Es el responsable del hotel y hace que todo sea familiar, fácil y sobre todo está pendiente en todo momento de cualquier imprevisto y pone a disposición de los clientes todas las facilidades que estén en sus manos La calidad del buffet tanto del desayuno como de las cenas no es muy especial.

- Isabelle (9/5): - Comme nous a indiqué le chauffeur de taxi en arrivant, vous arrivez au Paradis! C est comme sur les photos. 4 jours de détente après un safari. Nous étions en famille(5 adultes et 2 enfants). Ambiance intime, décoration soignée et très belles prestations. Cuisine délicieuse et variée. Merci pour ce séjour de rêve ! Nous ne voulions pas bouger donc parfait ! Peut-être un peu isolé si vous devez vous déplacer.( à vérifier)

Wenn man den Urlaub nur in der Anlage verbringen möchte ist das hier auf jeden Fall möglich. Um noch etwas die Gegend zu erkunden benötigt man immer ein Taxi, da das Hotel ziemlich abgelegen ist.

- Alva (10/5): Jag var där i 2 veckor och bara kopplade av. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att åka på utflykterna som hotellet arrangerar, - Otroligt lugnt och skönt område, men även hotellet i sig. Mysigt med liveband och lite underhållning ett par kvällar i veckan. Otroligt fint läge vid vattnet och egen strand! Lite off location, det finns inte så mycket att göra i området.

Wenig Kompromissbereitschaft. Das teure Essen a la carte kam fast immer kalt an und leider gab es keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten um lokal essen zu gehen, auch wenn es auf google anders aussieht. Man musste also das teure aber kalte Hotelessen nehmen.

Das gesamte Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Service und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Internet war leider oftmals nicht wirklich verfügbar. Das Fitnessstudio könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

- Brigitta (9/5): Serene little resort - Very nice little resort on a serene faraway corner of the island. The food was great, the room was cozy with nice views and "Beachcomber Style" decor. And the best cocktails we had in Zanzibar! We booked half board which was a good deal, as their all-inclusive package is quite overpriced. Note that the place is really isolated, there is not much to do around, but I think that is the charm of it. The first day we had no water in the room, which they fixed when we complained. From then on we had brackish water coming from the tap, which was rather unpleasant. They offer free activities, like SUP, but it was so deflated it was impossible to use it. We also tried to do the free dhow cruise they offer but the lady at the reception told us we could only go on the day when we were leaving already. The beach is beautiful but not very ideal for swimming as during low-tide the water is miles away, but even during high-tide it is very shallow and there are lots of sea urchins. The check-out experience was very disappointing as she tried to make us pay for a bill that was not ours and "miscalculated" the final amount and almost overcharged us by 100,000TZS. After playing around on the calculator for 10 mins it was impossible to figure out how she came up with the final amount is USD, which was again higher than should have been, so we did leave with the feeling that they tried to rip us off. When paying by card they charge extra, which is a common practice on the island, however decent hotels don't do it.
- Laura (5/5): Well-designed property but badly managed, lacked basic hospitality customs. - The hotel is beautiful, both the rooms and the external common spaces. At lunch the fish of the day is very good. There are two free activities offered: the local village tour and the snorkeling dow trip. The hotel also organises other trips for all the main attractions that Zanzibar offers, which you can book even the night before. The property cared to clean the beach from the weeds one morning we were there. Staff doesn’t know how to manage clients’ problems, always asking other members of staff what to do, promises to send maintenance to the room, then forgets. We had to ask for a room change because of the hideous conditions of the room, they hadn’t even thought about offering us this solution. When you ask for new beach towels, they tell you they will bring them to you immediately at the room, but arrived after 4 hours. Our first room had mould in the bathroom caused by leakage of the air conditioning. When you entered the room, it smelled of mould and was unbreathable. Both the nightstands had cobwebs around them and dust. The second room had cobwebs and spiders at every corner, especially in the bathroom, where so many insects (huge spiders, wood termites and worms) came out from the beams on the ceiling. Therefore the surfaces were full of insects, and one evening we found our bed also covered in termites. Again in the second room, the safe didn’t work. They never changed our bed linens nor bath towels. The food at breakfast and dinner was mid, full of spices, with little variety. Shower and sink water stopped for two days so there was no possibility to shower. Electricity went off at least twice a day.

We had a dinner around the pool with a show and before the show finished the staff already started taken the lights and decoration from the tables! At certain point I went to the toilet with my kid and came back and my table was gone!! Really strange! All the staff carrying things around in front of the show!

Me and my partner was trying to find the perfect spot for wedding, and the staff and manager at this hotel made it happen with a very short notice. The setup was so beautiful, and they went above and beyond to make this day special. When we arrived they had decorated the whole room with beautiful romantic decorations and music. The staff was so nice and service minded. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for special occasions or holiday, as this hotel is truly a paradise ❤️ THANK YOU!! Nothing

Spending our days under the coconut trees was the best thing we could have dreamed off with the best cocktails the bartender did for us. What an amazing place. What an amazing stay. Highly recommended. We also loved the attention Mario, the director, provided us every time we asked for places to visit or things to do. Selection at the bar was just fine and the staff was very attentive. Room was a little bit run down, hooks in the wall were not fixed anymore (towel racks). Toilette flush was not working properly. A lot of ‘typical all inclusive entertainment’.

- Andrew (3/5): Very Disappointing and expensive. The management need to up their game. - It was a pretty beautiful local style hotel. The rooms did not have chairs. One of our room flooded frequently due poor plumbing. Also that room had an electrical fault that took a long time to fix. When we arrived the twin room booked only had one bed. It took along time to get another bed. The Hotel tried to charge US$15 per night for the extra bed which was refused. The Laundry came back damp and poorly ironed. It was book on an all inclusive basis but spirits were not included. It was only after having then that the barman admitted that he was unaware and so we paid because we didn’t want him to get into trouble. The food was poor.

- Esther (9/5): Nice place, comfy bed right near the beachj - We booked this place for our son and daughter in law, they really liked it. We did not stay there as it is too noisy for us, music from the bar playing all the time. But our son really liked it. They showed a movie one night and had a band another night so too loud for us. Swimming pool is great, they said breakfast was amazing I don't like how noisy it is.....didn't seem to bother our son too much.

The Breakfast is very good with a lot of different food. Also, dinner was very varied some nights there was traditional cooking or bbq. The cocktails were delicious as well and served on the beach! We were thrilled that we had booked all-inclusive. We slept like babies. This hotel is recommendable! Everybody should do his best, to protect this beautiful piece of beach. Please don't touch any starfish or take them out of the water for just one stupid picture. They are going to die! The Beaches are very clean just close to the hotels. But the further you go, the more plastic you will see. That's so sad!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall its worth the money Limited menu, variety on the buffet breakfast is limited and repeated. Didn't like what one of the waitresses was saying in swahili, she thought I didn't understand. It was not nice, maybe more training is needed.

Perfectly situated and equipp - The delicious and varied option of food, incredible facilities, exceptional customer service from arrival until we left the hotel’s gate. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and extremely accommodating. They made our stay extra special with their smiley faces and warm customer services. Every single staff from the man that cleans the pool at the early hours, the person running around turning on the lights even though it was pouring, the securities, the bar men and women, the room service attendees, maintenance gentleman, the cleaning ladies, the chefs, waiters and waitresses deserve sincere acknowledgment for their incredible work. They made our stay thousand times more enjoyable and just perfect. Nothing

If you put one path in the middle where the stairs are when you go to the buffet, then it’s OK because everyone walks on the grass or you can go from the pool but the shortcut will be nice. The equipment from the fitness can be better the fitness machines are not so good, It needs maintenance

- Franziska (9/5): Superb - The hotel is really nice and clean and not so big which we enjoyed. It is a very quiet location, there is not much around. We knew that beforehand and booked all-inclusive which was well worth it. The staff is exceptional. Everyone is really friendly and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. The pool is nice and there was always enough space at either the pool or the beach to lie down on a lounger. The food was really good as well and the selection at the buffet was great. The rooms were a bit sparsely furnished. Something to put the suitcases on would have been nice and a little bit brighter lights.

- Tori (7/5): If you are looking for a cute romantic getaway, I’d recommend staying here. Otherwise it’s about 1.5 hours from stone to - The staff was amazing!!!! And the beach was super pretty. The price was high for what you get. We did the all inclusive and it honestly would have been cheaper to do the half board and buy lunch at the resort instead (which made no sense). The rooms were ok, but the water didn’t work the best in the showers. The food was only ok. The location was far from everything

We booked a full arrangement, but this means you wont get a full arrangement. You may only choose between a few options. If you pay for the food, you may choose whatever is on the menu.
- Sergiu (9/5): Amazing resort for a few days of chill and rellax - - Amazing facilities and the hotel in general - Great staff, very friendly (even though some looked a bit tired of use towards the end of our stay, as we had all-inclusive and kept ordering stuff) - Great location on the beach - Great cocktails - Great food - They have bikes and kayaks which you can use - They have lots of TV channels so I was able to watch the FA Community Shield (COYG) Really great overall, we ended up extending it for 2 more days - Wi-fi was awful, it was connecting fine but the internet itself was almost nonexistent at times, even at the reception desk. They tried to fix this multiple times but we just gave in. Worth noting that 3G is also very bad in the area so having a sim card didn't really help. - Our room had a sea view but it looks like some staff was working behind our bathroom window and they were really noisy in the morning, laughing, watching videos, etc. Not a big issue but the morning sleep was disrupted at times - It's very windy, not the hotel's fault, but worth noting if you plan your stay there

Hotel is in a small town of Zanzibar and there aren’t restaurants or cafes around the hotel. If you are looking for more options, it might not be a suitable option for you.

It is a little far from other spots if you wanna explore the island. The low tide is mostly during the day, we were only able to swim after 4pm.

The location is a bit off, there are not really any restaurants around. The WiFi was OK but didn't work in all spots of the hotel (for example the restaurant or the beach).

- Yasmin (9/5): Superb - Free 40min boat ride was excellent - great to experience how the local sailboats work, loved it. Complementary snacks and drinks in the room fridge was a great touch. Plenty of complimentary water provided each day. Beach sun beds are lovely. Breakfast pretty good. Aircon didn’t work very well. Quite a lot of cats around the restaurant which can be a bit annoying when you’re eating.

They have two nice pools and the beach is in front of the hotel. They need to improve on the menu,it is very limited on choices. Also the Water in the bathrooms need to be improved, some days there wasn't any water at night and in morning.
- Philip (10/5): Post Tanzanian Safari chill out - Lovely peaceful hotel in a beautiful spot. The staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and welcoming. Only downside is the sea is very tidal so you can only swim when the tide is in but we enjoyed walking out towards the reef at low tide and looked forward to our sea swims and water sports when it came back in again. Just a lovely place.
- Nikolinka (8/5): Excellent - The hotel was a really pleasant place to be. The location was nice and the staff was trying to please customers in most of the cases. The housekeepers were doing an amazing job. The ladies cleaned and sprayed the rooms for mosquitoes every day. Our housekeeper was making shapes of the towels on the bed and decorating them with flowers every time she did our room. The majority of the staff were very cheerful and happy. The food was very nice. However, some of the sweets were not sweet at all. It felt like they run out of sugar for certain sweets. Some of the staff were discussing the guests in Swahili and laughing about them or at least seemed like they did. We were on an all-inclusive rate but some products such as Malibu, which is not a black-label alcohol or in fact, not expensive at all, were not included.

We would go back any time! Location does not seem the best as long drives are many times needed to get to other beaches and touristic attractions.

- Monique (9/5): Highly recommend it! - Lovely hotel right on the beach, the staff is super friendly and the food in the restaurant very tasty, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. They work with a local tourist company via which you can book several tours. Serene area and perfect for solo travellers and couples whom want to relax and recharge. They also offer scooter and bicycle rental which is great to explore the area. If you are looking for a lively area this isn't the hotel for you.
- Ozge (8/5): Value for money, decent room and friendly people - Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, especially pizza from a la carte menu. We love the rooms as it was spacious, very comfortable bed. Water pressure was low and also had a lot of water cut. Pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures. Very poor choice of wine.
