• CHANGYONG (10/5): Goooood! - 조식, 석식, 시설, 서비스 등 모든 것에 만족했습니다. 부모님, 할머니와 같이 묵었는데, 다들 만족하셨습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하셔서 매우 편하게 지냈습니다. 위치가 오르막을 꽤 놀라가야해서 렌터카가 아니라면 조금 힘들 수도 있겠네요

The staff were kind as well. There was nothing particularly disappointing, but if I had to pick one thing, it was a little far from the main street. Still, it was within walking distance.

• ARANG (8/5): - 온천물이 천연이라 매끄럽고 좋았습니다 어매니티 준비되어 있고 유카타도 요긴하게 잘 입었습니다 객실도 깔끔하고 냉장고에 맥주와 물 음료수 제공되어서 온천하면서 잘 마셨습니다! 녹차랑 커피도 맛있어요! 대욕탕은 안가봤고 방에서만 프라이빗하게 했는데도 좋았어요 날이 추웠지만 에어컨 히터로 빵빵하게 틀어놔주셔서 괜찮았어요! 특히 가이세키가 빠르게 진행되는점이 아주 좋았고 음식 간이 쎄지않아서 부모님도 잘 드셨습니다! 가이세키 서빙해주신분들이 친절하셔서 밥맛이 더 좋았던것 같아요! 조식때 제공되는 블랙커피도 맛있습니다!! 송영서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠어요 갈땐 택시탔는데 체크아웃하고 택시요청 했는데 갑자기 눈이 많이와서 택시가 안잡힌다고 해서 유후인 역까지 케리어 끌고 눈맞으면서 가느라 고생했어요ㅎㅎ 30분정도 걸리는데 초반 10분이 내리막길이라 힘들었어요~ 바로 옆집 료칸은 송영차가 있어서 손님들 태우고 내려가더라고요ㅜㅠ 너무 부러웠습니다ㅎㅎ 날씨탓이니 어쩔수 없죠ㅜㅠ 2틀 연박했는데 가이세키 메뉴가 양일 비슷한 느낌이라 아쉬웠고 객실내 샤워실 샤워기 수압이 너무 약해서 머리감기 힘들어요! 직원분들중에 외국인분들도 계셔서 먼가 생소했지만 친절하셨어요! 되려 카운터에 계시던 일본인 젊은 여성분이랑 중년 여성분이 좀 까칠하시더라구요ㅎㅎ 두분다 언어 소통이 안될때 화를 좀 내시던데...객실 청소 시간에 대한 안내사항 소통이 잘 안됐었는데 화를 내셔서 좀 무서웠어요ㅎㅎ 요즘은 핸드폰 번역이 잘되니 전달사항이나 주의사항 정도는 사전에 안내지가 같이 제공되면 좋을 것 같아요!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended for Onsen vocation - Locates away from the busy area. There are only 6 houses which provides a perfect, quiet and realxing environment for healing vocation. Food and service are amazing. I speacially love the dinner there. Room is large and clean. We planed to go out to shop a bit, but ended up staying in hotel becuase the room and onsen are too great.

• jieun (10/5): 친절하고 깨끗한 료칸 - 즐거운 료칸 경험이었습니다 유후역에서 멀리 떨어진 편이지만 치키 서비스로 짐을 보내둘 수 있어서 좋아요 체크아웃할때는 택시 불러주셔서 편합니다 침구가 상당히 편하고 깨끗해요 온천수도 잘 나오고 편안한 여행이었습니다 가이세키도 아주 만족스러웠어요 맛있습니다 개별 노천탕에서 유후산이 안 보이는 것은 아쉬웠지만 방에서는 바로 보여서 좋았어요 무엇보다 정말 친절하십니다

• Terence (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and comfortable as expected. Free beers and drinks were available in the fridge. The food was very nice and delicious. Service was good too. We paid for a room with 2 separate private onsens but only one worked. On the first night, the smaller onsen tub is way too cold to sit in it comfortably especially in winter. Then the next day, it was extremely hot so it's impossible for anyone to sit in it. As it was after dinner that we used the onsen in our room, it's too late to notify the hotel staff about the problem. So we ended up only have one private onsen to use in our room although there were 2 onsen in the room. Very disappointed. The public male onsen was empty with almost no water in the pool when we wanted to use it before dinner. By the time we told the hotel staff who tried to rectify the issue (they were not aware of the issue to begin with), it was too late to use it. Again disappointing. The Japanese staff at the hotel does not speak English. So we can only communicate with the 2 English-speaking staff whose English was not fluent and sometimes not easy to understand. Would be nice if more fluent English-speaking staff were available. As the hotel is located up the hill, it can be tiring walking up the hill after spending time walking around the shops. Taxis were not easily available so walking back was the only option.
• Wincym (4/5): The whole experience was average. - The room is very spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable. The serving staffs are nice. The receptionist was very unfriendly and impatient. I stayed at different onsen resorts in Japan before and this is the first resort that do not provide shuttle or pick up service. We have private onsen at our room but the water was not hot at all. Very disappointing.

• Kelvin (9/5): Excellent for a relaxing stay away from the city - We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was beautiful from the exterior building design to the interior of the room. It gave a calm and tranquil atmosphere perfect to relax. Clean facilities all around. We appreciated the design of the shower area next to the private bath. The public bath was clean and nice too. The staff here were efficient, professional and very friendly. The ingredients in the first dinner were a little underwhelming and the progression of the courses on that menu felt a little mismatched. Our second night dinner was much better. Breakfast was good too.

• Raissa (9/5): I would always come back to this peaceful and special place! - The best thing at this place was the peaceful area. The only sound you would hear is the sound of nature and singing birds. The view out of the window was into the mountains, very beautiful. Also we liked the fact that there was lots of space in our room to fit our luggage in. The only thing I allow myself to complain about is, when having dinner or breakfast they make you pay extra if you like to have an extra portion of vegetables or something you liked in particular. Considering themselves as a 5-Star Hotel and being very expensive to their customers, I would expect a little more generosity regarding this fact.

• HEEBYUNG (8/5): - 이숙박은 거의다 훌륭했습니다. 단지 산속에 있다보니 밤에 편의점까지 사러 나가기가 조금 무서웠구요. 한국인 직원도 좀 있엇으면 좋겠네요. 직원분들의 서비스도 좋앗고 무지 친절했습니다. 단지 영어 구사시 중동분들처럼 보이시던데 발음상인지 저의 영어 능력이 좀 딸려서인지 무슨말인지 잘 안들리는것도 있었구요. 차라리 그분들 일본어 실력이 더 좋았던거 같아요^^ 그리고는 다 좋았습니다. 음식도 최고였구요. 친절도는 정말 좋았어요. 단지 픽업이 안된다는거 좀 불편했습니다.^^ 그래도 잘놀고 잘먹고 왔네요^^

• Verified traveler (10/5): ~~ - 하카타 역에서 조금 거리가 있습니다. 픽업 서비스는 따로 해주고 있지 않아서 택시 이용하시는게 좋아요. 한국어를 하시는 직원 분은 따로 안 계신 것 같아서 가급적 영어, 일본어 하실 수 있는 분이 가시면 좋을거같아요
• Anna (10/5): 유후인 최고의 료칸 - 최고의 료칸이었어요 직원분들도 너무친절하셨고 숙소도 멋지고 아름다웠어요 온천도 정말 좋았습니다. 식사도 최고였습니다. 다시 후쿠오카에 가게된다면 꼭 다시 묵고싶습니다.

• JIYEON (6/5): - 직원분들이 친절하고 음식이 맛있습니다. 하지만 다다미방 입구쪽에서 곰팡이 냄새가 났고 바닥 가시들이 바지에 달라 붙고, 심지어 바지안까지 파고 들어 살을 찌르는 바람에 매우 불편했습니다. 또한 개인탕 물이 미끌거리고 냄새가 나는등 개인탕의 전반적인 위생관리가 광장히 떨어지는 편이었습니다. 또한 뜨거운 물이 나오는 곳이 탕 가장자리 한가운데에 있어 목욕하다가 화상입었습니다. 개인적으로 20만원대 료칸보다 급이 많이 떨어지는 느낌이었습니다.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 완벽한 료칸 - 별채에서 2박3일 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다. 온천수의 수질은 아주 좋았고 아침과 저녁식사도 완벽했습니다. 직원분들이 친절하셔서 불변함 없이 편안하게 지냈습니다.
• Verified traveler (10/5): ゆっくりできました - 雨の日でしたが、駐車場まで傘をもって迎えにきてくれるなどHospitalityが行き届いており、すばらしい旅行になりました。 また、家族風呂は露天風呂もあり広く、ゆったり堪能しました。
• Kim Kwang (10/5): - Excellent stay, onsen was very good & bath with privacy. Dinner & breakfast were sumptuous & excellent spread. Only down side is our Japanese style house is facing an elevated carpark without privacy.

• kazuo (10/5): 最高でした！ - 部屋に露天風呂があり泉質が最高でした。 夕食の出されるタイミングが絶妙で美味しくいただきました。リピートしたい宿です。
• Yuko (8/5): また泊まりたい - 部屋もお湯も最高でした。本当はサービスも行き届いた心遣いで居心地良かったのです。が、きづかなかったのですけど、食事の時のお酒の値段が違っていました。グラスで頼んだのですが、片方が一合になっていたので、その分残念。
• Miriam (10/5): 十分棒的溫泉旅館 - 服務很周到，房間內的私人風呂在露天位置，很舒服，房間很大，很舒適。 晚餐和早餐都有驚喜，很多食物種類，食物很新鮮和味道十分好。酒店很貼心會準備小朋友的用餐，食物很合適，服務亦很好。 公共的溫泉可以供預約作私人風呂，很棒！泉水很好，溫度合適，酒店整體十分好，很適合來渡假放鬆一下。 酒店離金麟湖大以15分鐘路程，要上山的一段斜路，建議駕車前往，但步行也不太難。 會推薦給大家。
• SC (10/5): - The staff is friendly and attentive . The dinner keiseki was very good . However the location is slightly remote , the walk to the shops is slightly tiring .

• Ben (6/5): - Everything was okay except too small. Bed cushion is too soft and bed is not fixed at all.
• Roger (10/5): - The setting in the countryside was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were extraordinary in their care and attention to detail. The food was outstanding with such a variety of exquisitely prepared and served dishes. The accommodation was spacious and luxurious with the added bonus of a private Onsen in our traditional Japanese villa. Nothing was lacking.
