Beim Frühstück fehlte uns an nichts - alle wünsche wurden uns erfüllt. Chefin hat uns mit Ihrer fröhlichen und zuvorkommenden Art verzaubert und unseren Aufenthalt im Falkensteiner unvergesslich gemacht. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werden auch gerne wieder kommen.

• Birgit (10/5): Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Sehr komfortable Zimmer und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig und sehr gut. Auch das Abendessen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

• EvaC_00 (8/5): We love coming back - We have stayed at this hotel several times and always loved the excellent breakfast and dinner with many options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. We were there during the holidays and the hotel was full, but everything was still very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly, always making you feel truly welcome. One of the reasons we like to come back is lunch at the bar, we love the Wiener schnitzel and veggie bowl, but unfortunately these were not available this time. Instead, the only option was frankfurter sausages with fries, with no vegetarian or sweet options, which was not on the level of a 4-star superior hotel, especially considering the price of almost €700 per night. After a day of skiing it would be great to have a proper lunch at the hotel. We hope the schnitzel and veggie bowl will return to the menu, as we would love to come back.

Strašné jídlo, jedna maličká porce hogofogo, nenajíte se, jinak nutno se dojíst studeným bufetem. V kontrastu s perfekt hotelem jídlo je katastrofa. V podstatě jste o hladu. A la carte nemají, takže na hubnutí fain.

• Monika (9/5): Gerne wieder, vom Personal waren wir begeistert! - Erwartungsgemäß ist es ein wunderbares Hotel, das hohe Ansprüche erfüllen kann. Sehr aufmerksam wurde zum Geburtstag gratuliert. Der Tisch war nett dekoriert und es gab sogar einen Kuchen mit Sprühkerze. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitgründen das hervorragende Angobt nicht voll ausnutzen. Grundsätzlich aber herrliches Frühstück! Die Bar hat ein sehr angenehmen Ambiente und ein hervorragendes Angebot an Weinen und Getränken. An einem Abend gab es Livemusik mit einer guten Liedauswahl und erträglicher Lautstärke. Yogakurs hat gut gefallen. Uns war der Pool im Wellnessbereich leider etwas zu kühl. Zum Schwimmen würde es passen - zum Planschen leider zu wenig. Deshalb haben wir dieses Angebot nur 1 x genutzt. In die Sauna haben wir es aus Zeitgründen leider gar nicht geschafft. Am Abreisetag (Sonntag) wurden wir in einen separaten Raum gesetzt, da der Samstag-Samstag Turnus angereist war und den Tisch übernommen hat. Dort war es etwas kühl.

• ejnolam (10/5): Fantastic Stay at the Falkensteiner - Fantastic stay at FalkenSteiner — outstanding staff and great location We had a fantastic stay at the FalkenSteiner. The hotel has a slight James Bond charm and the whole experience felt special. The location is very convenient and the weather during our visit was perfect! Special mention to the bar area — a lovely space to relax in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and our waiter Dietmar deserves huge praise: attentive, friendly, and always made us chuckle. His service really made our stay memorable. Overall: excellent staff, great location, tasty food, and a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

People did not respect rules in wellness(loud in sauna, not taking shover before entering pool, using fitness without shirt). Unfortunately dinners didn't meet the standart we were expecting from last visit. Loud and rude guests, dinners.

• Kimberly (10/5): Rundum perfekt. Wir kommen wieder ! - Es war alles sauber, das Personal war super freundlich. Ich hatte während meinem Aufenthalt Geburtstag und das Personal hatte den Tisch morgens und abends super schön geschmückt und mich überrascht.

Wenn wir wieder mal in Schladming sind werden wir wieder Falkensteiner beziehen !!! Da einzige was man auch als jammern auf höchsten Niveau bezeichnen kann wäre... Die Tische stehen doch sehr knapp am Nebentisch ! Wenn man wollte könnte man vom Teller des Tischnachbarn was runternehmen !

• Jacqueline (10/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Massage war auch ausgezeichnet. Die Gondel ist fußläufig erreichbar und es fährt regelmäßig ein Bus zwischen Hotel und Gondelstation. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und es war einfach ein toller Kurzurlaub. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
