- Rick (9/5): - Das Frühstück war wirklich klasse, breite Auswahl und sowohl 'Westliches' als auch Asiatisches. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und für den eingeschränkten Platz sehr funktional und gut nutzbar eingerichtet. Besonders wenn man Abends zum Essen ausgehen aber nicht noch lange unterwegs sein möchte ist auch die Lage wirklich gut, sehr viele Restaurants in geh-Reichweite.

- Camilla Scaramuzza (8/5): - Camera non grandissima, ma provvista di tutto il necessario. La posizione è centrale, a pochi minuti dal Godzilla di Shinjuku. Il bagno ha un soffitto un po' basso, non adatto alle persone più alte della media.

- Leila (5/5): The hotel itself was good but the location is not amazing. - The room was tidy and cleaning services were offerd every second day. The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The room was very small, it was difficult for my partner and I to open our suitcases, the space may be more suitable for one person only. The location was very close to was seemed to be a 'party area', it was very loud and night and early hours of the morning as well as sirens from the hospital across the road.

- Chez (5/5): It’s okay - I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s… okay. The rooms are very small. I was expecting that, but not that small. As a solo traveller it was manageable, but if I had someone with me, I’m not entirely sure how we’d both fit—unless there are bigger rooms available (which, to be fair, there might be). I was in room 706 and got the complimentary early morning wake-up call courtesy of partygoers leaving the clubs between 4–6am. No alarm needed. On top of that, I was gently lulled to sleep each night by the soothing sounds of the local baseball batting cages—people swinging for home runs until around midnight. To be fair, I gave it a go myself and highly recommend it. Surprisingly fun. Walking back to the hotel, I also had the occasional run-in with the local “lonely hearts” sales team. Nothing aggressive—pretty harmless and honestly expected in this area. All in all, it’s okay, but you could probably find something better nearby. That said, the staff were great—very polite and helpful throughout my stay As above

- MEGUMI (9/5): 思った以上でした - アメニティも充実しているし、スタッフさんの対応が良かったです。 こちらの滞在理由を理解した会話や対応で助かりました。 朝食も凄く良かったです。 色んなものを少しずつ食べたいので、ピッタリだし、とにかく美味しかったです。 野菜サラダは新鮮だし、焼き魚やかき揚げも良かった。 特にかき揚げは4分の1にカットしてあるので食べやすいし、量も私には良かった。 お蕎麦も取り分けてあるので助かるし、とにかく外国の方もそうだろうけど、日本人でも取りやすいので良いです。 食べたもの全部美味しかったけど、私的にはご飯とお味噌汁が特に美味しかったです。 炊き加減は私好みだし、お味噌汁は出汁と味噌の加減が絶妙でした。 部屋の構造上仕方ないけど、バスタブが細すぎて…。 太めなので立ってシャワーで済ませました。 それでも大丈夫なので私は気にしませんが、シッカリお湯に浸かりたい方は、どうでしょうか？

- Trang (8/5): Nice stay. - Location is very good. Area is in a quiet neighborhood with 7/11 near by and walking distance to restaurants and shops. They have a washer and drier too. Room is very small.
- Marco (8/5): Ok - Struttura carina e pulita, perfetta per soggiornare a Tokyo. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda, vicina alla stazione della metro e quindi ideale per spostarsi facilmente in città. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca praticità e comfort a Shinjuku. La stanza però è davvero molto piccola e può risultare quasi claustrofobica, anche se bisogna considerare che questo è abbastanza normale per gli standard abitativi di Tokyo. Per soggiorni brevi può comunque andare bene, soprattutto se si passa molto tempo fuori a visitare la città.

Bisogna inserirla in una fessura alla porta d'ingresso del albergo per accedere dentro, Si faceva molta fatica a farle leggere dal sensore di entrambi. Bisogna inoltre stare anche attenti alla chiave che non si rovini essendo fatta effettivamente di carta.(te la cambiano senza problemi se si rovina) Consiglierei di cambiare il tipo di letteratura d'apertura porte e usare altri materiali più duraturi per le chiavi in futuro.

- Murali (8/5): Perfect location in Shinjuku - Location was fantastic with easy access to many places. Lots of restaurants and cafes along with easy access to the metro. The bathroom was small and a bit uncomfortable.
- Salim (10/5): Bon hôtel et plutôt calme pour le quartier - L'hôtel est très bien situé entre les stations de Shin Okubo et Shinjuku ce qui donne du choix pour se déplacer dans Tokyo. Le personnel a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre est aux standards de Tokyo mais bien aménagée. J'ai pris une chambre pour une personne, je pense qu'à deux personnes c'est trop petit. L'hôtel est dans le quartier de Kabukichō mais un peu excentré ce qui permet d'éviter les endroits trop surchargés de monde ou trop bruyant. J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel était relativement calme pour le quartier (j'étais au 5eme étage côté cour). On entend un peu les voisins mais vraiment rien de gênant. J'ai très bien dormi. Hôtel à préférer par rapport au Livemax qui accueille des personnes de passage pour de courtes durées. Rien à dire, le prix que j'ai payé correspond à la qualité des services fournis.

- Jarryd (10/5): A perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the heart of Tokyo. - All the staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms aren’t massive (Solo Traveller room) but it didn’t bother me at all. You’re in the heart of Shinjuku, you have a bathroom, shower, toilet, comfy bed, AC and a tv. I couldn’t have been happier 😊 Nothing.
- beatrice (6/5): - Sono molto amareggiata perché purtroppo in questo hotel ho perso il mio piercing dopo che l’ho lasciato in camera ad igienizzare dentro un bicchiere e al mio rientro (dopo la pulizia della camera) questo non c’era più. Inoltre nonostante avessimo spento l’aria condizionata continuava ad uscire aria fredda dalla bocchetta e alla richiesta di trovare una soluzione ci è stato detto che non si poteva far nulla perché decidevano loro se lasciare o meno l’aria accesa.

Tiny room - aware this is expected in Japan. Cleaned room every other day, which is fine - but when they arrived to clean early in the morning and were turned away as we were still in bed - had a note pushed through the door stating we must arrange a time for cleaning between 10 and 12 the following day - arranged a time of 10am with reception and went for breakfast, on return to the room it hadn’t been cleaned but we had reservations and therefore needed to use the room facilities - shower etc. felt like it was dictated how we used the room we paid for.

Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Umfeld Das Zimmer wurde online als 14qm groß bezeichnet. In unseren Augen waren es jedoch maximal 11 qm. Durch die geringe Größe war es uns nicht möglich die Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen oder unter das Bett zu schieben

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only small downside was the view from the window, which faced the wall of the neighboring building, so the room felt a bit dark during the day.

- Mikaela (7/5): Enjoyed our stay here for the location and it was clean. It was a good landing pad while we explored Tokyo - The value was good for the location and the rooms were clean. Also enjoyed the pyjamas they provided, as well as the convenience of being able to ship luggage at the front desk via Yamato The room was very small and a bit difficult to navigate with two suitcases.

- Francesco (7/5): Little rooms but big fun 😁 - Location: of this hotel is perfect if you like “night life”. Shinjuku is a location that starts its activity during night hours and to have an hotel there grants you to enjoy the activities without the stress to come back with trains/metro. Cleaning really good. Breakfast Is ok, maybe not so much differences among the proposals of the days (we stay 7days). Room is really little compared to the price of the location.

Everything was according to the expectations and towels, water and other amenities were provided daily.
