• Juan (10/5): Very good - Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.
• MARK (6/5): - We were woken up at 1:30am with the people above in room 325 stomping across the floor from a dead sleep. The only reason I bring this up is that this probably didn't use to be a Fairfield Inn, just got rebadged from a cheaper hotel and upgraded bedding and fixtures, but failed to upgrade the essentials, quiet rooms. If you're looking fir a quiet stay, keep looking, this hotel is not it.
• Randy (6/5): - Our only complaint, they put us in a handicap room which was ok but the king sized bed was about 1 ft off the floor. The bed was uncomfortable, and so close to the floor it was a problem getting up because it was low and me on dialysis and getting older, it made it hard for me to get up.

• Terry (6/5): - We were upset to find black mold in the shower. It was not visible from the outside. Once in the shower, I noticed it. We told the front desk upon check out. They only offered an apology and asked if they could give us a couple of bottles of water for our departure.
• Terry (4/5): - The pictures online look good, however the room was not. The shower had thick black mold on the inside around the calking. It ran the length of the shower and it appeared that the shower had not been cleaned or had stains in the back. One of the light bulbs was blown on the nightstand. Upon leaving, the host apologized for the incident and told us that they would definitely take care of it. They did not offer any restitution in place of the inconvenience or safety concern. He only asked if we would like a couple of bottles of water for our departure.

• Jeff (6/5): - Everything about my stay was great but the shower was horrible. It appears that they have updated some parts of the hotel recently so the shower head came as a surprise. I honestly have never seen one that old in any hotel/motel that I have stayed in and I travel frequently for work.

( on 1st floor) * Dangerous conditions with indoor pool( While pool had numerous people in it, adults & children, large underwater pool light came out of its socket floated to top of water trailing connected electrical cord with a section of cord wrapped with black electrical tape that was unraveling .) Notified staff who promptly took pictures & closed down pool. I shudder to think what could have happened in this situation.

Stayed a Friday night while traveling Saturday morning got down to breakfast at 9 ansld it had already been cleaned up, breakfast was supposed to be till 10. No one could tell us why. I’ve stayed at the Hampton next to this hotel and it was nicer. The employees were very nice as most hotel employees are. It was ok but I’ll stay next door next time or try a different one all together.

Due to a delayed flight, we had to extend our stay on very short notice. GM Thigpen went above and beyond to accommodate us quickly and efficiently, ensuring we were well taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a seamless and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel—not only for its amenities, but especially for the incredible service provided by GM Thigpen and her team.

From taking time talking with the kiddos to recommendations for outings. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable. Don't forget your wall charger, no usb stations in rooms. Found strange ear ring in floor of room.

• Jack (2/5): - My wife and I recently endured a an unpleasant stay at this property, marked by one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever encountered. The bed sat on a platform roughly a foot off the ground, topped with a comforter that appeared yellowed and unclean. The following morning, we were found hairs on the sheets that clearly weren’t ours, strongly suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Our experience extended beyond the room—visiting the gym revealed a chaotic scene with weights, towels, and trash strewn about. Similarly, the pool area was littered with debris and discarded towels from the previous night, showing no signs of upkeep. Overall, I strongly recommend steering clear of this property.
• Olivia (8/5): - Overall my stay was decent. There was quite a bit of noise at times which was frustrating considering that the fan would not stay on in my room. I didn’t appreciate housekeeping coming by multiple hours before check out time to ask me when I was leaving. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet though.
• Christy (2/5): Not going here again. - If your wanting a hotel with a pool please make sure the light in the end of the pool had been fixed. It was out of the wall and they was still letting people in the pool but to me thats to much of a risk when it comes down to my kids. Rooms are not fully dusted so if you have allergies please take something to duat with or make then dust your room.

• Anita (1/5): Rooms not cleaned properly. - The carpet has been replaced since June when we traveled. The first room we were given had blood on the sheet. We were given another room that was handicap which we didn't need. We requested 2 queen but was given one king. The comforter in this room was old with yellow discoloration. We have been traveling twice a year and have stayed at this inn. We will not return due to the lack of room cleanliness.

• Stephanie (6/5): Over All a Nice Stay - We enjoyed the friendly staff. We were greeted constantly with pleasant hospitalities. The room, halls, elevator, and lobby were very clean. The building entrance was welcoming because it didn’t have trash overflowing the trash can. The environment was calm and had a clean aroma. The location is near fast food restaurants so that was convenient. My husband and I were very disappointed in the breakfast because the breakfast sausage was labeled turkey when actually it was pork, very misleading because we choose Not to eat pork. We over heard the breakfast attendant telling a guest that the label was not changed out. So very disappointed about this.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Had a very nice trip to Hope Hull. - Hotel was centrally located for our activities. It was also just a short drive to Montgomery. Coffee and breakfast buffet was also nice. AC unit was loud. View from the room not very nice. Room was very dark, even with the lights on.

• Julie (1/5): Disappointing. - Location was close to where we needed to be. We had a bed to sleep in. We got Marriot points. I asked for cleaning every day. Our room (a corner king suite) was never cleaned in the three days we were there. That was with me repeatedly asking for cleaning. Bathroom door does not lock, no covers for sleeper sofa, no mattress pad or zipper cover on either bed and staff gave impression we were a bother. Breakfast- no coffee two days—waffle machine does not work, batter stays gooey on the inside no matter how long and crispy you get the outside. Milk frozen in refrigerator. Sausage way undercooked, eggs taste horrible. I requested manager call me and still have not gotten a call.

The breakfast was really good. To see the welcome greeting and a smile when coming to breakfast makes the day start or great. I can't say that there is anything I can point out that was bad or disliked.
