The parking was ridiculous, the pool and hot tub were shut down and the one restaurant was shut down as well. I spent a lot of money and felt cheated for what I thought I would be able to use.

- Tour01475891952 (10/5): Mountain oasis getaway for work. - The wow factor of my stay and room was incredible. I had room c-8 and its opening window overlooked the mountains. Woke up early and opened the sliding glass door to let the mountain fresh air in. It was a dream. This is a perfect time to go, not busy at all. I had the deck all to myself. Wildlife, eagles and a moose could be seen from overlook in the morning. Bed was so comfy! Very clean! Front desk was super welcoming and nice. So many places to explore. The game room is so fun! Arcade, basketball, kids play area with ball pit. Tons of sitting spaces with fireplaces and tvs. Theater room. Hot tub had a beautiful view of mountains. Staff came and brought s’mores kit to us. Hiking trails just below the lodge. Come in July for the wild flowers! I was here for a work retreat and there were a lot of us but it still felt very private which surprised me. Would come back a thousand times over.

The resort has everything- spa, skiing, food, entertainment. Everyone at the resort went out of their way to make our stay special. I highly recommend Snowpine!

When I book a trip it’s important that I am getting the best bang for my buck and that’s what you get at snowpine lodge. The food was amazing, and the slopes were right outside the hotel so very convenient. The shuttle employees were extremely helpful in helping us travel to other areas near Alta. Loved this place and will be looking to book another trip here next ski season !

- timgC3179WZ (10/5): Snowpine Lodge is where you want to stay! - The Snowpine Lodge is hands down the best place to stay for a cozy ski trip atop Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a family-owned hotel with very friendly staff who work to make your trip easy and memorable. The food and drinks at Swen's are exquisite- don't pass on the tomato-herb pasta! The game room for the kids is next level, with a ball pit for the littles and an Xbox for the bigger ones. Don't miss out on a dip in the outdoor pool and a soak in the hot tub as you relive your powder day at Alta.

- SALLY (6/5): - The room and facilities were very nice. Swen's restaurant was excellent with great food and service. We appreciated that they were able to move us from a table directly in front of the kitchen door to a window. A good restaurant planner would have put a wall or a screen in front of the kitchen door. Our TV did not initially work. The ice machine was broken. I ordered one of four dessert wines available at the bar and they were out of it. The worst of it was that our room was located under the kitchen/dining room area which had a hard floor so we heard noise from that throughout the evening and early morning. At some point in the middle of the night the screen on the bedside telephone started flashing for no apparent reason and we had to unplug it to get it to stop. We expected a better experience for the price. I would go back to the restaurant but probably not the hotel.
- TrabvelTooMuch (10/5): Memorable ski experience with cozy accommodations and excellent staff. - We went here for my wife's birthday and the experience was excellent. The highlight were the staff. Some notable folks were Audrey at reception, Jon in Swen's restaurant, chef Tom from the Gulch, who stopped in after shift and talked with us quite a bit- and the entire staff at the Gulch. Because there are few eating choices when staying at Alta without a car, we were at the Gulch several times, and the quality and variety were great. The accommodations feature a premium location. Go down to the ski locker, suit up and ski out the door to the rope tow to the lift. Nothing could be easier. Very comfortable with cozy spaces to hang out apres ski and a very nice yoga room, with classes for a pre-ski stretch. The location, accommodations and staff made this a special occasion.
- Travel592407 (10/5): The Snowpine Lodge exceeded our expectations for our family of five. - The Snowpine Lodge exceeded our expectations for our family of five. This was our family's first time visiting Alta, after having lived in SLC 20 years ago. From the moment we arrived, Snowpine welcomed us with open arms and made our experience at one of the best ski destinations on the planet seamless and enjoyable for all ages—parents, as well as our 12, 9, and 6-year-olds. Every staff member was helpful and accommodating. A special shoutout goes to the staff who worked the night of the avalanche on 3/18, when we received 32 inches of snow in 24 hours. It was a wild night for everyone, and the team went above and beyond, working overtime to assist hotel guests and those stranded with us for hours. We hope we brought gratitude and a shared passion for skiing to Snowpine's walls and can’t wait to return next year. Additionally, Jackson's Hideaway was fantastic. Their ski selection was excellent (wide, wide, wide!), and the staff was eager to help us get out there to shred the powder. Finally, Alpine Transportation comes highly recommended. - Belaural07 (6/5): Great location, beautiful hotel, service not as good as before in some respects - I’ve stayed at Snowpine twice before, and the location is unbeatable and the hotel is beautiful. However, this time, the hotel felt more disorganized and the staff seemed less attentive. I’m not sure if it’s the management or something else. Ultimately, it boils down to value for money. This is a very expensive hotel, and when it’s run well, it feels like a European 5-star hotel. But when it’s run poorly, it feels like a Sub 4-star hotel that should cost half the price. We saw some familiar faces working at the spa, front desk, and porter/bellhop, and all of them seemed to be doing their jobs very well. Few of them were excellent. The breakfast service was average. You can order à la carte, but it takes way too long to get your food. On two separate days, I waited over 30 minutes for my meal. The buffet was okay, but nothing special. The eggs were just powdered eggs. The rooms also seemed to be not as clean. The sheets were torn on the bottom , bad pillows, low quality sheets, mattresses old and the water from the sink was milky white. Left with our necks hurting from those pillows. Despite these issues, the spa was nice, and the massages were all excellent. The grotto was also super nice. Overall, the food was pretty great, even though it was very expensive. But it just seemed like this hotel wasn’t being run very well, like it used to be. Like I said above great location beautiful interiors but 5 star prices without 5 star service in some areas. We would stay here again but would like to see the service get back to how it was in the past ..

- Global26645604494 (4/5): Meh. Unrealized potential. If you get a supercheap deal, go ahead otherwise go elsewhere. - I’ve been here a few times since it opened. I keep wanting it to be what it can be. The building is beautiful. The location is very good. But that only goes so far. It wants to be a high-end hotel, but it just isn’t happening and it is not maturing in the right direction. The staff is usually pretty good, but they are spread too thin. What are the front desk, the bar/cafe, or the shuttle drivers. I’ve been going to Alta for many years and was excited that simply opened up where you were not required to eat breakfast and dinner as part of the day rate. The problem is the on-site. Restaurant is just not good. Breakfast which is such an easy meal is just subpar. Dinner suffers from Service issues and although some of the meals were good others. The preparation was just mediocre. The cafe/bar is good for drinks when there’s just a few people around, but anytime there’s more than that such as late afternoon early evening it is a total mess. Way underserved and in fact frequently service with an attitude which maybe you can’t blame if being overworked is a persistent problem. I can’t expecting it as the hotel got busier over the years they would be able to grow the staff and mature the staff so has to be able to provide a professional first class experience. Maybe the hotel’s not getting busy enough to support the seasonal nature of a hotel at a ski resort. There seems to be plenty of availability there a quick look sees the rustler out the lodge and Peruvian are usually booked up. Perhaps that’s because they have a long-term repeat clientele or perhaps it’s a combination of that and the fact that they have a mature effective system to service clients in such a way to bring them back over and over. I’m getting the sense that guests must be trying out snow Pine Lodge, and having an experience that does not motivate them to return. It’s so unfortunate it’s such a beautiful facility. Hopefully management will shake things up if they continue to flounder- unless the owner has such deep pockets that it doesn’t matter!

Beds are very comfortable Booking a room on booking.com consistently means that the hotel will provide me with a room described but usually not in a great location or a “noisy” room. That was the case this time where we were put in a room closest to the road and on a high floor with extremely high heat where the noise from the plows and the heat kept us up the entire night When I spoke to the manager @7 am she was unwilling to accommodate us and move our room for the next night. She even admitted because we didn’t book through their website and with a third-party that she was unable to switch our room. It was not until the second night when I asked them to turn the heat off completely and it kept coming back on because of some power outages that the Front Desk person suggested he move our room (miraculously there was another room to move us to at 9:00 pm ) To which I declined (luckily they were finally able to shut off the heat and there were no Plows the second night ) Otherwise this hotel is on a great location (ski in ski out) and pretty comfortable The bar (no reservation needed) has good food and accommodated us to put grilled salmon on a salad Staff was super friendly to us The gym has one peloton and two treadmills and it’s in a very small room next to the spa The pool is very nice and they have two outdoor hot tubs

GOOD - state of the art facilities, incl ski locker area stocked w home-made cookies, guest rooms, each floor off the elevator had it's own open living area with a fireplace. Lobby-pub area, centered by an open fireplace, is very well designed offering a steady buzz of happy guests congregating after a powder day. - Great spa! Best massage ever. Ask for Laura BAD - dinner options very limited. other than a decent breakfast, food was awful at Swen's. Way overpriced. (great dinner at The Aerie Cliff Lodge Snowbird) - Service was subpar. Staff often defensive but never rude. It felt like the guest was a nuisance half the time. Included bell service, Gulch pub wait staff, and front desk at times (we called at 5pm asking to have the room cleaned and a roll of toilet paper delivered. they responded with "we're busy and we have X rooms to clean". The dining staff at Swen's were great. - Zero internet. WIFI didn't function. We weren't able to get online once reverting to personal hotspots (response from front desk - "we're at full capacity...many people are using it") No UGLY. Given the above, prices were painful. Management needs to turn this place around. We're rooting for you.

- DFam1970 (10/5): Amazing Cozy Resort packed with Amenities - Unlike most hotels where they pack as many rooms as possible into the footprint of the building, this one has large common areas in the center of each floor with fireplaces and couches. One of the floors has a gigantic game room with skeet ball, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, basketball and video games. A great way to end the day since the slopes close at 4:30. The gulch is a quaint bar serving quality beers at $5 a bottle (Fat Tire for ex, not bud light) and more craft beers for $7 with Live music on both Thursday night and Friday night that we were there. Swens is fine dining on site, as advertised, since we didn't go. The Gulch had plenty of options and tables for eating bar style food like burgers, steak salad (gigantic steak on the salad for $28) and enough options. We were disappointed they didn't have their shop stocked with any clothing, memorabilia or ski gear for sale, but not so disappointed I would reduce my rating. Especially since our first day my son hurt his knee and though the room was nonrefundable, since he couldn't ski the next day, they let us out a day early without penalty. Ski rental right on site. Everyone on premises was so friendly. My other minor complaint was the pillows were just too fluffy and because it was so cold outside, maybe I couldn't figure out the thermostat, but I was hot and cold all night both nights. Again, too many fantastic things for those little things to bring down my rating. Literally ski in, ski out with a lift at the end of the day taking you right back up to where ski rentals were located. And the ski lifts right at the property are free if you are a beginner. And, as a hotel guest, you have a special line at the lift so you don't need to wait. Two different Jacuzzis by the pool were used by many, and tho not us, a great amenity. Worth the $1k/night we paid.

We’re certainly going to try to come back as often as we can. With the easiness of ski in ski out / the awesomeness of the terrain and powder / the friendliness of the staff / the kid-friendliness of the hotel with that playroom / the spa facilities. Wow what a great place - couldn’t recommend it more.

- patrickdK6506MN (2/5): Such potential. Such a disappointment - It’s a bit tacky to check in to a hotel which is maybe 60% empty and not be offered a complimentary upgrade. (Don’t they want me to be impressed and return?) One of the magic aspects of Alta is the dark night sky, especially being so close to a big city. But Snowpine's unnecessary “security” lighting is worthy of a high crime area. Which Alta isn’t. Snowpine’s outdoor security lights mar that dark sky magic for no good reason. It’s more than a little bit strange to call the front desk of a hotel and have the person answer with a suspicious “Hello?” (What did I do wrong?) It’s weird to install bed frames that are actually hazardous to a person’s health. (The foot of the frame is a couple of inches wider than the top, so it sticks out that extra 2”. Enough to catch the unwary human walking by. A toe killer.) It’s equally hazardous to not consider nighttime safety. (No nightlight in the loo. It’s completely dark in there. Not considering this during construction just means you’re cheap.)

We skied at Snowbird because Alta had closed for the season a week earlier. Very convenient to the ski slopes. The breakfast that was served was not their usual excellent hot breakfast. The hotel manager called us before our visit and explained what we could expect. Because Alta had just closed they had very low occupancy and could not fully staff a hot breakfast. The food was OK.

The staff are extremely friendly and were helpful from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The room was nice, clean, and perfectly functional for the little time we spent in it. The bed was pretty comfortable too, especially after full days of skiing. The breakfast buffet has the basics to get you ready for a day of skiing. We had dinner at the Gulch each night of our stay, its pub food, nothing to write home about, and more or less what we expect from a ski area hotel. The nest kid's area was fun for the little ones and the ski lockers are a nice benefit . We would probably stay here again if we wanted to stay on Mountain at Alta.

- Pioneer_Frontier (4/5): No hot water, unprofessional owner/management for this price point - No hot water for 4+ days for entire facility. They did comp breakfast for two days and offered a removing a $50 resort fee, which is a slap in the face considering their nightly rates and the severity of the issue. Have visited Snowpine multiple times in winter and each time there have been major facility failures (no heat, no hot water, etc). Kept giving it a chance but we're done after this last visit. No real customer-service from upper management, they seemed detached, inexperienced, or just don't care. While most staff are solid, just below the surface, this "4-star luxury" lodge misses on many levels at this price point, it honestly felt like a 2-3-star property compared to properties in Deer Valley, Solitude, etc. Seems like they spent all the money on the main entry, dining and bar area - certainly not the rooms. Recent experience Room/Facility * No hot water for entire property for four+ days, then a mix of ice cold, lukewarm, hot - unpredictable. No hot showers/hand-washing for 4+days. Assume kitchen/bar did not have hot water either - if I could not wash my hands with hot water, how could the kitchen or bar staff do it? Salt Lake Health Department (@saltlakehealth) - this is a public health issue * Housekeeping adequate but inconsistent, replaced waters some days and sometimes only one bottle, some days no bottles. Did not replace some bathroom products for entire stay. *Towels are cheap, scratchy type towels * Noisy heating system in room * Noisy facility systems behind walls in room * Safe in room not bolted down, someone could easily walk off with it * Chromecast did not work in room * Pool never opened for entire stay * No service elevator for staff * Other things just felt overly worn for a 4-year-old property. Bartenders * Touching their face and/or hair, then using the same bare hand to place ice cubes into glass, squeeze lemon/lime into drink and/or cut fruit slices to place on drink * Mis-poured a drink, then handed to a server and told them they could drink it and they took into side bar closet * Coached guests how to take their drinks to their room, which bartender previously told them was illegal in state of Utah * Poured a double-shot of liquor for a staff member, who then drank them right there; bartender previously denied guest a double-shot stating it was illegal in state of Utah * Think Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (@UtahABS) would have some thoughts on this Staff * 90% of the staff were great, friendly, hard-working, customer-service oriented people with a professional attitude (front desk, dining room, chef). The porters who drove shuttle van + assisted with luggage were outstanding and awesome pros. * No one at top level understands customer service * Owner has zero hotel or customer service experience and it shows, clearly didn't get the proper hot water or heating system * Constant turnover - there's been a new GM, Chef and Dining Room manager each season that makes one wonder why they can't retain key staff members * Concern for the J1 staff - all they seem to do was clear tables and refill water glasses, appears they are getting a raw deal Food * Breakfast was decent, overpriced - only option was $25 per-person buffet * Dinners were good Compensation offered * Front desk offered to remove the $50 resort fee per night from our stay, a savings of $250. - josephf105 (10/5): Amazing stay! - Our stay was incredible. I traveled to the Snowpine to ski with my two boys (ages 10 and 7). Aside from the stunning location and perfect Alta ski in ski out access, the amenities of hotel were perfect. It is spacious enough with a wonderful game room with ball pit, a lounge/fireplace on most floors, pool/hot tub, spa, and fantastic pub and restaurant without feeling ‘too’ big. We felt very relaxed and comfortable there. At one point, my 7 year old and I were on the elevator making our way to the pool, and the doors opened and we saw his brother sitting on chair reading on a different floor by the fire. Everything was well thought out with helpful touches such as the movable tree stumps in game room so littler kids could play the (free) games. I am not sure if it’s ski culture and/or the thoughtfulness of hotel design, but was nice to see so many kids around playing without having faces in screens. The staff is also wonderful. It was clear folks liked being there and went above and beyond to make the stay more enjoyable. I bumped into one of the bartenders who took time to tell me about the live music going on at the Pub (I went and was fantastic). The French woman at counter checking us out offered suggestions on where my family might want to go on our summer vacation to France. The valet came to the ski lockers to check on us to see if we needed help. Again and again, was overly impressed with the staff. The room was clean and spacious with frequent servicing and restocking of complementary waters. Funny enough, I almost cancelled the snowpine after reading some of the less than positive reviews. What a mistake that would have been.
- chrissC213DN (2/5): $1300/night for no hot water, understaffed hotel - We spent three nights at the Snow Pine in January. Thankfully the snow was great, but the hotel was absolutely horrific. First - no hot water. For three days. Where it gets worse, is that there was zero communication from the hotel about this. No apologies, no note under the door... nothing. The basic level of communication that you'd get at a holiday inn when there's some work being done... nothing. When I asked the front desk I was told, "sorry, but there's nothing we can do. We outsource that, so it's not our fault." "It's not our fault..." Again - $1,300/night. Breakfast - two out of three days there was no coffee when we arrived around 8am. The two staff that covered the breakfast were overwhelmed, but friendly. Coffee eventually came. Again - $1,300/night. They push their recreation room, which was great. Half of the arcade games were broken though the entire stay. The staff didn't seem to be aware. Again - $1,300/night. One of our last day they wouldn't extend our room, but there are bathrooms where you can shower after skiing. Sticking with the college theme, both of the two bathrooms were trashed, neither had towels larger than hand sized, and both had broken doors. The shower was clogged so it was flooding the bathroom. It's hard to explain how gross this was... think college and why you wore flip flops in the shower. Again - $1,300/night. We showered with a boot bag in front of the door with throwbacks to hanging a sock on your door handle. Again - $1,300/night. The room - tiny. For some reason the bed was crammed in the corner like a college dorm. No closest, and a design inspired barn door to the bathroom which is great if you like hearing your partners bathroom noises. Avoid this place like the understaffed plague that it is.

- Karen (10/5): Best experience in every way! - My sister, two daughters and I just finished a five day stay at this wonderful Hotel. I can not say enough about the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff! Tom, Jack, Carol....all went above and beyond. The hotel was clean, the room comfortable and well appointed and the food in both restaurants was suburb. We also did a spa day at stillwell spa and thought it was one of the best spas we have ever visited. You will not be disappointed to stay here!!!!

They have it all - great food, comfy rooms, a fantastic spa, ski-in, ski-out, and wonderful amenities like cookies and hot chocolate after your day on the slopes! The common spaces on each floor contain cozy couches and roaring fireplaces.

- Brunette (6/5): disappointment with a room downgrade and management communication - The hotel has a great location, you do not need to walk to the ski lift, it's right near the exit. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tube with a view. Stylish, modern decor plus having a bar and a restaurant inside was an advantage for us. Many thanks go to Ella, who delivered hot boiled water every day w/o a reminder for our baby needs! Unfortunately, there were a big disappointment with a room and how the management handled the situation. 1. Check in We're checked in the deluxe king room which clearly wasn't suitable for stay. It had someone's clothes in a drawer, wet carpet near one side of the bed with weird odor and the only window was blocked by snow mass on 2/3. On our request they moved us to another room. It was a standard king and we're missing a bath tube and a coach that initially was planned for the baby. 2. Communication on a manager level After our room downgrade no one followed up with us. Before the check out my spouse talked to a manager and agreed on 20% off the room rate (as a refund for our pre-paid room) and dismiss of any fees on our balance. What was a surprise that it didn't happen! For a week we called 3 times and left messages without any call back. I think such customer relationship is not acceptable at 4 star hotel, do not recommend to stay here.

- Nick (6/5): - I stayed at Snowpine to Ski Alta for 4 days in 2024. On the plus side, it's an amazing location right on the slopes. The facility was beautiful and modern and very tastefully designed. The ski storage and locker area is a huge convenience and the hot tub/pool is a great way to unwind after the ski day. You pay extra if you want to use the spa tubs. My room was very clean and modern. On the negative side, my room was located right below the kitchen (room D2) so every morning at 6AM and from appx 9PM-12AM at night, I not only heard, but felt the noise and vibrations. I used a white noise machine and earplugs and still was woken up and/or disturbed. I called the desk to complain and was told that it would stop. No offer to move me or otherwise rectify. My nightly rate was $1,300 which did not include another ~$200 a night for taxes, fees and other miscellany. For $1,500 a night for a 1 bedroom, I'd expect a bit more. Which brings me to the staff. I didn't get the sense that they were professionals with experience in hospitality, with the exception of the bellman--who were great. I'm not expecting grovelling or subservience, but at least some level of customer-centricity would be an improvement. I ate in the restaurant once for dinner and had breakfast there 2 times--it's a good buffet. I also ate at the bar. The food and service was decent at both, but again, some of the staff didn't appear to have much service experience and were a bit apathetic.

- 589JenniferW (10/5): Exceptional Service - Within 14 hours of arriving at Snowpine Lodge with the intention to ski for 3 days, I broke my ankle. Instead of going home we decided to stay. While it wasn’t the ski vacation I planned, I still ended up having a vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed. They were helpful as I learned how to use crutches. I used as many amenities as I could with a broken ankle, which turned out to be many. The lodge was beautiful and the views were incredible. My friend had a great time skiing and enjoyed all of the skiing amenities. I will return to Snowpine once I am healed.

- Dreamer31176525534 (2/5): No hot water! No room service! - No hot water!! Who wants to be skiing all day, come back to your room and take a hot shower? Well that won’t be happening here! The issue has been brought to multiple peoples attention with no return call or resolution. I asked to be connected with the hotel manager and was told he/she was onsite but busy. I asked for a return call but never received one. A luxury hotel without room service? You can find that here as well as fruit flies in the glasses at the gulch bar; our bourbon neat came with some extra flavor! They do offer restaurant take out but when we called the restaurant was too busy to do a take out order until after 8 pm. When I did place an order they said they would call when it was ready for pickup; no one ever called. I guess the front desk ate the food?? I would absolutely not recommend this place for anyone who has experienced a true luxury property or one with hot water!! We had enough after four nights and departed as soon as they finally told us the hot water would be fixed on Wednesday; the day we were supposed to check out. When I told the front desk agent we would be leaving since he now confirmed the issue would not be fixed for another five days he said, “sounds good”. Absolutely zero level of customer service!! A week without hot water- NO THANKS! The hotel offered no other available solutions ie a hot shower in the spa (if they had hot water) or a different room if only part of the building was impacted by the issue. WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!

Loved the multiple sitting areas throughout the hotel. Loved the whole decor/design of the place. Loved the ski shop/rental inside the hotel The staff was very kind and attentive. The food at the bar was excellent. And of course the warm cookies and hot chocolate when you come back from skiing if you have noisy neighbors, you do hear them fairly easily...but this was not a regular issue. Also there are not many options for food. Bringing your own snacks for after ski helped. Wish long stay hotel clients could access the sauna/ steam room without extra fee.
- Ayse (1/5): Poor facilities, incompetent staff - During my recent six-day stay at this hotel, which commands a nightly rate in the luxury segment, I encountered a blend of positive and concerning elements. While the establishment's ambiance initially promised a premium experience, the reality diverged in several aspects. Instances of unprofessionalism and subtle racial insensitivity left a mark, creating a less-than-ideal environment. Additionally, the absence of temperature control in the room, coupled with persistent noise, detracted from the anticipated comfort. One notable issue was the inconsistency in staff conduct, exemplified by a variable check-in experience with Kayra. The process proved to be notably prolonged, and Kayra's approach conveyed a discernible bias against third-party bookings. This treatment, delivered in a discriminatory manner, added unnecessary frustration to an otherwise eagerly anticipated stay. If the hotel wishes to discourage third-party bookings, a more transparent approach and withdrawal from such platforms would be preferable. All guests, regardless of booking method, contribute equally and should be accorded the same level of respect and efficiency in service. This episode underscored the importance of consistent and fair treatment for all patrons, irrespective of their booking source. The disappointment extended to the swimming pool experience. Despite the temperature falling below the specified 85-90 range, the staff declined our request to increase it, rendering the pool unusable. The inconsistent service from the employees, who proved to be a mix of hits and misses, was evident. On a positive note, I would like to commend the assistance provided by Tom in facilitating transfers during our stay. However, the overall experience underscores the need for the establishment to address and standardize service quality across all facets of the guest experience. However, the most notable discrepancy occurred on the final night at the hotel's restaurant.
- KATHRYN (2/5): - I have come tonthis property 5 years and each year it gets worse. The location is phenomenal. Staff is uneducated or downright rude. They do not care when you tell them what is occurring. Housekeeping is a joke. Room is dirty every day. But everything is expensive.
