• Carlos (10/5): Personal muy humano y familiar - Everything is spectacular. I personally had trouble getting to the hotel due to the weather, but the staff were always willing to help, providing taxi numbers and even offering to call a taxi for us themselves. I also lost a camera on a bus, but they helped me find it and arrange for it to be sent to my home. Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of variety. All the staff are friendly and always looking for ways to help, whether with questions, contacts or suggestions. It's definitely worth staying there.

• Elise (5/5): Good location - Good location, kind staff who gave us lots of recommendations. The breakfast was also good. The place is very old and dated. The ceiling fan was broken - and although it was fixed the same day we raised the issue it highlighted how old and on the brink of breaking things were.
• Roman (8/5): Great place - I recommend it - breakfasts win! - A nice hotel in the center of the small Marciana Marina, 1-2 minutes from the beach in one direction, the bus stop and the Conad store in the other direction, and the market square with a church and many restaurants in the third direction. However, the area is quiet and no noise disturbed me. The hotel occupies a separate house and has a garden. Reception is open most of the day. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful , most of them speak English. They advise what is worth visiting in Elba. Both the room and the bathroom were quite large. The equipment is okay, big bed. There is a small fridge. Instead of air conditioning, there is a large ceiling fan. Wifi works well. Most rooms have a balcony. Breakfasts are served in the garden and it is extremely pleasant. You can get coffee, tea, juices, croissants or other bread, lots of delicious cakes and sweets, fruit, cereals, etc. During the day, free coffee, lemonade, tea and small cakes are available to guests - it's very nice, too. If you prefer a European-style breakfast, the selection is limited to 1-2 cheeses and 1-2 types of cold cuts, and of course to all what I described in the previous section. There is no desk in the room - there is a countertop on which you can put a laptop, but there are built-in cabinets under the countertop, so it is uncomfortable to sit at it.

• Wendy (10/5): LOVED this hotel! highly recommend - I LOVED this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location ideal. really clean & well equipped. I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved everything. the only thing that would have been better was if there was aircon - there was a fan which worked well but it was quite warm in the room still.
