• Shawn (5/5): - One of the bathroom towels had makeup/lipstick on it. Bathroom sink drained slow. Breakfast is advertised 630am, breakfast didn't start until 7. When you have to be on the road that puts a damper on the morning.

Location of hotel was good Stained linen, holes and stain in ceiling, inaccessible outlets,stains on carpet, peeling wallpaper, unsecured electrical component, , and then we found dirty socks at foot of the bed. Was it even cleaned? Requested new room but was told none available. Room overpriced. Did not meet expectations and conditions not consistent with the standards of a Holiday Inn Express

• Brown (9/5): For the most part it was good, minus the stove being broke! - I think this was the best room that I've ever had there. The refrigerator was large as was the t.v. The stove was broke downstairs, which meant we only had cold breakfast items. I'm very disappointed because I had only yogurt and hard boiled eggs!

• Kent (4/5): What a nightmare. Never again. Smoke filled room. Super understaffed. Not clean. Bad location. - The staff here are trying their very best, but they are severely understaffed. We got there late and there were people throwing a full on party in the parking lot right outside the front door. Drinks, music, etc. but loud. When we got to the room it reared of cigarette smoke. They couldn’t transfer us to a different room because they were totally booked up. They had one person working for the entire hotel. The breakfast each morning seemed as if it was just microwaved from the day before. I didn’t know fried potato’s could be so soggy.

• Bonnie (7/5): Even though it was clean and friendly, I would not go back. - Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms were VERY noisy. When someone would enter or exit their room, the doors slam so hard it would shake our walls so we didn’t sleep the first night. The mattress was so hard my arms were sore the next day because I’m a side sleeper.

There was a pipe break that made hot water unavailable but the front desk handled the issue very professionally and discounted the room rates very fairly.

Struggled to get a parking space in the evening (guests had not been considerate when parking). The lady at the desk sorted it for us right away.

My only complaint is that there was spavkle around the AC unit and it was on a blue wall and its the first thing I noticed when I walked into the room. I don't know what the issue was and forgot to mention it. Other than that my room was great.

• Earnell (6/5): - I was a little disappointed. Based on the reviews I read I expected more. Positive: The staff was very nice. Not so positive: Room was not cleaned to my standards (found parts of pretzels and crumbs on the floor), lightbulbs burned out on some lamps in the room, Continental breakfast ok. The hotel was not in the best of neighborhoods but not so bad that I felt unsafe. Overall, it was only for one night and served it’s purpose to being close to where we had to go for our event.
• Raymond (1/5): Wondeful room, terrible employees, bad guests - Room was clean, location nice. I was charged almost 3x what the quote (for one night lol) and rate on booking was and was assured by two employees it was an accident and it would be fixed by the morning. It is indeed not fixed. Also had a bunch of hoodlums and illegal immigrants partying in the parking lot valet area with open containers until 10 pm…… beware.

• Eric (5/5): Average at best - The location is excellent The rooms were quite small, and the bathrooms definitely need some attention. The tub drained so slowly that I ended up showering in standing water, which was unpleasant. Considering the condition of the facilities, the room rate felt overpriced, though I suspect the location is the primary driver of the cost. However, there are definitely better options available in the same area for the same price. I'm not trying to be negative about this Holiday Inn Express, but I would strongly encourage them to address the issues with their bathrooms and reconsider their room rates to be more competitive.

As I was relaxing when of the front desk workers came out an we talked. They go oh your ready to check in then let's check you in now which was great because I was ready to relax in my room.
