• Yılmaz Bucgun (7/5): - Bulunduğu bölge ve metroya, marketlere yakınlığı harikaydı. Metroyla her yere ulaşım çok rahattı. Tek ve çift kişilik yataklar rahattı. Çalışanlar nazik ve ilgilydiler. Genel olarak temizdi ama biraz daha detaylı temiz olabilirdi. Terastaki kahve makinesi iş görse de evin mutfağında olması daha iyi olurdu. Sofa yatak yedi gün için bel ağrısı demek :)

• Piotr (10/5): Pobyt wyjątkowy. - The location is very good. The green metro line connects the apartment with all the most important places along La Rambla promenade. Key pickup was hassle-free—even though I arrived on a Sunday. The room was already ready 4 hours earlier, so I could leave my belongings and explore Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. If I were to point out anything, it would be that there could be at least two keys for the stairwell/elevator. For a family of several people, one key is not enough, but this is just a small suggestion.
• Yi (10/5): - The accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. Gisela and her colleagues were very professional and welcoming, and they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is excellent, with easy access to public transportation like buses and metro just few steps nearby. The rooms was very quiet and fully matched the description on Booking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona. None.

Maybe, but it's not the host's fault , the noise from the street, but if you're really visiting Barcelona, you'll not be disturbed by the noise.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko niektórych atrakcji turystycznych pozostałe w zasięgu krótkiej podróży metrem. Supermarkety w bliskiej odległości. W obiekcie było czysto i bezpiecznie. Lot mieliśmy z rana i przyjechaliśmy wcześniej. Super, że można było się wcześniej zameldować. Właściwie to wszystko nam się podobało. Jedynie może chętnie widzielibyśmy czajnik elektryczny do gotowania wody. Ale to nie był wielki problem.

• Olga (10/5): - The flat for three people was simply magnificent. It was located 50 metres from the bus stop and 100 metres from the L3 metro station. Grocery stores and supermarkets were within walking distance. Crockery and cutlery were provided. The flat has air conditioning and heaters, so your stay will be comfortable in both winter and summer. The lady who registered the tourists was very hospitable. The flat provided all the necessary information on how to use it and how to best plan your route around Barcelona. We loved everything! :) I 100% recommend this apartment.

Además, la persona que nos atendió (Gisela) fue encantadora. Súper atenta y muy amable. Si acaso diría que no tiene persianas. Aunque las cortinas eran bastante opacas.

• Rebecca (9/5): Comfortable, easy to access and great location. - A great location for exploring Park Guell, Gracia Village and other attractions. Excellent transport links and a straight shot into central areas for Gothic Quarter, Museums etc. About 1 hour to walk to central areas/places of interest, which was great for us as we love walking/exploring. Lots of shops/bakeries nearby for supplies or stops on your way to/back from inner city. The apartment came with almost everything we needed, including 1 washing capsule and dish cleaning supplies! Very considerate hosts gave us a map and suggested activities for our stay.

The kitchen was perfectly adequate for our family of three. The lift to our floor was always reliable. The air conditioning was very welcome and reliable.

• Lee- Crick (7/5): - The location is great, very near the metro so this makes it very easy to get about Barcelona. This wins hands down for me. The check in was easy too. In the bedrooms there are no over head lights, in the small room there is only one plug socket so if you want the lamp on to see you can't charge your phone. The ventilation in the bathroom is poor so when 3 of us had a shower it smelt damp for days. The beds aren't the comfiest beds. They are ok but not great. This wouldn't put me off staying again but it does take the score down from a 10 to a 7.

Good cleanliness Quiet neighbourhood Pots, pans, towels and dish cleaning products provided. Air conditioner only in living room, not other rooms (but given enough time, it does cool the whole apartment). The fan in bedroom was very noisy. Socket for lamp didn’t work in the bedroom.

There is only one air conditioner. We originally thought that the bedrooms will have an air conditioner. It was quite hot when we stayed so having just an air conditioner in the living room is not enough to cool down the bedrooms.

It was comfortable for our 4 member family, the beds were fine. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful. The check-in was online, we received a detailed and accurate description how we can get the keys as we arrived out of office hours. Nothing important.

Beds were good and sofa bed was decent. Booking process via booking.com was a little complicated and unusual.

Staff communication is excellent and they are very helpful.Very well stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils etc . When we arrived, we were allocated an apartment which had a strange vomit like smell. Thankfully I notified the staff and there was another apartment available where we were moved! I really appreciated this as i would have struggled to enjoy my stay otherwise. The apartment itself is not very modern but it's comfortable and very homely. Av home away from home. It could do with some updating esp the TV which is not a smart TV but it's still got everything that you may need to make your stay comfortable. It is good value, great space for all and we enjoyed the quiet due to their policy on noise and the beds etc are very comfortable. Only one mirror in the bathroom. Makes it difficult when more than 1 person in the property. We were a family so a hallway mirror or a mirror in the bedrooms would have been nice. Other ppl have suggested the same so I'm not alone. Bathroom needs an air freshener as exhaust only comes on when light switched on. There's no electric kettle and the old style kettle available for tea etc. This is not a problem but can be slightly time consuming. Extra hand towels etc in the bathroom would be good though they are readily available from the staff. The cleaners need to check the bath gels provided as they were almost out but I'm sure these can be addressed if staff notified. We didn't, so can't complain. We used our own.

Clean, accessible, quiet good value, everything you need. - I wanted somewhere easy to hang out with friends in the eve but also quiet enough with solid wifi so I could work during the day. wifi was great, desk available, clean quiet and great location 2 min from metro but most places walkable. lots of little bakeries and stores for essentials though shampoo/ tea/ coffee washing up liquid were there already The location meant I could meet up with friends and do cool stuff in the eve. The staff in the office were friendly and the instructions to collect the keys and access the flat/ building easy to follow Super useful guide book in the flat. I could hear movement from the flat above and road noise if the windows open but nothing disruptive Towels, extra blanket and everything kitchen you need I'm really pleased we booked here i paid via a transfer (link sent via booking) this made me a bit nervous but turned out to be fine. Explaining it because we get flagged as suspicious transaction didn't help.

Best of all, Gisela was most helpful before our arrival, and very informative about the area, pointed out places of interest & transportation on a map & caution us on safety of our property. Our stay coincided with Easter week, so the office was closed 3-4 days of our stay. She ensured that we were well stocked on the essentials. Insufficient hooks in the bedrooms for hanging personal belongings like handbags, coats, scarves for easy access. A mirror in the living room or short hall-way before the main door would be helpful.

Staff was lovely and told us everything we need to know. They even give us suggestions and was very polite. On day out they let our suitcases stand on their office as we still have time till our next bookking. Perfect choice for family. Only I suggest to change tv to smart tv:) but that is only to grow and be even better.

We really enjoyed exploring the local area and the staff were so helpful when we needed advice on how to get around. The roof terrace was an added bonus and a nice hidden gem. Lovely shops and great places to eat. A lovely apartment and Barcelona was a great place to holiday. Will definitely go back! It would have been nice to have one full length mirror in the apartment somewhere but this didn't spoil my holiday at all.

Plenty of shops around like bakery and coffee shops to get that fresh bread in the morning. As soon as we got in the flat there was a strong smell of cigarette. I assume from previous tenants, very unpleasant. Had to open windows for the smell to slowly get away.
