- Pekka (8/5): Pleasant stay and good location - Hotel was very good, friendly staff and clean, very comfortable room. I also liked evening snack and local beer in restaurant Pivovar. Location is great, short walk to the Kremlin and center.
- Marina (10/5): Nice new hotel with a good restaurant - It's new hotel 7 minutes walk from Circus, Kremlin, just across from TZUM store and sports arena. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We didn't hear any noise during our stay. The breakfast is very good. For dinners you can enjoy one of 2 restaurants, which provide 15% discount. The food is pretty good.

- Elena (10/5): Отличный отдых - Все очень понравилось, рядом метро, остановка, легко добраться до достопримечательностей! Вкусные и сытные завтраки, единственное были перебои с кофемашиной, но это мелочи! Персонал очень приветлив и отзывчивый! В отеле есть своя пивоварня, пиво отличное и вечером можно никуда не ходить и хорошо провести время!
- andrey (10/5): Рекомендую - Хороший, достаточно новый отель, исключительно отзывчивый персонал (была проблема с wi-fi как это часто бывает в угловых номерах, но предложили или сразу переселить в другой номер или подождать, пока починят. Достаточно быстро починили, молодцы). Кстати, в отеле два хороших ресторана
- Verified traveler (10/5): Kazan için güzel bir otel - Kaliteli ve güzel bir otel. Konumu ile her yere ulaşabilirsiniz ve aracınızı sorunsuzca park edebilirsiniz. Daha önce de tercih etmiş olduğum bu oteli sizlere de öneriyorum.
- Mikhail (10/5): Прекрасный отдых в "Мираже" - Прекрасный современный отель, бассейн под крышей, сауна, два ресторана, парковка. Ресторан национальной кухни с отменным ассортиментом и отличным качеством блюд. Широкий ассортимент блюд на завтраки. Превосходное расположение рядом с Кремлём. Подарок от отеля на день рождения - бутылка вина. Чуть подпортило впечатление от обслуживания в ресторане в день, когда когда в ресторане был банкет, постояльцам были не очень рады (хотя приготовили в конечном счёте хорошо). И непривычно, когда сотрудники бывают в номере днём и даже вечером: привычнее, когда уборка делается утром после ухода гостей.
- Mikhail (10/5): Достойный отель - Останавливались с другом на выходные. Расположение отеля идеальное, под окнами кремль, метро, улица Баумана, одним словом центр. Всё в пешей доступности. В номере все на уровне, правда есть ощущение "усталости" интерьера, но в целом всё достойно. К Wi-Fi в номере, по выданному коду бронирования подключиться так и не удалось, но он нам был не нужен. Есть гладильная комната на этаже. Неожиданно и приятно, были удивлены качеством и разнообразием шведского стола в баре "Пивовар". Уровень приготовления блюд основного меню в баре, тоже на высшем уровне. В целом отель оставил приятные впечатления. При следующей поездке в Казань, наш выбор отеля будет очевидным.

- Agnieszka (10/5): 5 gwiazdek trochę po przejściach. - Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. W pokoju łóżko o szerokości 220cm! Przepyszne śniadania i olbrzymi basen. Drobne minusy: brak odżywki do włosów , na basenie pusta butla z wodą , nie uzupełniona herbata. Duży minus: do 16 nikt nie posprzątał pokoju i trzeba było się przypominać w recepcji.

But I had an issue with wi-fi, no wi-fi in the room when you visit from abroad and have no internet connection even in the hotel - that’s not very convenient and definitely not acceptable for 5* hotel.

Великолепный вид из большинства номеров. Очень вкусный завтрак. Отличный бассейн и сауна. Профессиональный рецепшин и в общем обслуживание. Очень приятный комплимент от отеля в честь юбилея мужа. Однозначно рекомендую. Цена - качество выдержаны. Тем более мы попали на секретные цены. Очень довольны! Спасибо!

Preis- /Leistungsverhaeltnis ist hervorragend... Service 24/7... auch extreme Late- und/oder Early-Check-Ins sind bislang niemals Probleme gewesen... ganz im Gegenteil... fuer Touristen interessant, dass der Kremel nicht weit entfernt ist... meine Zimmer hatten uebrigens stets Blick auf denselben... - Yun (6/5): - 樓下的餐廳給超差評 沒必要不用去吃了 原本還很期待五星飯店的韃靼餐廳。餐廳服務人員無法說英文 舉手了很久 都當視而不見 似乎很害怕服務國外客人。餐點還好 整趟俄國行 從Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Tomsk,Murmansk.... 最沒興致的餐點，沙拉 前菜 湯 主餐 沒有喜歡的。還有跟朋友點同道菜 上來裝盤不ㄧ樣 問服務生 ㄧ臉不耐煩 表現出反正不是我的問題 我聽不懂英文 你們還要怎樣。最後生氣到直接去領台找人(因為招手 都沒有另外的服務人員過來）雖然主管態度還ok,最後多送了小點心 但對這餐廳印象很差。 除此之外 飯店ok, 我喜歡床外就能看到喀山清真寺

- Valeriia (8/5): Lovey - It was a very short stay. Check in at 4 AM and checked out at 12 PM. Front desk girl was very sweet at 4 AM :) the room was huuge so as the bed. Nice view on the Kremlin. Very clean. Hotel was many restaurants and so close to all attraction places in old Kazan.
- Douglas (10/5): Review of Mirage Hotel in Kazan - I had a great time at the Mirage Hotel in Kazan. The breakfast is excellent and allows you to experience traditional Tatar cuisine. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the rooms are excellent. The room cleaning was excellent. The hotel is located near Bauman street and major landmarks in Kazan for you to easily walk to. However, if you want to take a taxi, it is very cheap compared to the US. An ATM is located in the lobby to easily obtain Russian Rubles. Finally, there is a large supermarket across the street that is very convenient.

- Alexandr (10/5): - В целом все хорошо, классное расположение и место. Но не 5 звёзд. 1. При заселении на ресепшн забыли вернуть паспорт 2. Гигиенический набор и халат были на одного человека, сказали об этом - принесли второй. 3. Кофе и чай все равно на одного человека 4. Кружки в номере не моют 5. В номере были 2 бокала для вина, но они почему-то разного размера 6. Сиденье для унитаза на всякий случай протёрли своими антибактериальными салфетками и 2 маленьких пятнышка отмылись. Говорит о том, что сиденье не мыли, либо делали это очень плохо. 7. В спа-зоне джакузи работает на половину Вот эти маленькие мелочи портят общее впечатление. 5 звёзд точно нет.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Weekend in Kazan, Tatarstan - Nice visit to beautiful Kazan. All was working very well. Hotel staff was friendly, spoke good English and helped with our questions and bookings to restaurants or taxes. Hotel was located opposite Kreml and Bauman street and river side promenades where nearby too. The city was very clean, filled with old beautiful buildings, top one of course Kreml area.
- Steffen (10/5): Komfortables Hotel in guter Lage - Das Mirage-Hotel ist ein schönes, comfortables Hotel der gehobenen Kategorie in Russland. Protz und Prunk Fehlanzeige, aber sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sprechen englisch. Nur der Fahrservice vom Hotel spricht leider kein Englisch. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und biete eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Baumann-Street wo das „Leben“ in Kazan stattfindet.

- khalifa (6/5): Nice hotel فندق طيب لا بأس به - Very helpful staff but they don't know where is Muslims qibla for pray, in my opinion the hotel is 4 star hotel كان موظفوا الفندق متعاونين في جميع الطلبات ولكنهم لا يعرفون اتجاه قبلة المسلمين للصلاة والفندق طيب من ناحية قربه للأماكن السياحية وأمان ولكن في رأيي لا يستحق الخمس نجوم وبالنسبة للإفطار يوميا نفس الإفطار والفندق طيب لا بأس به لمن يزور مدينة كازان لأول مرة

Мне нравится его местоположение в центре, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями и недалеко от центрального железнодорожного вокзала. Приятно радуют завтраки. Они очень разнообразные, и в отличие от многих сетевых отелей, предлагают блюда русской и местной кухни. Номера чистые, уютные, комфортные. Всем рекомендую!!!
- Shu (10/5): Great Hotel - I have travelled to more than seventy countries and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is one of my favorite. The staff are friendly and helpful; the food in the hotel restaurant is tasty and inexpensive. Will stay here again if I have a chance to revisit Kazan.
