- Stephen (8/5): Disappointed after a long drive to get here the deli was our only option for food. - We were limited on what was available. The Cafe was closed so we had to order from the deli. The breakfast burrito was good. The Cafe was closed so we had only 2 or 3 choices at their deli for both dinner and breakfast.

- Tamera (8/5): Fine - Convenience Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Television channels didn't work sometimes. Vents in the room need cleaning. I have allergies and lots of dust isn't good.

- Janaleigh (10/5): - I loved everything about it You cannot have a drink out on the casino floor or in the bingo hall
- Melanie (7/5): The stay was short and quick but was overall good although the price of the room was a bit pricey. - My son and I had ate at the buffet restaurant and the food selection to choose from was great and it all tasted really good. All the staff there was very friendly as well and the cost was very affordable. The ice machine didn’t have any ice which was pretty disappointing because we really wanted to have some ice water while we were in the room visiting.
- Lindsey (7/5): -

- Karen (1/5): - We liked the fry bread. The room was filthy.
- Mark (4/5): Was disappointed. - Room was nice, food was good. The casino, itself, reeked of smoke. The bar smoke was so bad you could not enter the area.

- Ward (8/5): Over all was good. But check in left a BAD taste in my mouth. - Almost every! Getting told as I checked in the the food or drinks from the restaurants in the hotel and casino are allowed in the room. I can understand if it was a fast food joint or the gas station down the street but to me that was ridiculous.

- Fredrickson (9/5): Nice place, excellent staff. - The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The shower was surprisingly nice. Only thing I could think of is some kind of shelf on the sides of the beds that don't have nightstands.
- Sally (10/5): -

- Shantelle (3/5): Besides the fact that I booked two queen room on booking because there were four of us they were filled up, put us in a - I asked for a late checkout. I was told it was a half hour late free then twenty dollars per thirty minutes. I hadn't had a day off in four months wanted to soak in jacuzzi tub and do my nails told them I would be a couple hours but I would tip housekeeping good on top of fee . Got in bath and housekeeping started POUNDING on the door after fifteen minutes. I told them I had talked to the front desk yet they continued to randomly pound on the door . Finally quit trying to relax went down to check out and when I asked the front desk they told me then fee was to deter people not to allow late checkouts. I told them they shouldn't h have offered it if I didn't invite people extra time and only invited people pounding on the door. And they laughed and didn't say or do anything about it.
- Johnson (10/5): -
- James (10/5): Awesome - I stay at location as much as possible when playing at the Casino No complaints
- Judy (8/5): -
- Bryan (7/5): - Ammenities Buffet
- murillo (9/5): -
- Nicole (10/5): Worth the drive - The rooms are surprisingly big for being in a casino which I almost forgot that we were at a Casino because it was so quiet in the room! I wish I had stayed here sooner!
- Stephanie (10/5): I loved my stay here. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. - Beautiful facilities. I love that it is one that resonates of the Native American culture. Very informative and humbling. N/A
- Philippe (9/5): - Bel hôtel, vaste chambre confortable.
Un bon restaurant
Le personnel très serviable a arrangé mon erreur de réservation. Un peu cher mais ça le vaut.
- Karla (1/5): - Nada Nada
- Kandis (7/5): - Size of the room and spa. The person that checked is in was not friendly or accommodating. Felt like we were a bother to her. The room was not as clean as it should be and the filter in the air conditioning system was needing to be changed months ago. Bad!!
- Harding (9/5): We had fun - It was very good. The price for the room . It was nice and clean but over two hundred a night I thought was high. But we had a good time.Thank You.
- Longden (9/5): -
- Brandi (8/5): - great place to stay the machines were great! Bartenders in the bar area were a little distant and snappy but other then that had a great time
- Barbara (9/5): Great Place to Stay - On arrival front desk staff were almost rude in there attitude, not overly helpful, but apart from that the room was very comfortable and clean.
One lady in the restaurant was the friendliest and most helpful. Front desk staff...
- Beverly (8/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Leonor (10/5): - Todo muy limpio Nada todo bien
- Gabriela (9/5): Good hotel, but the check in wasn’t good. - Comfortable, clean,!!!! We need to wait one hour after the check in because the room wasn’t ready to get in.
- Maureen (10/5): -
- Redpath (10/5): We loved our stay at Shoshone Bannock and will definitely stay here again! - The property is beautiful….very clean and nice. Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The sports bar restaurant food was delicious. Some of the wood furniture in the guest rooms is looking quite worn and needs to be either refinished or replaced.
I thought some items in the gift shop were overpriced.
I wish we would have had better luck in the casino (🤭).
- Wendy (5/5): Good except for arrival check-in. That was very poor. - The rooms were nice and cozy, most casino staff was very friendly, the hotel was nice with the exception of a few staff. The pool was cold, but the hot tub was amazing. Due to traveling when I paid for the room online, I have requested an early check-in I was never answered. We arrived at 11 o’clock and went to the front desk to see if there was any way our room was done or when the earliest was we could check in as we were tired and just wanted to get comfy and settled before dinner and enjoying the casino at the facility, we were told , no check-in is at 3 o’clock. Come back later. so for four hours, we had to just sit. The little food place in the hotel part was the only thing open food wise. And we were on a limited budget so we didnt wanna waste it all in the casino before ever getting to even check into our room and shower and clean up from traveling before going to the casino. Traveling a lot towards my family staying at many hotels Dingy dirty dumpy, and nice fancy And I have never been to one that has refused to let you check in early if there is an available room. anywhere where there is more than one hotel if you’re told you have to just sit for four or five hours and wait there are always other hotels that are willing to let you into a room earlier . Sometimes it is worth losing money for the convenience of a little understanding it would take if someone arrived early to not expect them to just sit on a bench for four or five hours, especially in an area where there is not really anything to do but gamble and not everyone is there with a ton of money
Or traveling the small kids that cannot go in the casino and just happened to need somewhere to stay for the night That was the one and only major issue with our stay.
- Aiken (10/5): -
- Lanell (8/5): -
- Carol (10/5): - Close to all events. Cleanliness and Great services. None
- Stephanie (7/5): Would not go again - Man at player's club was friendly and helpful. The food at the deli was good. Staff were not particularly friendly in general. Woman at front desk literally was going to argue with us about what floor she told us we were on. Bartenders were pretty miserable as well to be honest. Due to laws, there is no alcohol allowed on the gaming floor. You can only drink in the bar and drinks are not comped. Bar is where all the smokers are. We stood in line at the sports bar waiting for a table while the hostess tried to figure out an issue with a customer's bill. Rather than get us seated, she ran around trying to find her manager. We finally left. There are very limited food options and hours.
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -

- Thayer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Labrette (10/5): First night was not the best but the rest of the stay was very nice. - Everything 😃 First night sat down to eat at Camas. Right when we were getting ready to order our food the fire alarm went off. Once we was able to come back in Camas told us we would not be able to continue to order our food due to figuring out there paperwork with people that had outstanding food bill. So that sucked only other thing we could get was pizza which Iam not a big fan of.
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michele (10/5): Bad Breakfast - The room was amazing and my bed was very comfortable. It took over an hour to get breakfast the next morning. Seemed like they didn't have enough people working the morning shift.
- Annette (9/5): Superb -
- Thalia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tillahash (5/5): Passable - Ir was good. Couldn't eat it all. No cleaning room when asked
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandy (9/5): Superb - Staff was not friendly. Room was not ready until close to 530 pm
- Williams (3/5): Wasn't happy with it. - The room The waitress in the Camas cafe lied to us about the start of the concert. In the concert I could see the stage because of the guy on the sound thing or whatever it was. They should not have seats where can't see.
- Clayburn (10/5): Great! The concert (Bellemy Bro.) was super! Entry, ushers, security etc. was very good. - Food-good. Service ok. Time to get meals unacceptable.(30-40 minutes)
- James (10/5): Great! - The staff was very friendly and helpful and the mattress and pillows were so soft and comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in the clouds 😀 No complaints
- Shawn (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great Everything
- Leland (10/5): It was pretty fun, comfortable to stay here, thank you! - Ilike how everything is right there in walking distance, the food, gaming machines, and the gift shop. Well when going to the breakfast buffet, seems like we were not greeted as much as we should have been. Then they ran out of some of food, that I ask if we could get it refilled, and that was the last of it so no more. But this is a buffet correct?
So I was not happy about that, but again pretty much it was good.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Copeland (10/5): Exceptional. - This our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We found the hotel exceptionally clean, and quite. Highly recommend others to stay here. Id like to see something for kids to do .. a video arcade room, a free and safe game room for kids.
- Roanne (6/5): Clean but Not Worth Other Inconveniences - As a woman traveling alone I felt unsafe the moment I checked in and they gave me a room on the lower floor near an exit. I was also unable to connect to their WiFi so I asked to change rooms. They changed my rooms fine but the receptionist didn’t seem to understand how unsafe I felt having to announce myself as a lone traveler twice. Once I moved rooms, the safe in the new room wasn’t functioning and I had to leave my items unsecured while they had maintenance fix it, which included - security and maintenance men in my room while I stood there waiting. I needed to eat so I gave permission for them to return and fix it after getting some type of manual to reset the safe.
Upon returning from my meal, I tried to text my husband to update him my room number and I still couldn’t send a text even after being connected to WiFi. Eventually I called him.
Several other little things left me feeling unsafe and vulnerable throughout my stay and I ultimately left before staying the second night.
Besides the room itself being very clean and comfortable, there was little else I enjoyed about my stay. The food offered at the restaurant was good as well but again, not worth the other inconveniences such as no bottled water in the room to even make my morning coffee.
I was there for a women’s conference but once it was over most attendees were local and not staying at the hotel which also added to my discomfort. I would not recommend this location for a women’s event that promoted traveling from Boise without being part of a group. The lack of WiFi capabilities also made it difficult for me to conduct business from my laptop which I planned to do both evening of my stay.
