Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (10/5): From beginning to end, a fabulous experience. - The location was perfect for my business there.
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time I ran into a staff member they always asked if my stay was good and offered to help out in any way. No real breakfast.
- Sagrario (9/5): -
- Melissa (9/5): -
- Gloria (7/5): Good place to stay, would consider staying again. - Relatively clean, close to shopping area, when needed. Our room wasn’t all that quiet. Heard people in the hallway talking and I think, noise from doors opening closing or something.
- Lindsey (9/5): Comfortable and quiet. - Warm and friendly reception staff.
- Jamey (10/5): A great stay - Its was very clean and quite. Staff was very friendly. Couldn't open windows for fresh air.
- Edgar (1/5): Bad. Not good - None All
- Kayimoa (8/5): -
- Fabrice (10/5): -
- Gloria (4/5): Overall, room and location was good & staff were polite and nice. - Seemed relatively clean, close to shops if, needed. Room wasn’t quiet with noise from people talking in hallways, some kind of clanking sounds, maybe, from doors opening/closing, maybe, elevator noise, not sure.
- Natsuko (10/5): Easy to check in. The room was clean. I would stay there again. -
- zichen (6/5): -

- Eric (9/5): Excellent location with clean, quiet rooms and great parking! - Super location that is easy to get to, really clean and updated rooms, nice underground parking with EV chargers, and extremely kind and helpful staff. My only one issue is that a non-EV parked in one of the three EV charging stations for two days straight, preventing those of us with EV's from charging - I would appreciate having signage posted that tells customers that those parking spots are for EV's ONLY.
- Amanda (6/5): - Loved the parking set-up since it was raining.
The lobby had a good vibe overall.
Very friendly check in staff My TV connection didn’t work. AirPlay, it wasn’t worth calling the front desk over but super inconvenient. The fitted sheet didn’t fit my bed. There was some trash still under my bed and in the trash.
- Navigate39349044926 (6/5): Place shows signs of deteriorating - This hotel shows signs of deteriorating. We stayed here last December and was happy with it for the value of it. It’s in a convenient location, spacious room (we had two queen beds). Lots of spaces at the lobby for working professionals. This year, we are not as happy. The toilet kept not flushing and the repairman had to come out twice. We asked for another room because we didn’t want to without a working toilet in the middle of the night. They kept telling us no room available.
The hot water for bath is just warm enough with the hottest setting, not hot. Though it’s hot enough for shower. The bathtub drain wouldn’t shut tight so it wouldn’t hold water for soaking bath. I had to keep the water running to keep the bathtub full. The complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning is warm and was never hot. If you look for a place to stay then this might work for you. I think I’ll try a different hotel next time.
- Chiyoko (8/5): 癒される - 清潔 なし
- Jo (1/5): I had the worst experience with staff when staying at ALOFT. I was in town for a medical certification course on a schol - Property itself was ok. The gym was nice. Loud location. Parking is not ideal. The parking garage is tiny and once it fills you have to park on the street.
- gnat777 (5/5): -
- Stanley (7/5): Good location but amenities and customer service very much substandard - Location and it was clean. Come on, put microwaves in the rooms, are you kidding me? For a premium priced room? You have to go down to the lobby to use the one and only small weak microwave in the whole complex.
The workers are way too into their iPhones and socializing with each other. It’s like paying attention to their jobs and guests is the second priority. They are nice enough, when you can get their attention. Three of my 8 day stay got some breakfast from the very limited offerings. The girl was sitting way in the back, off to the side, doing something on her phone. Evidently she didn’t want to be seen doing this, so it looked like nobody was on duty. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up and take my order, I decided to go complain to the front desk and as I was walking in that direction I looked back and from a far angle barely caught a glimpse of the girl leaning back against a table seemingly without a care about checking in customers, totally engrossed in her phone. So I make a loud noise to catch her attention and she finally looks up and comes to the counter. The manager on duty was in plain view of me waiting and did nothing. Then the service was excruciatingly slow to prepare something as simple as oatmeal. I believe the female manager who was on duty in the mornings during my stay was the problem. Seems she really enjoyed her staff meetings in the lobby, and her lengthy talks with coworkers while well aware that customers were waiting either on her or on the employee she was jawboning.
- Ocoee (7/5): -
- Wei (10/5): -
- Vivian Patricia (10/5): -
- Michael (9/5): It was peaceful. - Price is reasonable. Friendly staff. No Netflix or youtube.
We could hear the upstairs occupant’s footsteps over night.
- Netra K. (10/5): Amazing- Always makes me comeback. - Everything Nothing
- Venkatesan (8/5): -
- Tiffany (10/5): - C
- Xiaodong (10/5): - Facility is kind of old.
- Patrick (10/5): - Awesome stay
- William (4/5): - When checking in after 4:30pm my room was not ready. I was told I could wait or take a down graded room. Not an upgraded room. So I had to settle for a room that was terrible.
Not sure how it’s my fault they don’t have enough capable staff to get the rooms ready by 3pm check in. I should have been upgraded not downgraded. But the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional. I felt racially profiled and stereotyped which is why I was probably downgraded.
- Msrich94 (4/5): Just Ok - The guy that checked me in was amazing & the guy training him. But I requested a hearing impaired room. But did not get one. I did make sure they knew at the front desk. I was too tired to change room had they offered. The room was very dusty. But the bathroom was disgusting. I'm glad I remembered my slippers. After seeing the walls. I was afraid to step on the floor. The black tile was intimidating. For being so close to Apple I expected a better standard.
- Chloe (6/5): - Clogged sink, room phone was broken
- Kenneth (5/5): Issues with rooms, but staff was accommodating - It had and a bar for afternoon drinks.
Staff was friendly. The hotel Initially put us in a room that was for handicapped which was not a problem. However, the handheld shower sprayer holder was broken and not usable for standing under.
The second room we were moved to, the a/c would automatically shut off at night for some reason, even though the temperature was set. Also, shower tile areas could use some maintenance.
- Terra Marie (8/5): - Clean room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- Lenette (8/5): - My check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the room wasn’t ready yet because they let the previous guest have a late check out at 4pm. I needed to have my room ready as I was attending a show. I was downgraded from the suite to a regular room. That was not ok. My room should have been ready.
- Lance (8/5): - Conveniently located near target and my job. Quiet area with lots of restaurants in walking distance.
- Rosemary (10/5): - It’s located on a side street with a lot of RVs parked. Not bad just not very nice.
- Marcus (2/5): - .
- Sandy (10/5): - The place is excellent with the amenities. Staff is nice. Guests who live there walk loud and bang on wall next to it but those are out of control.
- Rachel (6/5): - First time at Aloft.. super bare bones- kind of reminded me of a dorm. There was a 2 inch door stopper out in the middle of nowhere that both my husband & I stubbed our toes on. We learned not to go back.
- Sandy (6/5): - Wait to check in 30 minutes after 3 pm
- Sandy (10/5): - Clean lobby
- Kellie Ann (10/5): - Amazing staff! Great experience.
- Pavan (10/5): - Clean and courteous staff.
- Pavan (10/5): - Clean property and courteous staff!!
- Pamela (10/5): Crisp, clean and perfect location - The hotel was much, much, much nicer than i expected based on some reviews i read (mostly about the Sunnyvale Aloft, though, and nott the Cupertino Aloft, which is where i stayed). The lobby and check in was very, very quick. The associate who checked me in was very friendly and explained where i could park. The room was exceptionally clean and very tidy. The AC worked great; maybe even too great! But i didnt mess with the controls. I checked and immediately changed and refreshed a bit as i had about an hour to get to Saratogo Springs for my Los Gatos high school reunion.
There were plenty of spaces in the garage and parking was free. Then room was quiet, more spacious than i expected, the bed was comfortable. It had a small fridge i i put some fruit and drinks in. The room had USB plug right by the bed. Carpeted. Big screen TV with directnTV, though wasnt into watching TV. The only glitch i encountered was when i was leaving. I had 2 loads. After taking my first load down, i was automaricslly locked out of the room. I had to go back to the front desk twice to get back into the room with my key. The desk clerk was awesome, and i dont blame him for the computer not hooking my key back up the first time. I did not get breskfast...i had my own food. I love the noon checkout time. I didnt have to race to get out. The hotel has an modenn vibe with the decor. The lighting was fine for what i needed. Bathroom was nice, big walk in shower. Didnt use it tho.
- Rohith Kumar (8/5): - Clean
- Jodi (10/5): - Nice stay. Good location.
- Roselia (10/5): - Great

- Omar (10/5): - Good location and customer service from staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
- Susan (6/5): Aloft only fair - Not great but fair. The bar food was marginal, and the towels were thin and no floor mat. I got a good price but would never pay full price.
- Levi (4/5): - We stay there for 3 night's they never clean our room, not a single time they tried , i remind them to clean but the last night we we where there, it wasn't clean again, so i ask why they didn't clean, that there are shorted of staff and just take the sign off the door probably they the housekeeper don't understand what it say, i said really
- Chris (8/5): Not too shabby - Overall decent stay, stayed here on the way home from an ad-lib trip to Santa Cruz one Sunday night. Easy to find next to a lot of good options for dining. Staff was friendly. They did tell us on the phone the pool was heated it wasn't my son was a little upset no big deal though. Unfortunately the TV was not able to be controlled by the remote consistently. I called a couple times that night to see if they could get somebody to bring us a new remote so we can turn the TV off and go to bed. They said yes but after 45 minutes to an hour past I just ended up unplugging it.
- Kellie Ann (10/5): - Great stay
- Gregory (10/5): -
- hans (10/5): - Yeah, this place was awesome, super quiet, and parking was a breeze.
- Sarbjit (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with reasonable pricing
- Aline (10/5): - I loved this hotel. Staff is very nice. Ordered breakfast, our cold coffee was a little strong, we asked them to add a little more creamer and one of the ladies made us a complete new coffee and said it was on the house. Clean , quiet, easy parking, walking distance to shopping center. Very accommodating. Major cities near by. Overall experience 100/100 I would definitely stay there again.
- Cameron (10/5): - Dark room. Comfy bed. Great fitness center. Tasty lobby coffee in the morning. Free parking (so many place, including other Alofts ridiculously charge for parking.) I am very happy with my stay here, just what we needed
- Christina (8/5): - quiet and safe area and easy freeway access
- Huang (10/5): -
- Jayson (10/5): - Good service
- Oxana (10/5): - Acceptable

- Ashley (10/5): - Would recommend it for sure!!! Loved our stay
- MICHAEL ANDREW (10/5): - Would go there again!
- Vanessa (10/5): - Hotel was nice and relaxing!
- Alberto (10/5): First timer - The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Ready to assist from check in to check out. Clean environment. Rooms are spacious and the Dry Bar products was a big surprise and lovely treat. Most definitely staying here again.
- Michael L (10/5): - Wow! What a great place for a stay. Regrettably, my stay is a short one.
- Gabor (8/5): - Quiet, colorful, modern, medium clean.
- Ken Yuan (8/5): - Review
- Tab (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Kelly (4/5): No Sleep at All - I had the worst night's rest after experiencing my bed trembling throughout the night and noises coming from unknown places. It felt like I was sleeping above some kind of generator. This was in addition to the loud AC unit and bad insulation between walls. When I inquire about the noise and shaking, I was told by front desk that my room was situated right above the laundry room. To make matters worse, she explained that some guests complain and some don't. huh?!! Unless you were passed out drunk, I don't think anyone could sleep through that noise and constant shaking of the bed. Anyway, manager was not around, and because I wasn't a Bonvoy member, I was told there's nothing they could do.
Maybe because we booked through a third party website (Hotels.com), so we have lower priority to better rooms? This was unacceptable especially after a long day and a two-hour drive next day. The manager was no where to be located and have not responded to this complaint 4 days after check-out. We had no choice but to reach out to Hotels.com, and it got us $35 in refund. What a joke! Well, last time staying at this property and would never recommend it to anyone!
- Jackie (8/5): - The room was nice, I just wish there was space for us to park somewhere. They do have a parking garage, but apparently they don’t have a parking garage big enough to accommodate all their guest.
- Anna (8/5): - Clean. Nice staff. No issues. Well kept & clean swimming pool, as well. It’s located in suburban Cupertino, so view from window is parking lot and office buildings. Location was very convenient for our visit to the area. Competitive pricing. Would book again.
- Shaun (10/5): - Great spot. Solid surface floors, good gym and a solid bar.
- David (2/5): - I will never visit this Aloft in the future
- Mario (10/5): - Books last minute and everything was amazing
- Monique (10/5): - Wish it had a microwave. But otherwise the room was super nice. And the rate was amazing. Will definitely book again.
- Michelle (10/5): - Would definitely stay again and for a longet time.
- Kurose (10/5): -
- Phillip (10/5): - Impressed!
- Patricia (10/5): - Really loved the sound proofing on the walls in this hotel. A+ relaxing and quiet!
- Channa (4/5): - First of all the hotel is a very nice and modern facility. We were greeted by the front desk so that was nice. Unfortunately, when we were given our room keys given that it was our first time staying there, neither staff that was at the front directed us to our room so we were walking around looking which direction to go until they said “, oh it’s on the other side”, after we looked loss. Second of all the incidental fee was hold on my credit card was double charged! It is issupposed to be $150 per night but Juan held $304.94. I can tell he was probably newly employed because he kept going back and fourth trying to ask his other staff member of what to do.
- Rickey (10/5): - Please add USB & C charger outlets , then everything will be good
- antonio (10/5): - Stay was nice and clean, and comfortable
- Cathy (10/5): - Easy check-in , friendly, cleanliness and parking
- Denise (8/5): - Clean rooms. Noise level from outside kept us awake music and people above us you could hear them walking and hear their voices. People opened the window next door and were talking into the night.
- Cecilia (8/5): Very helpful staff! Helpfully near target and TJMaxx - Great facilities, the gym was good and I loved that there was free yoga Wednesday mornings, wine certain weekday evenings and free tea and coffee in the lobby area in the mornings Felt expensive, but perhaps that’s just the area. Would have been lovely to have more rooms which offered outdoor balcony to enjoy the lovely weather.
- Ronald (10/5): - Hotel had a great vibe, hospitality and cleanliness
