Nada a ver com o hotel e sim com a localização. Apesar de perto do centro onde tem bares e restaurantes, a caminhada da volta se complica um poudo devido a uma ladeira um pouco longa

Für die Wanderungen kann man Wanderstöcke ausleihen. Auch geben sie einem gerne über die Wanderrouten Auskunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Nichts.

Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. Los desayunos fueron uno de los puntos más destacados: todo preparado de forma casera por una señora muy amable, con productos frescos y deliciosos. Un espacio tranquilo, acogedor y con una atención cálida que hace sentir como en casa. ¡Muy recomendable para disfrutar Tilcara al máximo!

• Guido (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, colazione molto buona in una sala ampia, parcheggio comodo all'interno di un cortile chiuso, wifi ben funzionante, pulizia sufficiente. La posizione non è delle migliori, su una strada sterrata che dista circa 500m dal centro tutti in salita. La camera è molto essenziale è un po' fredda (il sistema di riscaldamento è appena sufficiente).

La ducha tenia agua caliente suficiente para que nos bañemos las 4 y con buena presion. Atencion de primera del personal. Wifi funcionaba bien, hemos hecho video llamada y todo bien. Hay un living con sillones y una tromen que la prenden todas las tardes! que es un sueño!!! Tambien habia una cocina a disposicion con todos los utensillos para cocinar. y heladera para guardar las cosas y canastos para etiquetar las cosas de cada uno. Tenia diponible tmb, cafe, te y yerba para tomar cuando el huesped quisiera. Todo impecable. Quedaba un poco "lejos" del centro. A la noche hace frio y la realidad que 5 cuadras se hacen eternas y a la vuelta es el subida. Pero como teniamos auto no nos molesto.

We have been there with the family for one night (in the hostel) and just loved it. What we loved the most was the shared dining room with a cosy corner to read, talk or play

The standard room was fine. Cosy living room area with stove, access to games and books. Delicious breakfast, especially the homemade brown bread and jams. Had dinner one night- tasty. We wanted to stay another night! Be aware this hotel is at the top of town. It's probably best to take a taxi with luggage.

El personal una atención maravillosa, festejamos el cumple de mi esposa y de su amiga y nos dieron el mejor servicio con una cena maravillosa! Gracias.

• Helen (10/5): Beautiful but perfectly understated stay - Absolutely everything was beautiful. The property and room was a calm oasis from the lovely bustling town of Tilcara. The staff were warm, friendly and knowledgable about the town and surrounding Jujuy area. The option to store your food in the fridge and make hot drinks and sandwiches for a day trip in the small but perfectly equipped side kitchen was an added bonus. The breakfast was beautifully presented and of very high quality. The property itself is decorated in such a lovely way, using natural materials and with incredible attention to detail. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tilcara.

Nous avons du appeler le numéro indiqué sur la réservation expédia mais ce numéro ne correspondait pas à l’hotel . On nous a donné un autre numéro qui n’etait Pas non plus le bon . Puis un autre numéro où une personne nous a dit qu’ele Allait prévenir l’hotel Ce qui n’a pas été fait . Il serait bon que Expédia vérifie bien les coordonnées avant de les transmettre aux clients . Ceci va nous coûter plusieurs communications téléphoniques dont nous vous enverrons la facture .

Os apartamentos deste porão tem um tipo de ante sala, com computador e uma copa, se a ocupação destes apartamentos for de outra familia o barulho incomeoda. O café da manhã foi muito bom, porem não estava totalmentte pronto na hora marcada.

Una lástima porque el Personal fue Amable y Servicial!!

• Marcos Vinicius (2/5): Falta de profissionalismo - Primeiramente tinha reservado um quarto e quando fui fazer check in, me colocaram em um quarto no porão, ai fui questionar e a funcionária falou que o hotel estava cheio e que restou apenas esse quarto, acho uma falta de consideração vender o que nao tem, pois paguei pelo quarto de melhor qualidade, por isso não pago mais adiantado. Wifi de péssima qualidade, nao pegava no quarto. Unico ponto positivo que posso falar que o cafe da manha estava bom. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO NESSE HOTEL.

O projeto de arquitetura e decoração de todo o hotel é muito bonito e interessante, aliando elementos rústicos com conforto. Cama muito boa! O chuveiro possui um teto solar que permite a iluminação natural , fantástico! O atendimento é nota dez, eficiente e pessoal. Oferece ainda uma cozinha aberta 24h caso alguém queira preparar alguma refeição.
