• Olivier (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel dans une villa qui l’est tout autant. - Nous avons loué cette villa de luxe à Seminyak pour six personnes, dont quatre adolescents, et notre séjour a été absolument parfait. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec un collier de fleurs et un apéritif — un véritable service digne d’un hôtel haut de gamme. La maison était grande, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, avec des matériaux de qualité. Chaque chambre disposait d’une salle de bain incroyable, avec douche intérieure/extérieure et baignoire, ce qui donnait une vraie sensation de luxe et de bien-être. Les chambres étaient immenses, les lits extrêmement confortables, et tout l’espace était impeccablement entretenu. La piscine était parfaite, très agréable et suffisamment grande pour que chacun en profite. Nous avons aussi adoré le service : la possibilité de commander des plats au restaurant jusqu’à 22h, livrés directement dans la villa, était un vrai plus, surtout avec des ados ! Nous n’avons vraiment trouvé aucun point négatif : tout était pensé pour notre confort. Bien sûr, le prix est plus élevé que pour d’autres villas que nous avons louées durant ce voyage, mais cela en valait largement la peine. L’emplacement est idéal également : en plein cœur de Seminyak, proche de nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques. Si c’était à refaire, nous reviendrions sans hésiter. Une expérience exceptionnelle que nous recommandons à 100 %. Rien à signaler.

There was plenty of room for six of us. Only a minor gripe with the pillows. They were not supportive at all and interfered with sleep.

All of the staff work really hard and are super friendly…can’t be faulted and they’re one of the reasons we keep going back. However, the owners are getting complacent and need to spend some money! The bedroom furnishings have seen better days (the mould on the bedroom voile curtains is totally unacceptable) and the scrappy/stained towels need to go. The missing lock to the outside shower was also a security concern.

• Qrist (9/5): Well located beautiful villas - Nice and quiet location in walking distance to restaurants, shops and spas. Although you are right in the middle of it, you have peace and quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We loved the à la carte breakfast which was very tasty. The private pool villas are no longer brand new, but clean and spacious. Housekeeping was doing a great job, refilling the complimentary drinks and sweets in the fridge. We would definitely go there again.

We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. The air conditioning in the bedrooms sounds like it is struggling….although it worked. It would be great if they had a shuttle service to Seminyak square. Bathrooms are getting a bit tired.

The private pool and deck area is like an oasis. Restaurant and room service offered tasty and affordable meals. Location is perfect for seminyak village, beach and potato head. Very friendly staff.

The way that the each room is split as separate buildings with separate doors means it doesn’t flow well. The pool is quite small.

Villas were a little piece of paradise in a quiet location in Seminyak yet close to the Petitenget beach and many good and affordable restaurant choices including on the beach front. Staff were very attentive and friendly and food choices at small on site restaurant were a great option. We also did 2 great day tours pick us up from our villas: snorkelling at Blue Lagoon Beach on the other side of Bali then home via 'arty' Ubud; and another day touring the mountains - temples and gardens, lake beretan and rice paddies in northern bali. Nothing - great stay and helpful staff!

The villa was enormous and cleaned daily. The restaurant on site was perfect for a meal or room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner or drinks delivered to the villa. The 24 hr reception staff were amazingly friendly and always so helpful. All staff were so polite and welcoming. There was nothing to NOT like - it was perfect!

Loved the breakfasts delivered to the villa - sometimes too much food. Exceptional and friendly staff - no request was too much or too hard. Everything we needed was available and excellent quality - towels, bedding etc and the villa was very quiet. While very clean, the villa was starting to look a little tired - curtains in the bedrooms were in need of a clean and were missing hanging hooks.

• Gemma (10/5): Amazing holiday hideaway - The property was gorgeous. The pool was bigger than I expected. We were able to get a decent amount of sun poolside, but there was also an umbrella that worked great if you wanted to avoid the sun. Everything was clean and tidy, I really liked the layout of our villa as it had separation between the lounge/dining area and the bedroom. There were 2 toilets and 4 x showers (1 at the pool, one inside the pool bathroom, one outside but part of the bathroom, and one in the bathroom). The staff were fantastic and super friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday while we were staying there and they surprised us with a cake and singing happy birthday which was just so thoughtful. The area seemed a little further away from everything (compared to where we have stayed before in Bali) but once we got our bearings we realised how close and convenient the location was; near great restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as close to the beach and shopping. It was also so nice and quiet. In our villa, we felt as if we were the only people for miles. It was very secluded and private. We will definitely be staying there again next time. The below is the only thing I could possibly think of that wasn't absolutely brilliant about our stay. We got room service one night, and most of the food was delicious, except for the pizza - would not recommend.

Filling out breakfast menu should be done via WhatsApp like other resorts. Its more convenient. For 3 x bedeoom villa have more lounging chairs.

• William (10/5): - Three very generous bedrooms and a large dining/sitting area that could be opened up to the pool. Each villa in the complex was self-contained and felt very private. Breakfasts were amazing! Good location with the beach and multiple eating options only 5 minutes walk away.

• Andrew (10/5): Secluded villas - We had a great stay here at Koenokoeni Villas. The location of the villas is perfect tucked away in a quite area but close enough to walk to main attractions like Seminyak square etc or a quick grab ride or scooter ride. I would love if the villas had there only buggy ride to this spot. The villas themselves are beautiful and a great size you can easily spend a day resting by the pool or reading a book. The rooms are comfortable and has all the required amenities. We will be back for sure
• Carly (8/5): Great location, pleasant & quiet stay - Peace and quiet, particularly in a busy location. Staff were very friendly. A little rundown (decking around the pool needed to be fixed, shower screen hit the light/roof on opening).
• Thomas (10/5): - Loved our time here. The staff were helpful and friendly and the private villa was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk or 2 minute scooter taxi ride into Seminyak Village. Definitely recommend.
• Wayne (10/5): - Staying at the 3 room villa here we had the most wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us flower lei and drinks when we first arrived. Easy to work with and they helped find a way for laundry service even though they didn’t offer. Restaurant is convenient for room service and also to get a meal, right at the property. Beautiful rooms with private pool and courtyard. Kitchen with a few items and drinking water, can make coffee. Has a microwave if needed. The large bedrooms that my kids have never had the chance to sleep in before. Villa is on a small street but 5 min from the beach and since on a small street is more quiet from the bustle. If you’re looking for a villa experience in Seminyak, then I highly recommend this one.
• Esmond (10/5): One reason we booked this villa was the 24 hour reception, it made everything so easy! - Only a 5-10 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Villa was very quiet and private, extra bonus was the 24 hour reception which a lot of villa don’t offer. Our room had an extra toilet which was handy. And the driver was able to drive us to short distances and surrounding restaurants. Would definitely come back for sure!
• Minerva (10/5): - We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby. Our overall stay was great! Will definitely be back.

• M. (9/5): We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at KoenoKoeni Villas. - The location was great. Very central to the main shopping area and restaurants in Seminyak. It was great that breakfast was included in the stay and that you could select what time it was delivered to your villa. Loved how they stocked up the fridge with water, drinks and some nibbles daily and the fruit bowl regularly. The staff were very friendly and the villas kept clean and tidy. I would definitely go back there. The villa is set back from the main road, so there was a short walk to get to any shops. Not a big deal, but I did notice some other resorts next to it had a buggy service that dropped their residents off at the main road or further. I also understand that KoenoKoeni is more like a boutique company so might not have the capacity to offer this service.
• Shuchi (9/5): Amazing location, outstanding hospitality, spacious property, breakfast with very limited options for vegetarians, one o - Very spacious , well made villas - good for a family outing where you need individual as well as family space. Since we took a villa with kitchen , kitchen should have been better equipped with some pans, big spoons and basic stuff like salt / pepper . Also facilities like in-house spa are really not worth taking - they are too expensive (almost 3X the cost of best of spas in Bali) and they set up in your room - so you do not get ambience and pampering of a proper spa.
• Murray (10/5): Exceptional - Area was quiet and secluded from the traffic, staff are very polite and helpful. Kitchen and bedroom were separate and only had the doorbell in kitchen area - maybe add doorbell in bedroom aswell?
