- Cynthia (6/5): For fishing only - This is a fishing lodge. It doesn’t offer much more than that. Bed was lumpy and old. The staff was great and very accommodating.
- Zack (8/5): - Made a great central location, and the river being right out back was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and seemed new. The room did get a pretty warm, but we put the box fan up in the window and it really cooled it down.
- Peter (8/5): - Liked the staff and liked the location on the Kenai River.

- Penny (10/5): - I booked this hotel for my grandson and his girl while we stayed at the Aspen. After booking our room Hotels.com was out of rooms at the Aspen. I knew they would love the Kenai River Lodge. While right on the road through town, it is also right on the famous fish river Kenai, and has a small bar area on the roof. It is an older rustic lodge and just perfect for my outdoorsy twenty-year-olds.
- Deb (8/5): - Quiet with nice river view
- Lisa (10/5): - This hotel was primarily focused on fishermen and fisherwomen and it was still very nice for anyone to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
- Charles (8/5): - Loved the river view. Staff was very helpful!

- Amandah (10/5): Nice choice! - Rooms are clean, convenient location, beautiful river view, and decent price.
- Cordell (2/5): - Check in was fine people were polite. Found a bed bug on us after we left. Staff essentially blamed us for the bugs. We are extremely clean people and don’t have bed bugs at home. Would not return.
- Vicki (10/5): - Great location on Kenai River! Clean & Cozy!
- Anne (8/5): - Beautiful view-comfy bed.
- M (10/5): - Perfect location for us! Close to everything and right on the river!
- Courtney (10/5): - The view of the Kenai River alone is worth the price of the stay in this hotel, but the rate is reasonable, the staff is friendly and the bed is comfortable as well.
- Wendy (8/5): - It was one of the few in the area. Older motel but in good shape. Convenient to what we wanted to do
- Shannon (10/5): - Unique rooms but very cozy with beautiful view
- Nicholas (8/5): - Overall it was a good stay. We were there for 2 nights for a fishing charter. The room itself was basic. The only complaint I had was that it smelled like used socks. The view and the fact that it was right on the river over compensated for the room smell. The hotel has a fish cleaning station and gas powered grills that you can use, which was amazing.
- Regina (8/5): - This is a rustic, older hotel. It is nice enough for what it is. Don't expect 5 star hotel, but it isn't run down and dirty- just older. The staff was very nice. View of Kenai River is gorgeous.
- Rajashree (8/5): - Clean well maintained property, Firm good mattress.
- masayasu (10/5): Perfect - Good for fishing stay
- Carlos (10/5): - My work buddy and I did a scouting trip for our Las Vegas, NV fishing group. Kenai River Lodge called me to make sure we were okay and not lost. They kept the lodge open for out late arrival. They have waders, boots, vacuum sealers, freezers and wven a bar on site! Will definitely stay here again!

- Jennifer (8/5): - Nice, low key property. Access to the river was convenient. Lively bar connected to the property with a nice view of the river. Friendly staff!
- Julie (10/5): Wick trip and great service! - We checked in very late and they stayed in touch with us and then gave a late che jour to help us out. So grateful for the ladies in the office.
- Deborah (10/5): Nice stay - There is no AC at this hotel so trying to sleep with the windows open can sometimes be difficult. There is a lounge on property so it gets loud at night. The staff is great and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Location - Very clean and comfortable, great view of the river. We were able to walk across it and on a trail. Many people were fishing on both sides of the river. On the hotel's side, it's closed off and only open to guests, so that was nice.
- Carol (8/5): - No food offered at this hotel even at the bar. Great view.
- Stephen (8/5): - We really liked the property, amenities and view!
- Alan (10/5): - Fantastic view and access to Kenai River. In downtown, a sportsman motel. Grills and tables by the river. Fire ring.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Amazing location - Reception is open later than 9pm. The women who checked me was excellent. The location of this Lodge is amazing. Easy access to the river even if you are not fishing. The flow of the water was just so relaxing. We only had one night but again it was perfect and the price was right.
- Vic (8/5): - A nice place for a short stay. They have a lounge with outdoor space on the river which is amazing.
