The people in the k - Great location around a lot of businesses easy to walk to restaurants in the Parking Lot area sits on a Great Main Street with lots of businesses so if you wanna go out to dinner, go to a grocery store go to a Marshalls, a mall a Macy's easy location within half a mile Moderate Hotel not super nice not super bad

- Sam (1/5): It was financial extortion. - so far, prove me wrong. - Are you freaking kidding me??? I cancelled this and am waiting for the refund. When I initially made the reservation is was for 1/24 to 1/25. Somehow your system changed the date, and I had to make the second reservation because the person at the counter did not know how to change the date back to what it was supposed to be. I did not check in last night, I did not check out today and am getting a run-around to get my $180 back. I had to pay an extra $30 because of your defective reservation system (I would have gone to another hotel if the price was accurately listed but had to get to sleep with my co-workers) The room was fine, breakfast was fine. Until the $180 is refunded, (Your offer to refund AFTER a $147 fee is ridiculous and rejected) I am paying over $00 for a $150 room. So tell me, would any of that be fine with you? Read the above.

I also really loved having a kitchen in the room. The bed in my room was abyssmal. I could not sleep at all because I was so uncomfortable. The bed sheets and blankets are also quite bad. Ice machine in the room basically did not work, which wasn't that big of a deal but was kind of a bummer. But man that bed was bad

I asked to switch to another room as we have a small child that needed to give her a bath. Management said there were no other rooms available and when I inquired on why I was given this room to begin with. They said it was because I booked via a third-party website and I have to get whatever is available. We will never come back here again or book from Hotels.com.

The front desk workers are a huge supporter of my needs. They are very nice and helpful. I also need to have a daily walk and the trail is nearby. That is a big plus.

When we arrived, we learned that the earlier reservations clerk, instead of fixing a reservations mixup solved it by giving our reservation to someone else and then charged us for the room leaving us with no room. The reservations person that we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer tried to solve this issue but because we booked through Expedia, it became more complicated. We eventually did get a room, after a hour and not the one we booked. The rooms need updating. The staff was great. Still this experience has soured me on this hotel chain.

- 300allyser (2/5): Appalled and disgusted - Appalled and disgusted. Not in a livable condition. Was afraid of catching a disease. The lobby was also disgusting. There were a group of men in the lobby and i was a solo young woman traveler. They were playing poker and started me down like a fresh piece of meat. I’ve never been so disappointed with a hotel experience. They did offer a full refund is the 6 night stay I had booked, so take that for what it’s worth.
- Neil (8/5): Stay pleasant and the value was good - The staff on the Front Desk was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay the lady that works in the daytime and the gentleman that works in the evening were especially helpful and giving me information and how to do so I didn’t like that the pool was closed. I was looking forward to it for the grandkids to have something to do because when there’s bad weather, they can swim in a pool inside the hotel. Also, if the breakfasts could be a little bit more variety as far as switching them up, that would be a plus.

Then when i ask for high top chairs for wedding hair and makeup the man at desk seemed like it was an inconvenience. There was loose tiles on floor in bathroom as well. I ended up packing my room after my wedding and driving home.

- Tara (6/5): - The best thing about this property was the friendly staff and the front desk service. The room itself needs a deep cleaning. The desk and kitchen chairs were either ripped on peeling. The bedroom floor had a big red stain on it. There was one small towel rack in each bedroom to hold 3 towels and none near the actual shower.

Ceiling badly fixed. No housekeeping until after 3 nights but then it was the weekend and none on weekends. Therefore no housekeeping for 5 nights. Garbage overflowing. No clean towels.

- Mike (8/5): - Didn’t like being charged $3 a day to park. Didn’t like the breakfast it seemed just thrown out there with no employees talking to you if you needed anything.
- Joyce (8/5): - On our first night we were woken up by the fire alarm that went off at 6:40 am. It went off for 15 mins until fire dept arrived. It is the 4th or 5th time staying there. It seems the property is showing signs of wear and needs an upgrade. We also had ants in the kitchen. Overall, it was sayisfactory smd we would probably stay again.
- dazell (2/5): - The front desk attendant was sleep, did not provide any direction on anything- breakfast, elevators or information on the hotel. The breakfast was cold, ants were crawling around the food, the rug in the room was stained and dirty. I will not be returning there
- Carolyn (8/5): Great hotel-Disappointed pool was closed - The hotel was very nice, but we booked here because of the indoor pool. I booked several months in advance and when we checked in we found out the pool was closed. I was upset that no one told us sooner so we could change hotels, and that there was no discount for not providing the amenity they offered. The staff were all very nice, and I'm no Karen, so we made do. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great. I will book here again, but I will double check that the pool is open beforehand.
- Keith (10/5): - This place is in the middle of everything. Shopping, walking trail, restaurant and others. Easy to get out and in from several highway. Breakfast was good, few choices of fruits, hot meals were good and others. One of the reasons I picked this place: reasonable price, roomy, and breakfast.
