Guest Reviews
- Meir (9/5): - The bar stuff was really nice, the check in front desk some of them was also nice.
The room is clean.
swimming pool is nice and cool. Room is little different then what they showed .
Some of the front desk look like they didnt like me, meybe im wrong but this is my feeling.
The long walk outside to the room with the luggage.
- David (10/5): An exceptional place to stay, I was very happy . The staff were amenable and very helpful and kind. - I was staying in the villas. It was exceptional. One of the best boutique hotel experiences I have ever had. My cousin referred me. He used to live in Phuket for many years. I am very satisfied and I shall be coming back. The pool was wonderful when I swim every day. Can’t think of anything no negative experiences
- Thomas (9/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): Goid - The Christmas decorations all year round The restaurant closes too early 5pm
- Natalina (10/5): Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e ritorneremmo sicuramente! - Gentilezza dello staffa
Pulizia e posizione
- Tanel (9/5): -
- Clara (8/5): Au top !
- Victoria (10/5): Fabulous - Highly recommend this property. Secure safe and comfortable.
Excellent maintenance throughout Not wheelchair chair around some areas

- Dan (10/5): perfect - Amazing hotel, it's my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely return!
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Location was great, rooms were excellent, beds very comfortable and staff were great

- Danny (10/5): - staying there, I had really good experience being in Rawai and Nai Harn
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandra (8/5): Very good - The overall experience was great. We liked the room, and the pool is very nice (next time, I'd definitely book a room with direct pool access). The staff was always friendly and usually helpful. The premises are well-maintained. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast setting: you should choose a meal from the small menu without a lot of variation. There are only a couple of choices that you might like, and for a longer stay, you are getting tired of them. Coffee wasn't good, and only one cup is included in the price (just black coffee) - I would rather give up the meal to get more coffee and just eat the fruits that are available anyway. But it wasn't an option, the staff working in the bar was kinda strict. Weirdly, the first day, they didn't even give me a small portion of milk for my cup of coffee and pointed to the milk powder on the table I could use. But the next days, they provided me with coffee with milk. It felt like the staff wasn't sure about these kinds of things and didn't want to be flexible even in small things. Anyway, I'd rather not book breakfast next time.
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional - Loved my room and the direct access to the pool. The bar and restaurant was good and the pool was lovely. I will still here again and would definitely recommend it. There wasnt much to not like, in fact I can't think of anything negative to say
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rao (7/5): Convienent and good - Overall it is good. Restaurant service is not up-to the mark. Breakfast menu not comprehensive and they serve late. There are not much choice, outside food is better.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (10/5): Awesome fun stay - Love staying in Alphabeto cool pool and rooms are so close to the pool I’m having a blast
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rex (8/5): Very good - Terrible tv and reception.
- Oliver (9/5): Enjoy very much - I had no breakfast Pool from your bedroom
- Jörg (10/5): Top Perfect Resort ! - Everything Top Nothing
- Deb (8/5): Has been a go to hotel for years. Constant very good standard. - The location is great. Walking distance to multiple cafes and restaurants.
Also, with key card entry it is quite secure. Nothing.
- Peter Jeffrey (8/5): - I recently stayed at the Alphabeto Resort in Rawai and had a pleasant experience overall. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Location: The resort is conveniently located in Rawai, close to local attractions and beaches. It’s an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.
Rooms: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The decor was modern, and the amenities provided were adequate. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.
Facilities: The pool area was clean and provided a nice relaxing place.
Service: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests.
Food: The dining options were satisfactory. The breakfast had many choices, although the quality was average. Several restaurants are nearby for more dining options.
Value for Money: Alphabeto Resort offers good value for the price. It’s not a luxury resort, but it provides a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
Overall, I’d rate my experience at the Alphabeto Resort a solid 7 out of 10. It’s a good option for travelers looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in Rawai.
- samehegypt (6/5): Average but needs improvement - I booked a villa apartment for a 2 week stay whilst visiting my son .
On Arrival I was given key to the room and noticed straight away that the aircon was only in the bedroom and the whole place was very hot , The place was ok but not great - The furniture was worn and in need of repalcement and the place could do with a fresh paint . Reception offered another key to keep aircon on but at a cost of over 1000bhat ! which I paid as it was very uncomfortable . I would not retun even with the very reasonable price . Bathroom smells and shower and bath full of limescale and sadly in need of a deep clean. The kitchen has very basic equiptment - 4 plates, 4 bowls ,glasses and basic cutlery and was not in the best condition . Cleaning was very basic but 2 bottles of water supplied daily if room cleaned .Staff were pleasant enough - Restaurant basic and average . If looking for basic cheap stay then its okay value but sadly I would not retun or recommend .Honestly you can get better .
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Andreas (8/5): - Sehr sauberes ruhiges Hotel
Preis Leistung ok
Etwas weit zu laufen bis zum Strand
Einige Restaurants und Massagen in der Nähe.
Ist weiter zu empfehlen
- Gilbert (6/5): - Air-conditioner barely functioned. Towels were ragged and torn. No bedside light. Good value for price.
- Sylvia (8/5): - Ganz gut
- Michel (8/5): - Hôtel très calme et reposant.
Il manque seulement un peu de rangement et surtout une lumière de chevet.
- Toni (10/5): Absolutely loved it! - The hotel is excellent! We stayed in villa
101, it was beautiful, clean, big, everything you can possible need, nothing to complain about. The pool is very nice. The breakfast (not included but cheap) was very good. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is situated near restaurants and shops but there was no noise at all. Absolutely will visit there again. Nothing to complain about
- Andy (8/5): Very good - Convenient location for shops and restaurants.
Modern "themed" rooms, we had direct access to the pool. Spacious room and bathroom. Set back from an extremely busy road . Limited parking spaces.
- BeachBumVagabond (10/5): Comfy beds & short ride to NaiHarn beach - Love this hotel! Comfortable beds that don't make my back hurt. Cheap and close to many restaurants and NaiHarn beach!! I have stayed here several times over the years and always end up coming back. You can rent a motorbike from them or from one of the many local shops around. You can walk to everything you need, except to NaiHarn beach
- Cheung (5/5): Overall not a very good experience except their very friendly staffs. - Very friendly staffs and great location. Poor air conditioner, very hot
So many insects, my legs and arms are full of bites
No refills tissue and toilet paper
Only one room key can be provided, can’t ask for 2
Car park area was too small
- John (8/5): - Quirky little hotel very quiet not far from restaurants and bars swimming pool and sun bathing area is nothing to get excited about but still a decent hotel for the price I paid
- Kiril (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam Ahmed (10/5): Best! - Amazing hotel with nice personal and the location is perfect!
- Gürkan (10/5): - Sehr schön, man wird ihn ruhe gelassen. Lage Top
- Stefano (9/5): Superb -
- Davison (7/5): Good -
- Sylvia (8/5): - Waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel. Uns gefällt es, leider sehr hellhörig. Nachts nicht leise durch die Klimageräte anderer Zimmer und Heimkehrer
- Zureen (10/5): Exceptional -
- C (10/5): Excellent hotel near Naiharn Beach - My 4 night stay was all great, service was excellent, everything (Internet, aircon, TV...) worked perfectly, great shower, climbing onto/off the bed took a bit of getting used to but a nice feature anyway, swimming pool right outside the balcony door, overall an excellent stay!
- Fa (7/5): Good -
- Elizaveta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sufian (8/5): Great value, private and quiet. - The pool, the well kept gardens and landscaping. The bed is comfy. Close enough to everything you need but far enough to be away from the noise. I've stayed before here and I'll probably stay again if I return to phuket. Maybe it's the time if year being wet season but my room had a damp toilet like smell. When I mentioned it to reception they did address it and then the smell was gone but it returned a few days later. They addressed it again and it was fine till the last day of my stay when it came back. My hot water system also stopped working which meant I had no hot water for a few days. Not a big deal as the cold water wasn't so cold that I couldn't take a shower. Again when I raised it with reception it was fixed immediately.
- 64melizzab (8/5): Optimal location and overall fabulous resort - This is our 5 time staying here over the past 12 years. The location is amazing as everything as at your doorstep. From massage to food - everything is easily accessible. The stuff are beautiful and so very obliging. The rooms are clean and the mattress is fabulous. I would however recommend that the day bed, pillows and cushions be replaced as they are very worn. This is my only concern in an otherwise very comfortable stay. Highly recommend! We will be back again!
- Kiril (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jordy (8/5): Lovely spot close to the action but away from the noise - Nice hidden resort close to the main road but away from the noise. Everything well maintained, room was quite spacious. For some reason I could barely get warm water out of my shower. Also the fridge and other gear were a bit noisy at night.
- Oliver (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (10/5): Beautiful oasis in Rawai - I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. Feels like a little oasis tucked away off the busy main road. Beds are super comfy, the pool is amazing! Staff are so helpful with anything you might need. The location is good as lots of food options next door but the road is super busy. I rented a bike to get to the beach (Nai Harn) and it took around 15 minutes but there’s plenty of scooter rentals if you’re feeling confident. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll stay here for sure, I had such an amazing week at this place. Nothing!
- Romano (6/5): - Nein
- David (7/5): Good -
- Štefan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, near to stores, restaurants, cafes. Very helpful and professional staff. Very clean and nice room / we had a pool access room. We d stay again.
- Travelmonkey016 (10/5): Book it - This is the best value resort we have been so far. Nice and tight security for guests. Very clean house keeping. All towles and bedding are changed everyday. The floor is moped to shine everyday. Workers are polite and helpful. If you only stay for a short term (couple days), you should consider pool access delux room. These rooms are nice, especially if you have kid. You can watch them swim from your bed. If you stay long term (more than a week), garden villa and pool access delux rooms are hard choice. Garden villa provide you nice and private pattio. You will feel like your own appartment with little kitchen here. However, you have to walk a little (up to 100m) to the pool. Either choices, this place should be on your top list.
This place is aslo surrounded with little local restaurants, minimarts and local markets. Food around area is yummy and cheap. Coin laundrymat is nearby. It cost around 200B to go to the beach by tuk tuk.
- 888travel (6/5): Hotel location is great for Restaurants/massages but you need your own transport for beaches - I’m in two minds about this place. There are some positives and some negatives:
Firstly, the reception area is closed, the restaurant is closed and there is no shuttle service. If you have any questions or issues whilst staying you have to WhatsApp the manager - there is no one to ask so it makes it all a bit impersonal.
When you arrive you have to ring them to let them know and they come out with a key and they take 1000 BAHT CASH DEPOSIT. The room was large but everything is concrete, even the bed and ‘dressing table’. This made us very conscious about dropping and breaking things (they are very strict about breakages/damage, hence the 1000 baht deposit) or banging into the bed at night. There were no bedside lights, just the overhead switch. The side of the hotel overlooks a building site and there were noisy diggers. Big pool but it was a little grimy. There were also had ants in the room.
The hotel is situated in an area where there are heaps of restaurants, cafés, fruit stalls and convenience stores. You are spoilt for choice for places to eat and the cheapest massages I’ve seen in all of Phuket (150-200 baht for an hour). However it’s just before a busy T junction where one road branches to Phuket town and the other to Kata/Patong. It can be tricky to cross the road at times.
The main issue was the cost of getting around. It took us 40 minutes to walk to Naiharn Beach. Taxis wanted 200 baht. So, the location is fine if you have your own transport or you don’t mind staying by the pool, but not so good if you want to explore and see the beaches – which is surely why people come to Phuket in the first place!
Got a good price for the room though so can’t really complain.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Overall, it was a very gold stay. The pool was clean as was the room. They even provided tooth brushes in the room. They should inform guests that there is a mandatory deposit required for property damage.
- Robert (4/5): Pics don't match - No amenities listed were open. Was beside a large garbage dump.
- KWOK P (8/5): 超值 便宜 舒適 再來住 - 很棒的住宿體驗...很便宜
我也很享受這間度假村
重點價格超便宜 享受幽靜的生活
- danayay2020 (10/5): Yes. Book it ! - what a stylish place! Every detail is thought through, facilities work perfectly, staff is both - efficient and friendly (stayed during Covid). Khun Mit was just amazing to deal with Communication was clear, check-in and extension easy and convenient, stay - super pleasant!
I have been to probably every resort around Nai Harn area.
Delfinetely the pace to book!
- kotsakosjimo (4/5): dissapointing management reaction and resolution to a huge dignity problem by the pool with a guest - we booked 2 rooms and visited for 3 nights in december and we experienced a very sad and uncomfortable 3 days with our opposite bungalow guest being totally naked all day and evening in the pool and nearby , in front of our muslim guests and children.
we have repeatedly warn the management about this unpleasant fact and all they did is to say that he is checking out tommorow and we have to be patient as other guests were complaining but the person never complied to the management warnings!
poor management skills totally by the alphabeto team.
it has ruined our stay for the first 2 days and we were so embarraseed to face this totally sad incident daily by the pool resulting in the muslim guest not bein able to enjoy the pool facilities.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The breakfast is very delicious, it has many sets choice
- Debcox66 (10/5): My little spot of steamy heaven - Can’t fault anything. Management organised airport pick up. All instructions clear. Paid in cash on arrival at resort. Good value. We had a first floor pool view. Breakfast great.. plenty of choice. All staff friendly. Used laundry service..24hr turn around. Hired scooter from next door. No problem with check out. Great location. Quiet at night. Air con perfect!
- Birgitta (10/5): Välskött och fint. - Fantastisk fin och mysig Resort. Vi bodde poolacces. Jättemysigt.
- Peter (2/5): *BEWARE* Scam Hotel! Steal Your $ Horrible Manager - NEVER AGAIN ALPHABETO!!! I’ve traveled to 60 plus countries... Very Worst Manager I have ever experienced. She will do anything to keep your security deposit. The very old plastic key case attached to the key ring had cracked, she would not return my $1,000 Baht Deposit. UNBELIEVABLE! Said to call police if I wanted to try to get back. The little dirt on the towel, $500 Baht Charge. A small smudge on the sheet, $500 Baht Charge. Want to use their 50 year old bicycle, $100 Baht for 2 hours. Drunken pool parties at 2 AM, do nothing. Screaming crying kids outside your Pool Suite or the Rooms above the pool during the day. Millions of little Ants in the room, Thousands of Mosquitos around the pool areas and into your room soon as you open the doors. No shelves in the bathroom to set things on, Very dim light could not even see to shave. Super cheap shower curtain falls apart, same with cheapo plastic toilet seat falling off. Impossible to keep water at same temperature, Very Low pressure. Restaurant food is Terrible. Shuttle service will make you wait for an hour. Things always going missing from room. After you’ve booked and paid in advance you CanNot cancel or get refunded $. I stayed for several weeks at this hotel but Never Again Alphasheto!
- 901aidanw (10/5): Will be returning - Couldn't say enough about our experience at Alphabeto - we will be returning. The staff, ease of access, local cafes / restaurants, affordability, swimming pool, laundry service and general vibe make it a throughly enjoyable stay.
- Kritsana (10/5): - Very good staff. Location not far from the tourists area.
- Jerem (10/5): - Très bien, personnelle sympathique et accueillant même avec une arrivée tardive. J’y ai séjourner une nuit avec une amies.
Une sublime salle de bain, un grand lit, et au calme.
Merci à vous !
- xiaodong (2/5): - Very poor one-time stay experience, when the check-out, the hotel forcibly charged, the hanger is missing, but we did not use the hangers after staying at the hotel, so it was forcibly charged , it feels quite bad.
- Ashley (10/5): Amazing place to stay. - Reception staff were brilliant, the room was new and clean and the local area was amazing. I genuinely can’t wait to go back next year.
- Ross (10/5): - Very very nice resort
- monicap649 (8/5): Good hotel, one very bad receptionist and helpless manager - We have booked the resort in March and paid in advance for our stay. Two weeks ago the credit card used for the payment has been replaced by the bank and another one was issued with (of course!) a different card number.
The lady at the reception (her name is Nuch) speaks a little English and insisted that the number on the card must be the same. We explained what happened several times, but the lady was unwilling to understand.
We spoke on the phone with the manager, but she was less than helpless as well. She wanted us to pay for the full amount once again. At this point we called the police. The situation came to a conclusion only when we spoke directly with the reservation site.
Our start of the holiday was really disappointing and disappointed we got every single time we had to deal with Nuch.
A few days later we asked the same lady to book our pick up from the hotel to the airport for the day of our departure and she told us to do it the last day of our holiday. A few hours later we asked her colleague, Film, a very nice, helpful and pleasant lady, to book us the ride to the airport and she did, happy to help.
The resort is nice, clean, in a good position, the restaurant is good and people are friendly. It’s a real shame that people like Nuch and the manager are so incapable and unpleasant.
- msm21367 (10/5): Excellent resort - We have been in February and found it clean, neat, friendly service, nice room, good swimming pool, front desk very supportive, EXCELLENT ratio quality / price. Nice peaceful restaurant for breakfast and/or lunch with good variety of dishes. The location is wonderful.
- paul (8/5): Great horel - Excellent hotel in great location. Hotel shuttle to nearby beach’s is great. Favorite place stayed In Rawai
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Swimming pool running the length of the accommodation fantastic. Limited bar and food but plenty of places close by
- Magnus (8/5): - Bra läge i Rawai
- gwcy (2/5): Good concept, poor service - Design and layout cozy, close to restaurants in Rawai, which is favorite. However the service provided by reception and the owner was atrocious. I have never experienced Thai hospitality on such a poor level. Its shameful.
On check~in, room was full of insects, bed sheet stained, and had no blanket. The receptionist, instead of focusing on fixing the issue, kept asking me for a cash deposit, which i explained i did not have as i just arrived from the airport.
I tried communicating with the staff and then owner about the situation, but fell on deaf ears. Hotel.com called them on my behalf, and even they struggled. In the end, Hotel.com compensated me. Thats how bad they are.
- jayr105 (10/5): What a beautiful place! - We had 2 beautiful poolside rooms here which were both spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the pool side bar/restaurant, and you always saw staff walking around doing things from cleaning rooms to maintaining the beautiful hotel grounds. We had a very relaxing and peaceful time here (apart from a few noisy geckos on the wall if you leave the door open, but that obviously can’t be helped and adds to the fact you are in a tropical paradise). We loved our time here and will definitely return in the future. I will be recommending this place, and the whole Nai Harn area to family and friends back home.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel clean and cool, nice pool and greenery, not close to beach so shuttle service useful, staff pleasant and not overbearing, will come again.
- DADoan (10/5): Loved our stay - will definitely be going back! - We stayed at Alphabeto for 2 weeks while training at a nearby muay thai gym (10 min walk to Absolute MMA; also a close scooter-ride to Sinbi). We were a bit nervous about the trip as it was the first time traveling overseas with our 18 month old, so we booked a villa for the extra space.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - as it's a boutique resort, everyone remembers you and makes an effort to make you feel at home, from the front desk team, restaurant and housekeeping. The accommodation itself was well-suited to our needs and the quirky decor was a cute touch.
The resort is very well-maintained (the pool was spotless!) and close to great little restaurants, mini-marts, scooter hire, etc. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. A huge thanks to the team for making it a memorable and enjoyable trip - we'll be back!
- Verified traveler (10/5): The best place to stay in Nai Harn - Great place to stay. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Best value for money accommodation in Nai Harn. Great pool and cute little restaurant. It was nice and quiet and walking distance to everything you need. They also provide a shuttle service to the beach and back. I'll be back!
- Rolf (8/5): - Very clean and very friendly staff 😊👍
Bedside lamp would be great 👍
And if the shower would not change the temperature every 2 min, that would be very appreciated😉
- KBGGregg (10/5): Great spot - Stayed here for an event I was going to in Rawai and this place was close so I booked it. The staff from the get go were fabulous... they let me check in early as the event started at 1PM. Was quiet, bed was great, staff full of enthusiasm... really happy this hotel was close where I was going. Enjoy!!
- Chong (10/5): Great value and service - Great location. Staff was friendly and efficient. See you next year.
- Sureerat (8/5): - ห้องพักสะอาด บริการดี รูปแบบห้องพักแปลกดี แต่ที่จอดรถน้อยไป
- VITALY (10/5): - We need stronger WiFi in villas. Love this place
- Bobolani (10/5): Fun Pool Access Rooms - I have stayed at the Alphabeto three times and will stay there again. The pool access room are large and fun. With animal themes and nice white paint. The pool access from the room is a relaxing way to cool down in the hot Phuket weather.
The room includes tv, safety box, mini fridge, shower with curtain and separate bathtub. The a/c works well.
Try the passion fruit smoothie at the restaurant/bar at the end of the pool.
There is a hotel tuk tuk that will take you to the beach on a set schedule daily for free or you may rent a motorbike from them.
Plenty of food options within 10 minutes walk. Awesome breakfast at the German restaurant across the street and to the right a couple minutes.
See you again soon, Alphabeto.
- Ross (10/5): Awesome alphabeto - Very good. Clean, lovely staff, great pool, good breakfast and in a handy locale close to everything.
- 674debd (6/5): Quiet, But Forget Privacy.... - Quiet location, but a nightmare here if the place is full. Noise bounces across the pool, off the walls. I could hear snoring in the next room also. Eek. Access is with a key pass into grounds, so feels secure. The first thing you do when you get to your room is pull the curtains across for privacy and turn on the light. Just what you want to do on holiday, right....The alternative is to look straight into the rooms across the pool (unless you stay in a villa or an upstairs room, slightly (!) more private) while other occupants look straight back! Forget about getting dressed anywhere but the bathroom if you choose to leave curtains open. First night here the shower rail and curtain fell to the floor. Fixed promptly however. The smell of the linen, particularly the towels is very ‘strong male’. (I’m serious; not pleasant!). The shower pressure and temperature changes by the second from fast/slow/hot/cold. Bed linen is changed once a week, if you’re staying more than a week and I provided my own hand towel and face cloth. The duvet inner I found on the floor (along with the pillows) while staff were cleaning made me feel sick. So filthy and stained I said you cannot possibly put that back on the bed! I paid for a four week stay (non-refundable) and discover that I have to move out of my (upstairs, most private) room into a villa for a week because they have a ‘block booking’ to cater for. I asked to simply stay in a villa the whole time then, rather than move out and back. Answer was no as I had booked first five days on booking.com. So?? Nope. Can’t. Oh, and I have to PAY for the enforced move into the villa also!!!!!! Internet is unbelievably slow also. Staff are (with one exception) courteous and very polite.
Not the best place I have stayed, lets put it that way.....
- Jeffrey (10/5): Something a little different - Liked the mix of antiques with modern features. Overall a very pleasant experience.
- shinandyb (10/5): Best part of Phuket - We've been to Phuket a few times and this was our first time in Rawai. We stayed 5 nights at Alphabeto at the end of our 3 week vacation in Krabi and Phuket before flying home and this resort was one of the best places we stayed in. It's very quiet and peaceful, the rooms are clean, spacious and the swimming pool is lovely, perfect for a relaxing dip on a hot day. The staff are very friendly, always greeting us with smiles and the lady at the front desk was especially helpful in retrieving a lost item of ours.
We had rented a scooter during our stay and while riding around town, a small bag containing our valuables including my girlfriend's cellphone had accidentally bounced off our scooter's bag hook. It was only later that we realized our bag was missing and fortunately for us, a local lady had picked it up off the road. With the help of the front desk lady who acted as an interpreter, we were able to talk to and and meet the person who was holding our bag.
The resort provides free shuttle services to some local hotspots including Naiharn Beach which we think is the best and cleanest beach in Phuket.
Apart from a banana shake welcome drink which was delicious, we didn't eat at the resort restaurant so we can't say anything about it but there are lots of cheap and delicious restaurants within walking distance.
We've been to Patong, Karon and Kata a few times but those places have become way too crowded for us and next time we visit Phuket, we will return to Rawai and will definitely be staying at Alphabeto!
- Global36820354638 (10/5): Great place!!! - LOVED IT! Its good for couples or families, away from the party scene. Not many rooms so the staff remember you by face and are so helpful. We were worried nobody was at the front desk (in bangkok, nobody was there to give us the key so we had to ask security, thats another story). The staff member Lemon, he is so nice! He was the first face we saw at 1am when our flight came in late. So helpful. Walked us to our room, opened the door for us and showed us how everything works.
Great price, got to get the poolside room. If we come to phuket, we’ll be back here!
