They had clothing tags from previous guests on the floor, mouse poop in the bed, crumbs in the bed, bedside lamp was broken, shower was cracked, food was on the bathroom door, a pubic hair was in one of our towels, the fridge was all rusted and not level, and the list can go one! Terrible terrible place!

I liked the amenities of the kitchen area, larger fridge, 2 burner cooktop with microwave over top, dishwasher and food disposal. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The indoor heated pool was cooler than I had thought and the fire pit was only lit up in the morning.

- Katrina (10/5): Nice place - It's just a beautiful place love the fire pit and the indoor pool even though we didn't get to enjoy it bc it closed at 10pm and we are on night shift. The lady that checked us in was a sweetheart The fact we got double charged and it took almost 2 weeks to get out $ back where we got changed 2 times the fact we couldn't relax and enjoy the pool or.firepit after 11om I feel like if people r quite it shouldn't matter and respectful

We tried to call down to the front desk in the evening and no answer, tried calling with the phone # from our room, still no answer. Daughter went down to fron desk, waited 10 minutes all od this to get sheets and blanket for fold out couch and no one came! I gave her the top sheet on the bed, and top cover over the comforter, she used a blanket from her car. Breakfast was good. Just disappointed of trying to get help fron front desk. With what you pay to stay overnight, you should get better service. Above

The plunger that holds the toilet paper roll on it was missing and the floor was half way vacuumed. I stayed with y’all because you are Marriott. WOW what a big disappointment my stay was. Gentlemen at the front desk at check out was very nice and attentive. This was a special trip for me and my grandson but I was very upset at all that was wrong. One thing being wrong I can get past. I asked the lady at the front desk if they just hated my room that day. Don’t know if I will give Marriott another chance or not. Use to travel a lot for work and y’all were always my go to place. Only thing it was long weekend September 1 and there is patio outside which was occupied by city people maybe some friends in hotel staff or hotel residents on august 30. Since it is family hotel no family can sit outside when people are smoking, drinking , loud music from 5pm onwards
- Ethan (10/5): - Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady deserves to be the employee of the month.. we are very grateful for what she did .. besides that all the staffs are very friendly and really take care the guest . We are sure will stay at this hotel when we visit Chattanooga again in the future

- John (2/5): - Walked in our room and a/c unit wasn’t working and was actually in pieces. So we didn’t stay. Been dealing with Expedia trying to get a refund and still haven’t received any refund. I’m also done with Expedia I travel weekly and spend money on here weekly. No more! I can’t get anyone to help me. So I’m done! N
- Hope (9/5): - The facility seemed to be clean. The bathroom could use a good cleaning and update. The room had a misty smell until the air was on. Parking wasn't great.
- Maria (10/5): - I love having enough room in a refrigerator and having something to warm up food. What was unusual was not having anyone come to take the garbage out or bring clean towels. We had to go down to ask at the front desk. They told us they go to the rooms every 3 days. I don’t mind using the same towers three days, it’s just that we were not used to that. Also the day we arrived, they gave us a room which was not clean yet. Actually someone was still painting something in the kitchen area. So, we asked for another room, and everything was okay. Overall, I think is very convenient having laundry and good breakfast. Very relaxing after all.

- Kathy (8/5): a ok Chattanooga - A bit of trouble checking in with Credit/debit card. Staff was nice just not competent. Room was well equipped, clean and furnished. Only issue was vent fan in bath was so dusty it only worked a minute and smelled burnt. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.
- Rhiannon (2/5): - 12 night stay and after the 4th night, I wish I had purchased an option to cancel and move to another hotel. We had our room cleaned once, partially and because we literally waited to leave the hotel that day and caught the house keeping. She rolled her eyes when I told her it was supposed to be our full clean day... she vaccumed and made the bed with the old sheet hang to the floor. We had requested the every other day light clean but they never showed up at all for that, we would grab our trash and dirty towels and bring them to the front desk to swap towels at night or try to catch a house keeper to switch them out. There was mold in our shower and in the cupboard of our kitchen. We asked a house keeper to clean it and she told us to take a picture and show the front desk, she was new and "didn't do that." That led to going doen stairs and back and forth for days with desk and house keeping. They literally never came to clean at all, and didn't even clean the kitchen mold until our last night. Our phone didn't work either so my husband would have to run down every day for all this. He told the desk about the phone not working and she didn't even acknowledge that he said that. She was also on a video chat with some guy and an ear bud in the whole time she was "helping" customers. The breakfast was great for 3 days then awful. They also didn’t have towels one day. No parking but staff parks in handicapped spot. Homeless living in boarded hotel next to it as well.
- Terence L (4/5): - I had checked in on Tuesday spoke with the general manager that night about the room been dirty. she promised to get it done the next day and of course it was not accomplished and the bulbs and the lights and never did get fixed. I was on business trip needed to use a computer and the one computer they had was out of service did not work so they do not have a business center. The room had a small 20 iinch TV. The refrigerator was dirty. On the outside of the basket in the closet was dirty. The lights were out on the desk. The overhead light on the desk light bulb was missing on the desk lamp, and in the hallway, those never did get replaced and the carpet was dirty

- Tracy (4/5): Needs to be cleaned better. - Very friendly employees. The hotel lobby and outside was very nice and we liked the location, however the room was not clean and in need of some maintenance. The bathroom was cleaned with a dirty rag, my husband wiped the toilet seat with a towel and when he was done it was black in the area he wiped the seat.

- Lashawn (8/5): I would come back again. - I really enjoyed my stay. Was happy that there was a window that opens where I can get some fresh air. The breakfast was surprisingly good and actually had a nice variety and they had more than just pork!!!. I loved the continual lemon water fountain that was always available to guests. Very nice stay.

- Wells (7/5): It was a celebration of a family - Only had a few selections and it seems everyone wanted a waffle there was a line waiting with just one waffle iron. Trash was running over at trash bin. They need more help stocking and cleaning up. But what they had was decent. Not enough of food. We only went one morning,the day we ate out.

Had to keep that door closed at all times and try to avoid breathing while in the restroom. We tried to tell front desk about the concerns at checkout and we were told to post it here instead.

These created a lot of inconveniences for me and wife as no other rooms available to offer and no discount for the inconvenience. Do not recommend to stay

- Robert (10/5): A very relaxing atmosphere at a hidden jem, just off the main road and near the I-75 interchange. - The rooms and building were well kept and very clean. Our very spacious king bedroom was very comfortable and had a full sized refrigerator, spacious closet and was very quiet. We never heard anyone through the walls or doors. There was a very nice fire pit near the front door and a gas grill you could use to cook on, also near the front door, as were benches and chairs.

It was equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, small full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans and dishes), which came in handy during our extended stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included hot and cold items. The parking lot was well lit and safe. The view out of our window (towards the back) was less than desirable. The back of the hotel was littered with all kinds of garbage big and small. We are unsure if this was an adjacent lot.
- Sukhun (10/5): very good hotel - The price is cheap, it is not far from tourist attractions, and there is a mart nearby. It has a kitchen and a table for 4, so it is great for family trips. The level of cleaning was also very clean, so I was very satisfied.

- antiquers50 (2/5): Terrible Experience! - Terrible experience. We were given the wrong room key, and because the front desk employee apparently was new and not trained,and there on her own, locked herself out of the hotel's computer system, and couldn't check visitors in. This was after 8 in the evening, we and our pet were exhausted and had to sit for more than 30 minutes while she tried to get things straightened out. 4-5 other guests were lined up as well, trying to get in. When checking out, no visible signs of a breakfast and was told there was no coffee as the coffee maker was broken. Never again. We stayed at the other Townplace Suites in town a week before and were very pleased. Avoid this one if you can.
- ANGEL (6/5): - Beds look good, but fridge and bathroom door needed a better cleaning. It makes you wonder if the rest is properly cleaned. The building halls look a bit dated.
- Lindsey (6/5): - Room was ok and liked larger refrigerator, but floors were dirty and sticky I had to wipe them down. The pool was disgusting and was not heated, no maintenence on site. Was able to use pool next door but night time weather was chilly to walk between buildings

- Angela (10/5): Perfect location to stop on a long drive. - Clean, conveniently located by the I75 on our route to Florida. And the pillows are so comfortable! The indoor pool was great for the kids to stretch after a long drive. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful!

- Linda (6/5): - The property is very old and in need of an update. I question having a kitchenette with the ability to cook in a hotel room. Not sure it is the safest decision.
