- Priscila (9/5): Excelente conforto e localização - Quarto excelente confortável e aconchegante, espaçoso, com varandinha, vista agradavel, muito limpo e decoração moderna e agradável. Roupa de cama gostosa, ar condicionado e aquecedores muito bons, banheiro confortável e bem equipado. Cafeteira muito boa e equipamentos para preparar alimentos rápido. Fizeram limpeza no quarto todos os dias. Localização muito boa perto da entrada de Ortigia, com restaurantes e mercadinhos colados no predio. Não ter elevador (mas o proprietário ajudou a subir as malas) e na rua não pode estacionar gratuito, apenas na rua de trás. Fomos na baixa temporada e não foi muito difícil achar estacionamento gratuito faixa azul a algumas quadras.

Great chance of finding parking right out front. Views of mountains, the piazza, Teatro Massimo are gorgeous. I'd stay here in a heartbeat should I visit Palermo again. A handrail in shower would be helpful

- Leanne (9/5): The Palco Rooms & Suites are conviently located in a very central location making it easy to get around! - The room was lovely & spacious with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having a kettle, coffee machine, and mini bar. The b&b is conveniently located to a lot of historic landmarks, restaurants, and the teatro. As two woman traveling, we felt extremely safe. The staff were kind and gracious. This is extremely minor, some of the bathroom hardware needed repair (towel hook).

En la ducha salia muy poca agua. La cama tiene un protector que no la hacia confortable. Las ventanas no aislan del ruido de la calle y al estar centrico por la noche habia ruido.

- CHARLOTTE (5/5): Correct - L’accueil (hôtesse très agréable et accueillante) et l’emplacement. La chambre est spacieuse Bruyant, notre chambre était à coté de la réception et de la salle à manger. On entend tout. Un dessus de lit un peu taché et pas de couette, juste un drap avec le dessus de lit par dessus, c’est très désagréable et pas confortable et douillet. Odeurs de remontée d’égouts dans la chambre et la salle de bains. Pas de salon et d’espace de vie commun. Lumière violette le soir à la réception, c’est bizarre. Les rideaux sont très peu occultants, c’est gênant le matin

- Brian (10/5): View over the square is what memories are made of. Wonderful - Not easy to find, but what a gem. Stunning view of the teatro. Really beautiful room, furnishings and cleanliness. A jewel of a stay. Walked a block to dinner at Doba which was a 5 star experience. Too many good things to say. Check in was very easy and accommodating. Espresso in room allowed for morning coffee on the balcony. Just wonderful

Can walk to Capo market in 10 mins. Wonderful staff, so helpful with tips for good places to eat and organising anything needed, transfers etc. The view over the Massimo Theatre from our bedroom balcony was delightful - see photo! Can get a bit noisy at night but that’s fair trade for such central location - ear plugs work a treat

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Palermo from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and made a dinner reservation for us for the first night. We enjoyed having a small balcony to look out on the street in front and though it was a very busy street, the room was completely sound proof. Our only difficulty was having an elevator that didn't go all the way up to the hotel level. There was still a set of stairs to climb.
- Brian (10/5): A real gem in Palermo - The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice each morning. The breakfast room looks over the piazza onto the Teatro Massimo and was lovely with the French doors open and a nice breeze blowing through. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is minutes walk away with the historic centre to one side and the high end stores on the other. This is a real gem of a find There was nothing we really disliked, the only issue we had was when trying to get into the hotel when we first arrived we buzzed the intercom and a lady answered but didn’t let us in. We tried a few times with the same effect, our Italian is basic so whether it was a language thing we didn’t know but a lady from the street spoke into the intercom and we were then buzzed in.

Everywhere we needed to go was at a walking distance. Hosts are lovely, responsive and super helpful. Stefania even helped us make a reservation at a local restaurant we really wanted to try. She provided extra towels, iron upon request, was so kind and helpful. The cleaning of the room is just top notch (best cleaning we ever had and we travel a lot). The attention to details was just marvelous. The room we booked also exceeded our expectations (wayyyy better than any photos you could find on the website and on booking). The shower was spectacular. Spacious, powerful water pressure. Everything looked brand new, we were so blessed and took the best showers after long beach days. Overall, one of the best accommodation we ever had the chance to stay in. Absolutely recommend if you are going to stay in Palermo. Not the property’s fault, but parking in town can get tricky. Need to pay in coins sometimes. It can get difficult to find street parking. Safe in the room is a bit small if that matters to you.

Most tourist sites were a 10-15 min walk away like the food markets, etc. The bus/train station are a 15 min walk away so great for day trips. The staff were very helpful and friendly. - Anne (10/5): Exceptional - The bright decor, cleanliness, excellent location and very helpful, friendly staff.
- Warren (8/5): Palermo was lovely and a great place to wander through history. It is safe and while a little unkempt still charming and - Great location on an easily accessed side of Massimo Square. Very clean and well maintained. Modern plumbing and electrical (more outlets would have been ideal) windows were quite exceptional at sound proofing the room the busy sometimes raucous scene two floors below on the sidewalk could be entirely shutoff by closing the modern double doors. Then the room is very quiet no sound machine necessary. We like smaller, personal properties. They come with quirks and here they were minor: arriving with luggage required 3 steps to the elevator, then 11 more steps to reception. Minor as I said but I didn’t want to leave this space blank. Oh and, as is true throughout Europe, more electrical wall outlets would have been helpful.
- Ezgi (8/5): Perfect for a night in palermo - Its very central, right across the opera (teatre massimo) and you can easily access different parts of the city by foot. The room was really clean - the bed was comfy and the bathroom (which I pay a lot of attention to) is nice and new as well. Nothing really, it was a pleasant experience overall
- Theobald (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and represented good value for money. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city within walking distance of every thing. Whilst central with lots of traffic, the double glazing kept most of the city noise out so it was not intrusive. I am struggling to find anything to find fault with - my only comment would that our room was next to the breakfast room and reception desk and there was a little bit of noise early in the morning, as breakfast was set up.
- Belinda (10/5): Excellent place for a central city stay and quality level of service from staff. - Clean and modern suite with excellent staff who go above and beyond to help with advice on where to visit etc. Stefania was so lovely and very helpful. The room was perfectly situated at the heart of the city. Cannot recommend enough for level of cleanliness and service provided. Make sure to visit the RINOSCENTE department store for the Rooftop cocktails and views over the city at sunset just a short walk away!!! Nothing negative here.

- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - This is the absolute best location for a tourist in all of Palermo. Staying here made our trip what it was ! It feels more like a bed and breakfast than hotel which is not a bad thing. It feels very authentic. It has a very nice and reasonably priced breakfast . Be careful on booking, as the price on booking does not include breakfast ? Bit as I say, you can add it on site and it is very reasonably priced.

- James (9/5): A beautiful place in the heart of this great city. A longer stay would be ideal. - The location was in the heart of Rome. The breakfast was delivered to our room and we ate it out on the terrace. Our suite was fantastic - about as nice a place as you'll ever find. Being a bed and breakfast, communication was not always easy. The neighbor had some roofers working above our room early on a Saturday morning. It was not the owner's fault but it took some time to stop the work. Otherwise, the place is stunning.
