδικό κρεβάτι, για παροχή ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλό. Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο σκληρό το στρωμα για την ασφάλεια του μωρού, αλλα δεν ήταν πρόβλημα. -Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα. Καθημερινή αλλαγη πετσετών/κλινοσκεπασμάτων και γέμισμα ροφημάτων. Είχαμε το "μην ενοχλείτε", οπότε μας κρεμούσαν το laundry bag απο έξω. -Απίστευτη θέα, με διπλές ηλεκτρικές κουρτίνες για κάθε συνδυασμό φωτός που θέλετε. Ρυθμιζόμενος φωτισμός (ιδανικό για το μωρό όταν κοιμάται). -Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, με fleece κουβέρτα πάνω απο το πάπλωμα, αντί το χοντρό ριχτάρι που έχουν τα περισσότερα. -Έχουν 2 ασανσέρ, πολύ ευρύχωρα. Το ένα έχει και παγκάκι μέσα. -Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Θα μπορούσε βέβαια να βελτιωθεί. Αλλά για εμάς ήταν επαρκής οι επιλογές. Ωραία ποιότητα καφέ. -Πολύ ενδιαφέρον αλλά και πρακτικό, ήταν στο δωμάτιο τα ξεχωριστά δωμάτια του μπάνιου. Η τουαλέτα είναι ξεχωριστά απο το υπόλοιπο. Πολύ διακριτικό. Θέλουμε να επιστρέψουμε για το δωμάτιο με τη σάουνα.

- Maria (4/5): - Very bad ventilation in the room. There was a terrible smell. In the Room for 300 euros per day there was not even mineral water. In booking.com, the photos of the rooms do not correspond to the room in which we were accommodated. Having chosen the most expensive room at that time, there was a wait for at least a bathroom in the room, but in the end we were accommodated in a room on the first floor, the sea view was only partial. There was no way to ventilate the room, the air was terrible.
