The rooms and surroundings could be cleaner as there was visible dust in light fixtures and near the pool and surroundings, the pool shower was also visibly dirty, the spa in the bathtub was really dirty as we tried to use it once and the water got dirty after we turned on the spa.

We also loved that we could choose the time for house keeping to clean our room. The free shuttle service to town was very convenient. The staff couldn't do enough for us and they were always so kind. Most of all, we loved our Villa with the downstairs living area and very private pool. We can't wait to come back again.

• Taha (9/5): Great Villa with Private Pool - The villa with the private pool is fantastic. The pool is closed from three sides. From the open side, it is covered by trees so it is almost impossible from anyone outside to see. The villa is clean overall but being in a tropical area, seeing insects is expected especially at the pool area. Nothing harmful though. The place is quiet unlike many other options in Bali. If you want peaceful, relaxing stay, this is the one to go for. The food is also excellent & tasty. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money too. Highly recommended overall. Only downside is that it is far from main Bali attractions if you are planning to go to a lot of places. So you need to plan your day trips in the early morning (around 8 AM).

• Emma (10/5): Luxury privacy and great service, beautiful place to relax - Most comfortable bed ever! Lovely villa with all the luxuries. Superb staff and delicious food. Peaceful, relaxing and great massage too. We ordered room service a few times and everything was delicious. Location was out of the way, which meant we needed to organise transport rather than. Strolling down to a nice bar.

We really enjoyed the breakfast options whether it was in the villa or at the restaurant. The villa provided privacy which is what we were looking for. Also really loved that every time we spoke to someone they knew who we were without having to say which villa we came from which gave a more personalized experience The location was a little tricky I felt like we couldn’t walk around although we probably could have if we didn’t have a small kid with us though.

We couldn’t swim in our private pool as the pool filtration system was not working. The fridge was in the downstairs area where the pool was. We moved it upstairs to where we slept.

Room service food was reasonably priced and the food served was really delicious, generously portioned and beautifully presented. Would stay again. The pool was smaller than it looked like in photos.

• Tenille (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at Tanadewa - the staff were all really lovely, villa with private pool was spacious and had everything we needed and breakfast was really good. The location is a bit of a distance from the beach areas - shuttle was good but as people who like to walk a lot the immediate area around the villas wasn’t ideal for this which mean getting grabs to dinner etc. The spa was really lovely - Asih provided a super relaxing experience.

• Lyra (7/5): Pleasant stay - The staff were very kind, accommodating, and approachable. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Our toilet’s not working properly, the bath tub and pool is not that clean. Although I asked them to have the pool cleaned and they cleaned it, it still looks a bit grimy. Location wise if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Unfortunately there’s not much cafe’s nearby. You need to get a “grab” to get into the restaurants and marts. However, I really love the staff. They make you feel comfortable. So even with the above mentioned, I would still come to this place cause I know my requests will be heard.

• David (4/5): Resort rooms are very old and run down with a lack of ammenities with in them. - The breakfast & staff were very good with a lot of options and nice view. Resturant is very basic but acceptable the location of the resort was out of the way and you needed to catch a taxi or driver yourself to get anywhere, road in front of resort was dangerous and there was nothing around it!!

• Yesra (5/5): Excellent service and hospitality although Villa is on a steep incline which could be tough for kids, elderly and pregna - The service was phenomenal and the staff really go above and beyond when you need something, they are super prompt and always willing to assist. The restaurant has nice views and the food is always clean and tasty. It’s on a steep incline, we struggled with many drivers not being able to drive the manual cars up the driveway which would at times result in the cars rolling backwards. There’s stairs to access Villa, reception, and restaurant area. The location is a little secluded meaning you can’t walk the streets safely as the footpaths aren’t existent, we needed to order drivers anywhere we wanted to go. The gym could do with some upgraded equipment, the treadmill would just suddenly stop when running. The Villa was decent in terms of cleanliness although the sheets, towels and linen seemed like they needed a good clean. The shower also had a fair bit of build up unfortunately which was a bit icky to shower in and the swimming pool needed a deep clean.

Unfortunately the property wasn’t located where I thought it was. It was advertised as Nusa Dua but was on the outskirts about 15min taxi ride from Nusa Dua, so unfortunately needed to get taxi’s where we needed to go. It wasn’t a suitable place to walk

We had to get a taxi to go to Nsu dua beach and the shops. Although we had the free shuttle which was great. But to go shopping in Kuta or out for dinner and lunch anywhere you had to get a taxi. We tried to go for a walk near the villa one day but only went about 10 mins as it was a bit dangerous with no proper footpaths or then on the main road so noisy and nothing to see !!

The breakfast every morning in Tanadewa Lounge was our favourite part of the whole trip. All of the staff were incredible, the best service we have ever experienced. We had the trip of a lifetime. The downstairs pool area could have been cleaner when we arrived, though the staff were great and came to clean the pool and sweep up the leaves etc everyday

We had no hot water in our villa for the first day we asked to have it looked at and that was sorted within the day. It’s location made it hard to get around by foot, not many shops or restaurants close by. Located on a hill so many stairs to walk up and down including inside the villa. The kitchenette didn’t have glasses or wine glasses, no long life milk, we had to pay for that. You had to ask for everything including having the mosquito coils lit each night. The restaurant food was very basic.
