• Michelle (3/5): Horrible - The lights were out most of the time Lady at the desk said “ why pay for lights if I don’t have to “ We had worms in our rooms and the lady at the desk gave us a broom no dustpan,and told us we had to remove them We asked for housekeeping bc we were staying 4 nights Lady at the front said not sure if they would make it to our rooms

• Paul (7/5): Good place to stay minus fox "news" in the breakfast room - Always a good place to stay and good value. The room was fine, but booking.com said I would get an upgrade to a larger room. That didn't happen. The price was $10 less than quoted, so I guess alright. Only one complaint, and it's a deal breaker. I object to fox "news" on in the breakfast room. Since no one was watching, I assume it was management's choice. Like porn, if one must indulge, don't foist it on others.

• Corinne (8/5): One of the best places we’ve stayed! - Room and amenities were wonderful. So far out of town we had to drive to find any food. We were told the incorrect breakfast times so arrived at 9. All hot food was gone, with machines turned off. We had heard about an actual hot breakfast so we’re quite annoyed. Hotel did take some off our bill as an apology. Thanks.

• Marcia (4/5): Would not stay here ever again! Get more pillows!! - Proximity Bed hard -felt like one side sleeping on a spring. Pillows terrible, flat lumpy and they said NO when we requested a couple extra pillows for 2 people in the room. Said only enough for each room! WHAT?!! I Have back issues & it made the nights stay very uncomfortable. The room smelled funny too, not fresh. Breakfast was cold and marginal at best. Not worth what I paid.

Not too much they can change about the location. The OCD issues I have can not be helped. Very good hotel for the area.

• Wendy (8/5): It was very good stay with friendly staff.The one item I’d recommend is better coffee. Both varieties in the kitchen an - It was a basic nice hotel with a spacious breakfast area. Breakfast was good but the coffee could be better. Bathrooms were also spacious which was very nice. The hotel was on the north end of town where it was fairly quiet. The paved parking lot needs some pot holes fixed. And … Some of the carpets need to be steam cleaned.
• Cassandra (4/5): Accommodations poor, staff excellent - The room had a very strong smell from the moment we came in. The beds were very uncomfortable. And part way through our stay, they started ripping up carpet in the building, in front of our room, leaving the floor sticky. I previously stayed here before Christmas last year and loved it, which is why I recommended and booked this stay. I was very disappointed in the accommodations, however, the bright part was the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

The faucet at the bathroom sink needed a bit of repair. So, it was not a bad experience, but could have been better.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Would never stay there again for sure! - This 3 day stay turned out to be terrible. Check in was very slow due to a malfunctioning computer system. The cleanliness of the hotel was fine, except for the molding cake and ice cream behind the microwave. The condition of the building was good. The breakfast was good, but not kept up on being stocked. The toilet ran all the time. The a/c worked well. The WiFi was absolutely horrible. It lost connectivity often and made you watch videos to get WiFi. That only lasted a day. Then they cut off the WiFi completely for two days and nobody knew the password. Resigned to not being able to take care of any business over WiFi, while watching a movie and knitting, they took away the cable service too. A rude girl pounded on my door, which had a don’t disturb sign, and wanted to change the cable box. Which of course had less channels and the movie could not be finished. This hotel is obviously poorly managed in not communicating with employees or guests on making changes!!! Also, they use some kind of very strong deodorizer that stinks up the room and doesn’t go away. The stench, mold or both were asthma triggering. Choice hotels are normally very good! This is the worst one I ever experienced. The highway can be noisy, but otherwise this is a quiet location. I’d recommend the Minot Motel 6 over this quality inn any day!

• Joe (10/5): I got more than I expected - Stayed one night while passing through town. Stay was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. Although $2 for a can of soda was ridiculous and the fact that you have to drive about almost a mile to a store for water or soda was a bit much. But otherwise everything was great.

Maybe staffing issues?? But that was a lot for one person to look after so I question the management…!!
• PATRICIA (2/5): - It was very close inconvenient to the airport but getting checked in and in the elevator was overwhelmingly smelling like pet urine. I could barely stand it. We got up to the second floor and walked down to a room it was the same thing. Once we got in our room number 203 it was overwhelmingly exploded with air freshener it was disgusting. We had to use the side door and stay away from the second floor walk to the elevator. Our tub was clogged up the coffee maker didn't work the ironing board didn't work and we had to get our keys redone every single day. Pay more and stay somewhere else

One week prior to the stay rooms were confirmed via phone call with the hotel but upon arrival were given different room types. At that time, hotel prices in the area were inflated due to a local event and it was not possible for us to book elsewhere given cost and time.

• Paula (9/5): Superb - Nice motel. Great breakfast. Big bathroom. The shower head was high enough for tall men. We had people fighting in the next room to us late at night and early in the morning. The parking lot is way too small.

The hideaway bed had only a sheet. Had to ask the second night for a blanket and pillow and by later that night they found one flat pillow. Pillows were a bit flat for everyone

The room next to ours have people fighting late at night and arguing right away the next morning early. No fault of the motel though. Rooms were clean. I didn't care for the pillows, they were too firm for me. But a nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a good variety.

The breakfast was delicious. The blankets and pillows were amazingly comfortable comfortable. The beds seemed to be hard and uncomfortable, you were able to feel the springs. The toilet was clogged. The hotel is not clean, there is dust all over the windows, blinds, elevators and floor corners. The hair dryer in the room wasn’t able to be used it was covered in dust and I cleaned it but when I turned it on it blew out a lot of dust.
