• Marco Antonio (8/5): - Me gustan mucho estas cabañas, pero considero que ya podrían haber mejorado el camino de acceso e incluido aire acondicionado dentro de ellas. En general me agradan porque el lugar es muy tranquilo, aunque sí hay aspectos que podrían perfeccionarse.

• Cindy Divini (4/5): - Información falsa desde la página, pedí camas dobles porque así lo marcan y resulta que no tienen camas dobles, tuvimos que pagar más para por lo menos una cama más grande, camino de entrada horrible e inseguro, no realizan limpieza y cambio de servicio diario solo medio barren y doblan camas y toallas pero dejan las mismas aún cuando estén sucias, no lavan el baño, no cambia las bolsas de la basura solo lo vacian, se ocupa el servicio de café que dejan y no lo cambian y lavan las cosas que se ocupan (cafetera y tazas) para que vuelvan a quedar limpias, en ningún momento mencionan en la página que el camino de entrada al hotel está horrible sin pavimentar, empinado, inseguro y de noche súper obscuro porque el hotel está demasiado escondido de la carretera y obviamente de la playa, nada que ver las fotos que suben a la página con la realidad, a mi consideración y en mi experiencia pésimo servicio desde el sitio web que no muestra la realidad de ese hotel

• Patrick (10/5): - Lovely cabins very close to Playa Ziploite. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I also had an unforgettable breakfast of enfrijoladas with tasajo (cured beef) and salsa, followed by fruit, honey, granola, coffee. It was perfect.

Good value for money. There was no Wi-Fi and no air conditioning, so the room was very hot. The shower and toilet were in the same room, separated only by barn doors that reached up to waist height,

• Janice (8/5): - I stayed in a beautiful cabana on a very quiet hill. I think this is a family run business. They offer breakfast in the morning from 9:30 am to 12 off of a menu made fresh. There is a little café area/bar where the Internet is better. I got lots of mosquito bites sitting there, however. My cabana itself had a fan over the bed, and a mosquito net, but it didn’t close all the way, so I had to use a hair clip to close it. And I hung my towel over the opening as well. There are shutter windows And wooden slats so it’s not a fully enclosed room so bugs can get in. The toilet was in a separate enclosure and the shower was in a separate enclosure behind the bed but with no fully enclosed wall. The most inconvenient thing about this spot is the sand hill you need to go up to get here. So if you were taking a collective and dragging luggage up the hill that would not be fun. I recommend taking a taxi right to the front entrance. It’s super close to the beach just a five minute walk down the hill. They did not offer potable water in the bedroom. I had to get it from the bar. There are some chickens roaming around and a dog. I really enjoyed staying here.
• Chapa (9/5): Hot days, humid nights, in Zipolite. Bring your own personal fan. - I had a four night stay. The weather is extremely humid and hot. I wish the fan was a lot stronger. Since it was difficult to sleep at night with the heat. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They had great recommendations of the area. It is a little walk up the road from the main road on an incline. Access to the beach is a five minute walk from the cabins.

• Jackson (8/5): Comfy, quiet, peaceful cabana - Overall, great price for a private cabana. Would definitely return. Far enough from downtown that it is quiet. Felt safe to walk back late at night. Comfy, peaceful, nice, helpful staff. One critique was the lack of purified water available. They fill it up for you. There was always enough to fill up 1 water bottle, but sometimes the staff seemed annoyed when I wanted more filled up. As I wanted to ensure I'd have one in my room when I return at night and they're not around. I've stayed at many cheaper, more packed hostels, that always have enough available filtered water.

• Gaelle (9/5): Great spot but they need to be doing a better job assigning cabana… who wants to next to 15 people while the place is ba - Really cute cabanas. Really simple but perfect size. Easy walk to the beach and you really don’t need AC. The cleaning lady through away our toothbrush & toothpaste by mistake and it sucks because it’s not like we can just buy a new one right away. Also, they need to be better at assigning cabanas. The place is half empty and they put everyone around. They put me by the reception and when I say by the reception I mean the chairs against the wall of the cabana with 15 people waking up in the am to check out or take breakfast. I really had to insist for them to put me at the one right behind and thank god they did. It would have been horrible right there.

El concepto no es de lujo, pero sumamente agradable la estancia, la hubiera extendido si no tuviera imponderables en mi lugar de residencia.

The place is very beautiful, in the middle of nature. Excellent price for an amazing stay. All good! I have nothing to complain about!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the better options for a budget-conscious stay in Zipolite

La única observación es que al alrededor - afuera de las cabañas se requiere mayor alumbrado pues la vereda por la que pasas es oscura. Seguramente volveré a ir.
• Paulina (9/5): Superb - On the spot we upgraded our room to big one with a tarrace and a hammock. Best decision ever. Great view, relaxing, bed was comfy and massive! Generally clean. Room wasn't cleaned, it was a short stay but still. It gets a bit annoying with the sand from beach etc. I saw ladies cleaning other rooms and I said once they can do our, but well. Also there should be extra trash bin in the room. And just a personal feeling - a curtain on the tarrace for extra privacy would have been amazing.

• Katharina (8/5): Great value for money - Friendly and very responsive staff helping with questions already upfront, only 10 min walk from Zipolite beach, accommodation clean and in good shape, possibility to have drinks and breakfast on site Accommodation is close to Restaurants and the beach, though the walk is very dark at night and requires a lamp - we thus felt a bit unsafe walking back. Would be great to have something to sit on or put stuff on in the room as the bed is equipped with a moskito net and thus cant be used for sitting. Having the net is great but it is a bit too small and thus it leaves a huge hole. Bed is comfy but relatively short.

• Bernardo (6/5): Good stay for the price we paid but could be better - It’s located close to the beach and it’s in a chill area - not extremely central. The staff is super nice. The place is beautiful and very similar to the pictures. Cold water only, wifi didn’t work in the rooms, very limited toiletries and even though they had a fan in the room, AC would’ve been much better. Also, the nets around the beds seem to collect a lot dust and particles right above where we sleep.

• David (8/5): - Beautiful little hideaway not too far from the beach and restaurants, surrounded by mountains and trees, crickets and roosters! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The only minor issue was the friendly cleaning staff that would knock incessantly at my door while I slept through the mid-day heat, just to change my towel and sheets each day. A "do not disturb" sign would have been very useful.

• Eduardo (10/5): GRAN EXPERIENCIA - Ha sido una gran eleccion para hospedarnos, la realidad es que ha cumplido nuestra experiencia de un hospedaje diferente, bonito, economico y fuera de lo convencional, el environment de las cabañas y los jardines que maneja muuuy bien, las habitaciones estan muy bien diseñadas, el lugar lo amamos. Aunque no esta a pie de playa, la misma esta a no mas de 10 minutos caminando Qué mejoraria que esta fuera de las manos del hotel? Pues sin duda el camino para llegar hacia el mismo, terraceria, complicado pues la mayoria andamos en sandalias o lleganos de noche y esta un poco pscuro, pero rwpito, esto es fuera del hotel, por tanto les dejo esto a ellos para que vean que hacer con el municipio oara poner un mejor camino RECOMENDABLE SIN DUDA
• Marta (8/5): Chilled and relaxing getaway. - The cabañas were nice. Compact but nice. Quiet at night. Internet worked fine - no issues. Rooms cleaned daily. No AC but for me personally the fan was more than enough. Drinking water was available for free but had to ask the ladies behind the bar every time I needed a water refill. An easy access water tank would have been nice. No chill out spaces to escape midday sun.
• Horacio Vásquez (6/5): - La base y colchón de la cama en la primera cabaña que nos asignaron estaba pandeada hacia el centro haciendo que con solo pasar una noche ahí amaneciera con una tortícolis que me duró el resto de las vacaciones. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a otro cuarto y, aunque mejor, seguía siendo incómoda. Fuera de eso el staff super amigable y atento y el lugar muy bonito.

Excellent value for money In hot and humid weather I missed AC- AC is not a given in Zipolite. Bit if a walk up an unsealed road- this is common in Zipolite except for a few places on the main drag. Hot water is not a given in this town.

Las personas que atienden muy amables, buscan la forma de ayudarte si necesitas algo. Caminas menos de 5 min y ya estás en la playa.

• Lizette (6/5): - La atención del personal fue muy buena muy amables, el camino para llegar está un poco feo, aunque el único punto realmente negativo es el calor de las cabañas deberían poner aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y mosquiteros en las ventanas para poder abrirlas durante la noche. El precio es accesible pero en definitiva es preferible pagar un poco más en otro lugar que si tenga aire acondicionado ya que dormir resulta casi imposible de tan caliente y sofocada que esta la habitación.

• Nancy (4/5): Make sure to pay for a suite, otherwise look for a cheaper place, it’d be equally uncomfortable. - The suites are gorgeous with a great view and you can hear the ocean. The owner is very nice. A small hike is required to get to the place. The non-suite rooms are too small, too hot and too dark with only one tiny window. The floating bed is inconvenient and the linens feel like sand paper. The shower doesn’t have hot water and the neighbors are ridiculously noisy. Bring a face mask and prepare for roosters and/or yelling waking you up in the morning.

La ubicación fue buena ya que está muy cerca de la playa, además, por ahí pasa el transporte que te lleva al aeropuerto y a otras playas. Lo recomiendo totalmente
• Ana Romina (10/5): - Su comida es buena aunque deberían de tener un poco más de variedad, el servicio es bueno y es un lugar agradable y bonito, cuidan el detalle de los mosquiteros, pero en la regadera había muchas telarañas en la parte de los mosaicos lo que hace pensar que no tienen una higiene adecuada en los baños y regaderas. Si quieres visitar Zipolite y bahías cercanas es una buena opción, de Zipolite está a unos 3-5 minutos caminando, tienes la opción de rentar una moto por $400MXN por 24hrs bajando hacia la playa para moverte ya que los taxis son en extrema careros, entonces Cabañas Biuzaa es recomendable.

Todo el persona es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a brindar un buen servicio. Está a quince minutos caminando de la playa y se agradece a la hora de dormir, un ambiente relajado y tranquilo para vacacionar.

The bungalows are really nice and comfy, you kind of feel like you’re in the jungle, the bed is comfy, the pillows are comfy, I slept really well here, it’s clean, not sure how you’d navigate the open bathroom concept as a couple but it was fine for me, the main street and beach are only about a 5 minute walk away, you’re close to everything. Marcella is an absolute gem, she’s such a kind sweet hearted soul, we had some really nice chats, you feel as if you’ve known her forever. She is also on hand for any help or advice you need, I would definitely return. Nothing
